Honestly, this didn't work well for me. I got this in the light - medium shade and the concealer end is much too orange/yellow for me. This is definitely not good for concealing blemishes! I suppose it isn't bad for the under eye area, but I'm not as concerned about my undereye area. I use the highlighter end on my under eye area too, I like this side better. I find it more useful. It's a bit too liquidy though. Also, i don't know why but every time I use the highlighting side and twist it to close, the highlighter squeezes out on the edges!!! Ugh. waste of product and I can't figure out why it keeps doing that. I've tried using the highlighter side on blemishes and the color is actually better than the concealer end. However it gives it kind of a slight glow(I suppose because it's a highlighter) and the consistency isnt thick enough to really cover the blemish. But all in all, this was a waste of my money because I'm confident there has to be a better concealer out there!

This stuff is fantastic! It's nice and light and it doesn't settle into my fine lines as much as most others. I thought I'd need the highlighter daily, but the actual concealer is pretty much perfect most days. I do like the highlighter in the inner corners of my eyes and just above the cheekbones though. The highlighter is a little messy, so you might want to be careful....you only need a tiny dot of it.

I bought this after trying the YSL highlighter at a dept. store counter and was turned off by the high price...I knew there had to be something more affordable out there.
I am so impressed with this product, thank goodness I didn't spend $20++ on YSL! This works like a miracle brightening my eyes and how cool that it's double ended so you don't have more products weighing down your makeup bag!
It blends nicely and looks very natural. I look well rested without having to load gobs of concealer under my eyes. I bought the light/medium b/c the light was a little too yellow.
This must be a hot commodity b/c I had to search 2 different stores looking for the lighter colors!

I decided to give this a try since the Instant Age Rewind Cream Foundation worked so well with my skintone and type. (I have combo-oily skin, medium dark). In the foundation I mix 2 colors: 2 parts Caramel and 1 part Cocoa. When I saw that Rite Aid had Maybelline BOGOfree, I figured it was worth trying at that price. I bought the "Dark" shade, which I initially thought might turn out too light, but the packaging had a shade match that indicated this goes with the Caramel and Cocoa foundations. Once I applied it, the concealer and highlighter both looked more suited for light medium skin tones, but it blended so perfectly without leaving an ashy appearance. The concealer shade is a tad lighter in color and thicker (but not too thick) than the highlighter. I guess you could say it's creamier and the highlighter is like a gel-cream. I also like the double ended packaging. The concealer has a doe-foot applicator and the highlighter has a brush. This product feels nice on the skin and moisturizes a little. It didn't settle into any of the few fine lines I have around my eyes. I find this works best over foundation. Some might be able to wear this alone, but since I have dark skin it works better blended on top of a light layer of foundation. I'm very happy with the Instant Age Rewind line and I believe I've found an inexpensive alternative to my high-end favorites, which has been my goal for the longest time. I highly recommend this! :) I will definitely repurchase in the future.

Love it! I bought this solely based on MUA reviews as well as cosmetics cop's review, in the Light shade, and I am so impressed. This is the first concealer I've ever used that actually works--instead of leaving a big noticable orange blob over a blemish, it actually covers it up! I was a little skeptical about the cool, almost pinkish hue of the highlighter (my skin tone is warm and olive-y), but somehow it works and really makes the dark lines under my eyes disappear. You do have to blend the concealer immediately after applying it, but I don't see that as a problem, as really you're only applying a little bit a time. Plus, whatever makes the concealer set quickly is also what seems to give it it's staying power. And stay it does. This stuff really resists creasing, although I do admit that at the end of the day, if I look really closely in the mirror, I can see tiny furrows where the concealer and highlighter have settled (from squinting, laughing, etc). But really, I think that's the kind of thing only I would notice.
Frankly, I didn't realize how badly I looked until I found something that could make me look so much better! Maybelline calls it the Face Perfector, I call it my new best friend.

I really like this concealer. It covers all blemishes and the highlighting side does a great job on the tired looking dark circles under my eyes. I will definitely buy this one again! I did find that if I don't blend it right away it tends to look a little "cakey", but that's my one and only complaint.

The highlighting side is OK, if you like highlighters. I would recommend it as a cheaper alternative to Touche Eclat. I am not crazy about the concealer. I think this is the fastest drying concealer I have ever seen. You have literally nanoseconds to blend before it dries. It does cover pretty well. Overall I prefer the old Age Rewind Concealer. It didn't dry as fast, the colors were better, and you got more product.

So I really like this product. I find that the concealer finished off with a tiny bit of Everday Minerals Multitasking Concealer is the best acne coverage I have ever gotten. I love the highligher as well. I use it in the corners of my eyes and under them if I am having a bad circles day. I also use the highlighter on acne scars or discoloration. I love the way it just brightens it up. I think this concealer wouldnt last as long if I didnt use MMU...but my minerals just seals it all beautifully.
I do however think that the packaging needs work. It spills over when you close it unless youre very careful. Little more product and better packaging and this would get 5 lippies from me!

I bought this after reading reviews at another message board. I have dark blue circles under my eyes and really wanted something to help with that. This product did okay, but it definitely didn't give me the coverage I was hoping for. It also seemed to go away halfway thru the day and it seemed very watered down when I was putting it on. I don't want cakiness, but I do want to feel like it's covering and going on well. I just wasn't impressed considering how dark the blue is under my eyes.
If there wasn't so much blue it would probably be a great product since it's so light.

I've been using the same kind of concealer stick to hide my serious dark circles since the 8th grade, but I don't love the way I have to tug at my eyes to blend it in, so I decided to experiment with something new. I figuered they must have made some kind of advances in circle coverage since the late 90's. This product seemed like an attractive option...but I really wish I hadn't wasted the 10 bucks (grrr nyc prices!) This stuff is annoying to deal with. I spend like 10 + minutes at the mirror trying to blend it over and over to hide my circles but it never completley covers them. It leaves grey marks that make me look like I have huge wrinkles, which im pretty sure at 22 I don't have. Besides not working well enough, the packaging is awful. excess product always spills over the sides when I close it and then gets all over my hands and my other makeup. Will NOT purchase again!

I was looking for the Physicians Formula Cover Rx for my eyes, but the shop didn't have it, so I purchased this double face perfector in 'light' instead. I use Maybelline's Pure Liquid Makeup in Natural Ivory and love it, so I figured a maybelline concealer would go good with my skin. The Natural Ivory shade matches my skin perfectly, and I actually use it underneath my eyes. But the coverage isn't that great, so that's why I bought the concealer.
Anyways, I was pretty excited about trying this double face perfector because I heard so many wonderful things about it. I put it on like I was supposed to underneath my eyes, waiting for some magic covering of my dark circles, and it didn't happen. So I applied another layer. And another, and another. Still, the circles weren't concealed. Actually, it made the skin under my eyes look yellow-green. I applied yet another layer and hoped that the color would somehow emerge, but I was left with obvious makeup under my eyes. The highlighter part is absolutely useless. I tried using it alone under my eyes and also on top of my concealer. I saw no difference. None. To top it all off, I have a broken capillary on my face and I tried using the concealer on it, and it didn't cover up a thing. Actually, it looked like the concealer was never even on there.
What a waste of $8. Returning this soon, and I'm trying Physicians Formula Cover Rx from now on.

Just okay-nothing great---I'm 48 and have dark circles under the eyes--this just doesn't seem to conceal them very well and on top of that, it makes the very fine lines in that area strikingly apparent......It sort of emphasizes them! I probably won't finish out the tube I have and am anxiously awaiting the Bobbi Brown corrector that I ordered due to reading great reviews on MUA....

i love this! I use the highlighter to help brighten the dark circles under my eyes and it really works. Mixed with the concealer it blends well and doesn't settle into fine lines or cause cakiness, whereas in the past when i used concealer alone, this was the result. So i am very happy that this product has improved the appearance of my undereye area since covering this area up has always been a main concern of mine. The only thing i would change about this product is the packaging...there is not enough product.

I have this in Light/Medium, and I bought it based on the reviews here. I use foundation for my undereyes but lately I feel like I need more coverage. So I picked this up and the consistency and color is good and I really liked it, except for some reason it makes my eye makeup smudge on the bottom. After about half a day, I get smudges along my undereye from my mascara or eyeliner. My mascara and eyeliner never smudge when I don't use this concealer. I liked this but I can't use it because it smudges my eyemakeup.

I used Maybelline's EverFresh concealer to cover dark circles for years. I was so disappointed to find it discontinued. I've tried just about every other drugstore brand out there, and tested some higher-end concealers at the makeup counters, but wasn't as happy with anything I found. I picked this up tonight and am so happy to find the concealer very, very similar to the EverFresh. Emollient, creamy, the same shade (I was using EverFresh Light Beige, and it's really the best match I've ever found) and decent coverage. I normally do two layers of concealer, and often need to reapply, but this is so much better - thicker, smoother coverage - than the other creamy drugstore options out there. I'm not sure about the highlighter yet, but I will probably use a dab under my eyebrows/in the inner corner. My only gripe is that I wish there were more concealer and less highlighter - I really don't think you need the same amount of each. Nonetheless, I may go buy a few more tubes to store in case this is also discontinued!

I love, love this concealer and highlighter set! The concealer works well to hide those blemishes and red spots and blends in perfectly to my foundation (I use Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Creme Foundation), The other end, which is a highlighter is great too for covering up those dark under eye areas and adding a little extra deweyness to your cheeks. I will definitely buy this again!

To start I have light to medium skin tones. So I picked the light/medium one. Well I got home I whipped it out so fast it should of given me whip lash. (Nothing like a great concealer to make your day) and I really loved the results. There was no cakey look and it went on really smooth and blended well. However with that said... I think it might be a tad to light so I will go and get the medium one and mix to see what happens. I also used the highlighter and I was happy with the results ..it seemed to make the shawdos on the inside of my eyes disappear. I have previously been using Bobbi Brown's creamy concealer to go. That works well also. However, I think this may be my new favorite!!!

AMAZING concealer!! The first version of this was decent, although I liked it less and less as time went on. I eventually went back to my old standby Lancome Effacernes, which is a great concealer, but a tad expensive for me right now. When the new formulation of Age Rewind came out, I had to try it out of curiousity's sake. I wondered if Maybelline had improved at all on it's old formula. Well, they had, any complaints that I had had been fixed. This product is department store quality in a drug store container. The highlighter is pretty useless to me, but that's not what I bought the product for anyway. I recommend this to anyone and everyone, even those who are very partial to department store makeup. You will be amazed at the quality!

I have about 5 of these. I love them! They have pretty good coverage there not heavy and cakey, BUT they are so little that they do not last long for me for some reason, then again i never use the highlight side i don't get it lol. But I love this and i would rebuy as seeing as how i already have a couple backups. I use it in medium.
