I'm a NC40 and up and don't have too much of panda eyes. But I am a little bit red and have blue veins under my eyes that I usually try to cover up. This doesn't do the job for me. I got it in Rosy beige, a nice match for my skin, but the color is very sheer when blended in. It looks great swatched but the pigments dissolve as you blend it.
The turn-up twist bullet is very creamy and too emollient, which makes it hard to build up and it's not very long-lasting. It has a scent of orange which I'm not very fond of. The smell, packaging and the coverage reminds me of how dirt cheap it actually is. For a natural makeup look, 3 hours shopping in the mall, this would work for the day, but don't trust it to last the whole day, parties or make any wonders for your skin. I don't recommend this product and will not repurchase!
Update: It has thickened up but the pigmentation is still not good enough!

I was on the hunt for the best concealers but i dont feel like i have to spend so much just to hide small flaws and little acne scars. I did found the corrective concealer first on the dept. stores and impulsed bought it but as soon as i read the reviews back home, immediately i exchanged them for this! Happy that i did and my honest comments are:

*hides pretty well
*perfectly matches my skin tone!
*doesnt cake(if you put it well)
*cute packaging actually since i am a fan of "simplicity and on the go"
*well moisturized for a stick concealer
*pretty handy

Dislikes:
*cap was so hard to open when first used, i dont know if it was coincidental or a standard.

Okay. I could only find the shade Apricot Beige being sold, I thought perhaps I'd try it. It's WAY too light for my skintone. However, that's not a problem for me because I made it work.

I used it as an eyeshadow base/primer. I did a swatch test on Wet N Wild's purple crease shade in Dancing In The Clouds. It's just an eyeshadow that normally doesn't get much color payoff. One swatch was eyeshadow over the E.L.F. cover stick. I rubbed it. While just the eyeshadow rubbed off and blended out into my skin, the E.L.F. + eyeshadow stayed on after multiple attempts!

It really reminds me of MAC Paint Pots :D I don't know what shade Apricot Beige would be but it's a warm, fair opaque color.

the formula is way too thick for my liking, and when i set it with powder it goes really dark and leaves like a patch there and dont blend in.

I have light skin with a yellow undertone; maybe something like a NC15-20. I bought this in honey/light to use as a corrector for my blue/purple under eye circles and it works pretty well for that.

It's darker and more peachy/orange than the rest of my face and so cannot be used anywhere besides under the eye (depends on your colour correction and concealing philosophy too).

It goes on smoothly and never cakey or dry looking. It blends acceptably well and does not crease on me. I will repurchase but will probably try a different colour just to see if another will work better.

Not bad but not good either. The consistency is not creamy enough for my dry skin, especially for my (not so bad) under eye circles, but it somewhat works for blemishes. The orangey scent is disgusting, well not the scent itself, I wouldn't mind it in other products such as highlighter (e.l.f.'s color sticks or facial whips have the same scent for example) but to put it on ''damaged'' skin such as pimples, scars..ugh, it's really irritating because I already don't feel good about putting one dollar make-up on my skin and the heavy artificial scent just reminds me that I don't know what's in this product and makes me wonder what ingredient is in it for them to have to cover it with such a strong scent. So yeah, that's a big minus for me, but the product itself is not bad at all, surprisingly it is better at covering things than any of their studio concealers (I have the under eye concealer and the complete coverage concealer and those don't have such a thick consistency as this cover stick). The packaging is crappy, it's not just ugly it also breaks easily (it actually fell apart on my second use but I managed to fix it). You don't get a lot of product and the stick has a really weird shape so the only way you can use it is with a brush or your fingers. I really like that they have so many shades available, I have the lightest one ''Ivory'' and it's perfect for my NW15 skin.

I find these great for using as an under eye concealer. They are definately not suitable for using all over your face. They have a sweet scent which doesn't really annoy me but I know this can be a pet hate for others. They seem to blend in quite well. I always use a primer underneath them as this help them to glide and not pull the skin as much. Overall I am very happy with these and would recommend them as a concealer.

Apricot Beige has yellow undertones and is an excellent match for my NW20 skin.(Check swatches online--website is superrr inaccurate) The consistency is thick & creamy. I dab this under my eyes & pat it in, layering is definetly not a good idea for this as it does settle into fine lines & gets sticky then. Maybe its the delicate eye area thats why? With powder on top, it creases but without it, it sort of shifts throughout the day. Best with UDPP or some primer underneath, I love the coverage & finish it gives, but find it hard keep it that way all day. Repurchase? Maybe. For now just looking for ways to extend staying power & use up whats left in other ways; here's how:

Works nicely for covering redness, evening out eyelid & providing good base for eyeshadows & even nicely under lipsticks (last longer) or clear lipgloss (good nude lip).

I use Apricot Beige as an eye shadow primer on a daily basis. I used to use MAC's Paint Pot in "Painterly" but found this does the same job for only $1. Love it and what a bargain, I stumbled on it in the Dollar store! I have other colors too but this is the shade I wear daily.

I have this in ivory and it's a little yellowy for my skin and the concealer itself can be a little hard to rub in. However the coverage is fantastic and I'd definitely try again, just possibly in a different shade!

I had the color light beige and that matched my skin perfectly. I found this really easy to use and it blended so easily! It covered my blemishes so well. Only downside is the flimsy packaging, but I can't complain for $1

Not for me, it did cover my imperfections and dark circles but it wore off after 30 mins of use. It also had an unpleasant orange scent. My sister tried decided to give it ago and it gave her these little white spots on her skin, so she tossed it out and will never purchase again!

I have these in every single color they make and they are amazing. When I first bought these from elf, I thought they were going to be a flop for only being a dollar, but I was way wrong! These things are so pigmented and give off such beautiful color. They are great highlighters and I love that they can be used on either your eyes, lips, or your face. My fav is the pink lemonade. It is such a bright pink, I use it on my cheeks as a blush or underneath of my blush for the extra pop of color and I also like the white one (candlelight) underneath of my eye area andon the bridge of my nose, to brighten up the under eye area and help highlight my facial features

I really like this product! I use this almost exclusively as an under eye concealer and I think it works great! I have very fair skin and the apricot beige seems to be my perfect match (it's the lightest shade, however, on the website it's not listed as such). It stays on all day and completely covers my dark circles with it's buildable coverage. The packaging is simple, but it works just fine. I also think the citrus scent is nice, although, a lot of people seem to disagree.
Over all I would say you should try it! Even if you hate it, you are only out a buck.

I use this concealer mainly for under eye circles vs. spot concealer. I don't have severe dark under eye circles, but I do have slight/moderate under eye circles depending on how much sleep/stress during the week. I used Maybelline Instant Age Rewind in light but then found that the color didn't really match in photographs and was giving me the racoon look. In addition, the texture, while it applies smoothly (with brush and finger) shows up slightly cakey on my skin (normal combination skin).

The ELF All Over Cover Stick actually matches my skin tone perfectly, which I prefer since I can always use makeup to highlight areas which I want to brighten. In addition, the texture is great - super smooth and applies flawlessly - it doesn't show on the skin at all, even after a whole day. I apply this with my finger so I barely use it, which means the amount of product in the stick will last you forever. I highly recommend!

As a concealer it works OK, but one of the top ingredients is Isopropyl Myristate which is comedogenic so I would only recommend using this around the eye area if you are acne prone.
