I purchased this a few days ago. The staying power is incredible!! I put it on in the morning, eat, drink, smoke and it's still on when I get home from work. It does tend to dry your lips a bit, doesn't make it peel or anything though, so I just put a little lip gloss on half way through my day. Use it as directed and you'll have beautiful lips all day!!!

I've happily used this product since it first came out. It really does last. I apply it with a lip brush, to get accurate lip lining and control the coverage It's worth the effort because you reapply so infrequently. I own Infallible in four colors: Henna, Apricot, Geranium and Crimson. To get the exact shade I want, I mix the colors with the lip brush, using the side of the case as my palette. My only complaint is one of value: You get so little quantity for the price.

Omg I love this Lipcolor! It stayed on for quite a long time (16 hours long XD) and the color selections are gorgeous. I had Stay on Fire. I also love the lip balm too. It didn't smudge the lip color and it made my lips so smooth and soft! Some people are just complaining about it not lasting long is because they never leave it on for at least 1min before applying the lip balm. If you apply the lip balm on straight away then the color will not last long.

I bought the Beyonce red and its a very pretty red, its a bit on the bright side, but it'll do. What i don't like is that if i dont apply it just right certain part flakes away. But other than that, it is very long lasting, and pretty kiss-proof.

I have this in Target Red. It is my HG red. The staying power is unbelievable. And it isn't drying. Since it has such a long wear I always exfoliate my lips and make sure I have lip balm under before applying, if not it can flake. The package is a complete waste they should have just done a double ended wand. But I still love the product and have been searching for other colors to add.
I can apply early in the morning, drink, eat, shower or swim and this does not budge, even by midnight. I've never had a long wear lip color last this long and pigment not fade. It's wonderful not having to worry about touch ups, especially with a red lippie. I wore it for my wedding, and it was great to not have to worry about it. If you are looking for a longwear lipstick that won't budge, this is it. I've found it comes off best with a longwear/waterproof makeup remove on a cotton pad. :)

The packaging is cheap in my opinion, and the only reason I liked this product was that it had good staying power. However, if you apply it unevenly you will be able to tell, and it is drying. The top coat doesn't do much, you would be better off buying a good lip stain and then a cheap, good lip balm like Blistex Raspberry to get better results. If your lips are dry you will be able to tell. The wand is like that of a lip gloss one, making it tough to get a good accurate line, especially with brighter colors which is crucial. Overall, don't hate it, but would not repurchase.

I wanted to love this so much!!
Pros:
Nice color selection
Easy to find (at least where I live)
Not to pricey
Cool packaging
Cons:
Does NOT stay on!
Doesn't feel good on your lips
Comes off super fast
When I first tried this, I just didn't like it. I put it on, and went and ate lunch. After eating, the lip "stain" had formed little ball like clumps on my lips and had halfway come off! Let's just say it wasn't pretty! I definately won't be buying this again :(

I have this in 'thistle' and 'azalea'. I actually really like this infallible line because it doesn't smudge off as easily as regular lipstick. Applying it does take some getting used to. I found that the key is to always exfoliate your lips before using this product. One time I didn't and only about 2 hours later I felt my lips were getting flaky and it just looked really bad. However, when I exfoliate my lips and use it, the lipstick stays on for a LONG time. at least 6 hours. As for the staying power, I would always get a little paranoid and think that the lipcolor would come off if I ate something, but today I went to Chipotle and had a burrito. If you have been to Chipotle you know those burritos are HUGE and slightly messy. After eating, my lipcolor was still intact. Amazing. Will definitely purchase again.

I love a good red lip. unfortunatly so does my boyfriend, around him most lipstick won't last 5 mins. i have been on the hunt for the best long lasting red for myself, and the nicest long lasting lipstick for my bridal clients. this is the best i've tried- but you have to know how to work it. when i first tried it i struggled to get it neat and even (which i never have trouble with) and it flaked off way too soon. to get this to work best exfoliate your lips first, and you need to use a lipliner. without one it's too hard to get a nice shape. fill in your entire lip with the liner and then apply the lipstick in one coat. wait until it is absolutly 100% dry before you close your lips. this might take a few mins. and i'd wait an extra 10 mins before applying the top coat. once you figure out how to get this to work for you it's a good longwear lip colour. its a bit dry so expect to reapply the topcoat a couple of times and by the 12 hour mark you'll have some flaking in the outer corners of your mouth. but it's much better than most.

This product is great! I like having color on my lips, but I'm not much for lipstick and find most gloss to sticky. This is the perfect solution for me. I purchased it in Garnet. The color is very buildable, doesn't transfer at all, and stays put for hours. I love the packaging too with the mirror on the side- so convenient. You have to make sure to follow the directions because if you apply the lipcolor alone it does feel a bit dry, but after you put the conditioning topcoat over your lips are shiny and feel smooth & moisturized. I could go on and on.. love this stuff.

I actually really love this product! I bought it in Beyonce, a really bright red colour. It's actually really great, but you have to follow the directions. I know a lot of people complain that it feels strange on your lips but the staying power is absolutely amazing! I applied it at 8am and i only had to reapply once after about 5 hours, and if i have to deal with a little bit of a strange feeling thats fine. I love really red lips and this colour is perfect!

One of the worst products I can ever remember trying. The packaging is a pain to use (I don't need a direction manual for my makeup, thanks), and the gloss is very sticky until it dries; it looks blotchy on my lips (color: apricot) and cracks off in flakes minutes after applying--very drying and uncomfortable. When I tried to remove the remainder off my lips I really irritated them. Trying to remove the rest from my lips only caused major skin irritation. I let my friend use it and she didn't like it, either. I took this right back to the drugstore. I can't even believe L'Oreal would market and sell this. I bought it because I saw a model on a magazine wearing this lip color--I can say with certainty it looks nothing like it did in the photo. Huge disappointment.

I bought Grenadine (730) awhile back - a friend was wearing a lipstain-type product so I picked this one up. It took months for me to try it basically because I was so used to regular lipstick. But given that I have a very busy job, and I have to re-apply my lipstick a zillion times a day, I figured it was time for me to attempt a lipstaining-type lipstick.
I love this stuff! In a 12 hour day I only had to reapply once, though I did apply the topcoat twice.
It's not sticky (which I have found with L'Oreal's Infinity Lip Gloss) and it doesn't flake on my lips.
I'm definitely going to purchase more colors.

I bought this one in caramel. I tried very hard to convince myself that
I liked it and that it'll just take some getting used to. The color did not resemble "caramel" at all on me. It was almost like a dark pinkish purple hue with gold glittery flicks in it- which I wouldn't have mind the glitter at all if it were a gloss. I was really looking for a true solid color with no shimmer, shine, or whatever you call it. I kept telling myself that maybe I needed a change in lip color because I'm always using reds/nude/brown colors but liking the color itself couldn't have save me from keeping this product. I used it once while going out to a restaurant. This product totally dried my lips out, even when using the conditoning balm that came with it. You could see every crack there is on my lips during initial application and after several hours. To test its staying power, after I ate, I dabbed at my mouth with a napkin to see if the color would rub off and sure enough it didn't- but that's only because some time between drinking and eating, the majority of the color came off already. All that was left when I finally got to a mirror was the annoying gold flecks and whatever purply color it was clinging onto the cracks of my lips. I really wanted to give this the benefit of doubt because I paid so much for a drugstore brand product- $9.99. After that one initial use, I knew this product was not a keeper. I realized how unsatisfied I was with the color and how it was so drying on my lips, that I just kept thinking that with a few more dollars, I could've gotten a really good quality dept. store lipstick instead of this. I felt so bothered seeing it in my cosmetic bag everyday that I returned it to the store I got it from after only using it only once. I gladly collected my refund and can surely say that I will never buy any Infallible lip colour dup product again after this one.

I got in in 300 (Unlimited Brown). Have to say i like the color but when it comes to wear it, it is totally a nightmare. It dries out my lips and it is quite uncomfortable to wear. On top of that, it does not last for the 16 h it promises (3h may be?) and when you reapply it you don't get the same result from the start.

My aunt got this for me from the US, in the shade 'Crimson'.
I wore this on a night out with the girls and have to admit I had no idea how to use it. I put on one layer of the lipcolour and it dried before i could make it even. I tried filling in the lighter spots with more but it just looked patchy and like it would be impossible to fix!
At this point, I'd like users of this product to look up the method of putting this on before doing so! You will not panic when you actually do it. (Put on one layer as evenly as possible. Wait to dry. Put on another layer. Wait to dry. Put on balm.)
By the end of the night, the lipcolour was uneven as it wore off where it was lighter in my first layer. So when I smiled, I had a very uneven colour cover. It did not flake though, until I tried to take it off.
I think if applied the right way on clean and exfoliated lips, this lipstick would last all day. The balm smells wonderful too. I feel this lip duo would suit people who are willing to spend more time on their lip makeup more, or have more time to spare for getting their faces ready.

This is the first long-lasting lipstick I've tried, and after reading reviews on here and YouTube, I've picked up some tips to solve some of the problems that others seem to have with this.
1) It is vital to exfoliate your lips beforhand. As this is almost paint-like, this will cling to every little flakey you have. I suggest Extra Virgin Olive OIl and sugar. Mix it in your palm until it becomes the consistency of applesauce. Rub it on your lips as you would a lip balm, rinse, and top with a normal lipbalm (EOS is my fav) or even a body moisturizer (I'll sometimes use Bath and Body Works Body butter).
2) Follow the instructions on the back to a T, and dip once to apply the color. Re-dipping = too much product = uneven application. As a side note, the doe foot applicator is PERFECTLY shaped for applying this very easily. I am a huge klutz with lipsticks in general and I had an easy time :). Let it dry completely before putting on the balm.
3) Also VERY important: do not, and I mean it, DO NOT mess around with your lips as it's drying or throughout the day. By this I mean don't press your lips together a lot or rub your lips together like you would with traditional lipstick. This will promote flaking and chipping. As tempting as it is, it's really important to just leave it alone as much as you can.
4) This may or may not last through meals, depending on what you're eating and drinking. As others have said, oily foods break this down quicker. If this starts to happen, go to the bathroom, take a paper towel, and put it between your lips as if you were blotting them. Rub the paper towel back and forth between your lips to get rid of flakes. Re-apply the color and balm as you would a fresh application.
5) I can easily remove this with extra virgin olive oil on a cotton pad.
OVERALL RESULT: I love this, but it's a bit pricey, $12 at most places. Once it's set, it feels like you have nothing on your lips. In fact, the first time I tried this I kept on rubbing my lips together because I couldn't believe I had product on (unfortunately I learned very quickly how doing that causes it to chip) It's kiss proof (though not making-out proof), drink-proof, and sometimes food-proof. The balm is magnificent - it provides just a little bit of moisture without feeling heavy or greasy, and it smells like vanilla candy! The packaging is also brilliant - small, compact, with a mirror, and I don't have to worry about losing either the color or the balm in my huge purse. I am definitely going back for more when I get the chance :). I would highly recommend this!

I do like this product, but I don't exactly love it. There were more cons to it than pros. The pros were the colors are very, very vibrant and the clear shine coat makes it look even brighter. Also, it stays on for a long time, I even slept with it on and when I woke up in the morning it still looked fresh and new. The packaging also acts as a mirror, which I find helpful and it's all easily and conveniently wrapped into a sleek pretty little tube. Cons: it flakes off something horrible, especially if you rub it a lot or you try kissing someone. Oh, don't even think about putting another coat on top of the already dry one. It will all flake off and become a big flakey clumpy ugly mess. Also, when it started flaking off, I thought the clear coat would help to keep it on longer, but it did absolutely nothing but make it flake off even more. It's pretty for a little while, but once it starts coming off there is no quick fix and it's not easy to get off completely, so I was stuck with it looking horrible through the second half of school. I was so excited to find something that lasted so long and I really did love it...until it went all wrong. I am very dissapointed.

I decided to try this after Kandee Johnson's video. I wasn't brave enough to try the red so I stuck with my usual pink (got it in 100). I love that its like a gloss and isn't lipstick. The applicator is very easy to use and goes on very smooth. It made my lips are dry and stiff while its drying (let dry for 2 minutes like the packaging says) but once I put the gloss on it was smooth and moisturized again. I put it on at lunch time and ate my lunch with it on. Nothing came off on my cup and when I went to the bathroom before going back to work it was still there looking just as great as when I put it on.
The lip colour lasted until around supper time (5pm) which is pretty impressive. I love the pink colour...its noticeable yet subtle which is what I like to wear (I'm not big into lip colour unless I'm going out somewhere fancy). The packaging is adorable and I love its mirrored outside to use when applying. I love the smell of the gloss...it has no hint of a wax scent like some products I've tried. The only thing I didn't really like is the price. I paid about $15 for this (CDN) and thats a bit steep for a drugstore product for me. I won't be running out and purchasing all all the shades because it is expensive but I'd like to get a few more for my collection because it is a really great product. Maybe I'll be daring enough to try the red! I will repurchase the one I have and plan to get a few more so I will repurchase this product!

I have beyonce's red and I love it!
it stayed on for 13 hours food/drink/kiss resistant It does fade on the bottom of my top lip but it doesn't look bad and its easy to fix. Im so happy i found a lipstick that lasts all day.
