I like this better than Clairol Shimmer Lights shampoo. The scent is much nicer and it is more moisturizing. I am growing out my colour and using this twice a week helps tone done the brassiness, as well as making my highlights very silvery. The Sterling Silver conditioner is also awesome. I was using Aveda Blue Malva conditioner in the past but find this stuff every bit as effective and less costly.

FYI I have golden blonde hair with lighter highlights. This shampoo really does prevent my hair from going a brassy shade. I only wash my hair every 3-4 days as it tends to get dry, and I use this shampoo every second wash.

One thing i'd like to point out is to be VERY careful to not get this on any clothes/carpets/towels. I dropped the bottle which broke on my carpet and it left a big stain that even the carpet cleaners could not get out!

I bleach my hair platinum blonde and this is the best shampoo I have found to keep it from getting brassy. Its tinted blue and has a very pleasant smell. It also detangles well and leaves your hair silky. Very moisturizing compared to most other shampoo's for white/silver/blonde hair.

Deadly stuff. My natural hair is very strongly pigmented Gold-Blonde and will take on that tone if I don't use this. It says to use only 3-4 mins 1-2x a week. I leave on for 45 mins 3x a week then rinse and follow with the s.silver conditioner. Smells sweet and it doesnt break my back out-which other lines have been known to do!

I really love the way this shampoo makes my hair feel. It makes it feel really soft and smell great. It makes my hair look especially great if I flat iron it after using the AG shampoo & conditioner, because it feels so soft and silky. The toner works really well too, if you want an ashy blonde instead of golden. I don't recommend using this shampoo right after getting a colouring done though, because I feel like it made my hair fade a LOT. I also feel like it makes my roots look darker, since it makes the blonde lighter. I love it though and it works great. Make sure you don't use it every day though because your hair will start to take on the purpley colour of the shampoo!

As a blond with alot of gold undertones, I use this product to add more ash tones and cut back on the brassiness! I really like this shampoo, it smells delicious and I actually notice a significant change in my highlights after using it! It's also reasonably priced!
