This is the best tinted moisturiser I have tried. I have been using this product on and off for about six months and love it. As with any Lauder product, the packaging feels expensive, but I would have preferred a pump action dispenser to be able to get all of the product out of the container when it begins to run out. The product comes out grey at first and contains tiny beads of colour which burst upon application, changing the product to your skin colour. It glides onto the skin beautifully and feels light and smooth. I've found it stays in place all day and I love the fact that it contains SPF and antioxidants too, which makes me feel like it's doing my skin some good. I would say however it does encourage my skin to become more shiny than normal, but it's nothing a piece of blotting paper can't sort. Love this product!

This is a review for the Tinted Moisturizer. I have been using it for the past 2 months so I think it is fair time to write a review about it.

I have always abstained from using Daywear in the past as although it is a good combination of antioxidants, sunscreen and a great cucumber smell in a pot, it turns my combination skin into an oil slick within 5 minutes and feels very heavy. Even the lotion for oily skin makes my skin shine.

I wanted to give this one a try after reading about it at Paula Begoun's reviews. This is hands down the BEST tinted moisturizer with sunscreen that I have ever used. This is also THE best daytime moisturizer I have ever used.

I am light olive skin and I have this is light medium (02). I apply it after Advanced NR and Idealist. It comes out of the tube as a thick lotion and looks like a foundation. However, it spreads very sheer and evenly and gives a hint of coverage and a beautiful glow to the skin. It stays put the entire day and doesn't shine at all, making my skin look and feel very healthy. It also reduced my makeup to a basic minimum as I don't need to layer on any primers, foundation, powder etc.

I love the formulation as it is really lightweight, has a reliable broad-spectrum SPF with UVA protection, packed with antioxidants and smells like fresh cucumbers. My only criticism is that I don't really believe that the small tube is 50ml, more like 40 or 30 ml. However the product is just so good that I won't take any lippies off.

I am very much keen on the idea of not wearing makeup in everyday life, I don't like the feel of foundation on my face and I'm looking for a product that would not be too heavy. This moisturizer is definitely not heavy, you don't feel it on your skin, it does not clog pores, it has light texture that blends into your skin and does not make it too shiny or too dull.
UPD. Now, after I have finished my first bottle I can say it's the perfect tinted moisturizer for me. I absolutely love it. I have a temptation to try something new and buy another product for sake of variety, but I will definitely purchase this one too.

Since I'm quite pale I have been looking for a good tinted moisturizer for ages ! The problem I've had with many of them is that after a few days my skin either gets very greasy or very dry as I find the moisturizer part of it not doing its job.
I got this EL product as a present and was a bit wary at first.
Meanwhile I've been using this for three monts now (almost every day) and its safe to say that I've found my HG tinted moisturizer.
It gives a nice, healthy and subtle glow but still moisturizes enough.
The SPF 15 is a definite plus ! I would buy this again in the future !

I found out about this moisturizer/ tint off of pixiwoo's videos on youtube. Nicola was always using it b4 her m/u application and raved about it. I decided to check it out and am glad I did. This stuff is amazing. Not only does it hydrate, but it does leave my skin looking evened out, as well as imparts a subtle glow to it. I have used EL skicare in the past, but strayed away as it was $$$. I decided to splurge again on it, and am glad I did. I have NC 30 skintone, so when I applied this I was leary as it is a one shade fits most type of moisturizer. It comes out green, but when blended into the skin it changes to your skintone...or at least close to it. It doesn't give you med-full coverage as it is a moisturizer, but it does even out skintone. I have redness around my nose area, and I had seen a noticeable improvement when using this, as did my DD. I like the fresh cucumber scent, and this is awesome over s/s. I have not broken out from it. This is the only moisturizer I use besides my Vit C serum, but it keeps my normal/ dry skin hydrated. I payed $30 for it at my local AFB ( Air Force Base), as there was no tax invloved and it was a few bucks cheaper than buying it at a dept store. Overall I love this product, and will be repurchasing it.

If you don't need a lot of coverage this is a fantastic product. Gives me a nice healthy glow plus the antioxidants in it make me feel better about protecting my skin.

I really like this product. It gives a radiant glow while it moisturizes. I like to use it over another moisturizer since I have dry skin. I have also a very very pale skin, so I cannot use tha lightest shade in winter, but it's great in the summer. It is expensive, and the amount of the actual stuff in the small tube is too little, but I love the radiant feel it gives me!

I bought this months ago after trying it on a magazine sample which gave me amazing results. It made my skin look radiant, relatively smoothed out most of my uneven lines and offered me a very clean look. Strangely enough, it didn't give me that exact naturally perfect and clean look when I bought the full sized product. Not that there was a huge drastic difference but it just didn't seem to give me the same amount of radiance that the product sample gave me. This product actually feels a bit like actual foundation. It reminds me of an old water gel-based Maybelline foundation which gave me dry spots. It does help stop dry patches which i tend to get after applying foundation and also give a not so "made-up" look, making me look as if I have a healthy skin tone. What I like most about this product is the cucumber smell, its the best smelling makeup product i have ever come across! I would've continued buying this product if I haven't discovered an even better product in the form of a primer, Chanel's Le Blanc illuminating base just knocked this product down to second place.

This is a great tinted moisturizer! It's moisturizing enough for me that I don't need another moisturizer underneath and it's doesn't leave a texture on my skin. The coverage obviously isn't what a foundation would be, but it gives my skin a great finish and I love the warm colour (I'm light-medium). I used to have major problems with foundation as I found powder to creams were just too greasy and liquids always settled into my pores making me look like I have white freckles! Not nice. So I love that tinted DW doesn't leave any texture behind. It feels like I have nothing on, too. My total regime now: EL's Verity calming emulsion, then the tinted daywear, then SKII's air touch foundation. And I'm left with a no-make up but covering imperfections look. HG!!

This is a really cool product! It's a sheer tint, goes on colorless but adjusts to your own skin tone to illuminate and give your skin a natural tint. It also has UVA/UVB protection, so you are protected from assaults of the environment. Love this product, and use it all the time. It's amazing!

Got this on recommendation of a friend. The UK packaging looks a bit different, ie a hard bottle and twist off top whereas the US version seems to be a tube with a gold cap but the spiel is the same. A very easy to apply and satisfactory result. It looks bluish before application but blends to skin colour straight away. In clear daylight (usually the car mirror) it looks like the beginning of an even tan, lasts all day and although I have a sensitive skin, there were no adverse effects. I have a mature skin and it felt nicely moisturised. I would buy this product again, although it is rather expensive so I wait for the duty free airport shops for the dear stuff.

Its ok. I love the regular Daywear moisturizer SPF 15 for Dry skin, so I thought Id like this too. Its just not moisturizing enough for me. And the tint is maybe too subtle, I dont really notice it. It has the nice scent that I like though.

This is the worst product ever and seriously makes one break out badly. I was free from acne for a year but when I started using this product I started getting huge cystic acne and my skin looks terrible right now. Whatever you do, if you have acne prone skin, dont use this product! If you dont, I guess Its an okay product.

This originally was given to me by my mom, who didn't really like this. I have combination skin, acne- prone with lots of redness in my cheeks. this product was able to cover up some of my acne scars and gave me a nice glowing tanned look.. not too sure if i will be able to use this in the winter because my skin is so fair and red-toned and the product is much tanner than my skin. It lasts throughout the day, definetely is able to moustrize my skin. My friends even said how my skin looked smoother after this product. What can be better than that! I would use again, but most likely only in the summer time since it gives me an even tanned look.

Thanks to a magazine sample, I found out about this product. Before this, I would've never considered buying any products from Estee Lauder as I thought their products were more suited for women of mature age.

However, I am so glad I tried this. My closest to finding the perfection foundation still left my face with a few dry spots with flaking. I only use foundation because of some broken capillary blemishes on my face, to make my face appear less tired and to smooth out the pores on my face.

This product successfully hides these blemishes, gives my face a beautiful healthy radiant glow and smooth texture. My boyfriend complimented on how great my skin looked the first time I tried the product, and said that it looked really natural and he really liked it on me.

I also love the irresistable cucumber(y) smell, which my boyfriend also raved about. The fact that this thing stays on for at least 6 hours and still kept my skin moisturised and protects me from environmental damage plus UV protection alone is enough to tempt me into buying it. I love that it solves the foundation problem at the same time and I feel that it is worth the money for this since it works so well.

Although I would much prefer if the product cost a bit less, or the product was more for the price i'm paying for, I am really satisfied, so I bought myself a 50ml tube today which I'm sure I will enjoy for the next few months.

Oh, I almost forgot. It seems that most of the reviews on here didn't like the product due to the shade selection, I guess I'm lucky that I have asian olive coloured skin, so the no.2 (light/medium) worked perfectly for me.

I am so thankful I finally found this product and won't have to waste money on other expensive foundations & other cosmetics to cover up my blemishes anymore!

I love this product. I'm an NC30/35 and my skin is pretty normal and clear. I am a tinted moisturizer junkie, though I find this to be slightly different from other TM I have tried. Like most have commented, this lotion seems to be colourless before application, but slowly melds into the skin within seconds of applying. I totally understand why some would dislike this, as I'm not really sure if it would meet with all skin tones. However, if you have medium or olive skin, this is an ultra natural product, great for daily use. It evens out the skin, gives a beautiful glow - but it doesn't hid anything, which is what I love most about it. It has become increasingly harder to find a true tinted moisturizer. Most I have found lately a more sheer to light moisturizing foundations -which are great, don't get me wrong. But this is really much better for me everyday. If your skin simply needs a little protection along with a little evening out, try this.

New to Makeup Alley, I'm in the "mature" skin category...and really like the "new and improved" Daywear + tinted moisturizer. The older version was too dark and strangely muddy-looking, but this, in Light, gives a nice glow to my fair, slightly uneven complexion without looking "made up" or too matte. I use it over my regular moisturizer because my skin is dry. Personally I like it better than the acclaimed Laura Mercier TM. Generally, any foundation makes me look like Bette Davis in "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?", so this is a perfect in-between product.

I really like this moisturizer for the summertime, it gives me a little bit of color while also being a great moisturizer. Don't even use any foundation with this. Although I must admit this product is not for everyone. I have olive skin and it seems to match up with my skin quite well. So I wouldn't recommend it for those with lighter skin tones.

I used the version of this with the SPF for a while and unlike most reviewers was happy with the the shade of the tint (i have quite fair skin). I have combo skin, so the light moisturising qualities of this product were perfect for me. I also love the fact that you can get the moisturiser, tint and SPF all in one. Prefer Lancome's Imanace though in terms of the tint as that makes my skin look flawless.
