Oh why oh why did I try my mother's Lucidity. Now I must wait at least 6 months until I run out of my foundation and can justify buying this lovely foundation. It covers beautifully, but still looks natural. It gives me a glow. Love it. Price, not so much which is why I will have to wait. I will be a good girl. I will, I will.
Lovely, lovely finish with this product.
This is worth a try.

I am satisfied with this product. I really think its such a great foundation because it doens't feel thick and cakey when i wear it and it even feels moisutrizing!!! the first days that i started using this i fell in love with it so much that i started wearing foundation everyday!! (and i don't need foundation i only wear em for a night out to just look extra pretty :p) . however, ONE PROBLEM that i had with this product was that i think it got kind of orangey after a like the 3-4th month of use. i still wear it thought but i feel like it shows now that im wearing foundatio and before it was beautifully blended in. id still buy it though.

This is by far my favorite foundation to date, I am dry/combo and I am very, very freckled, this gave a nice coverage, and did not cause any breakouts.

It stayed teh day with no touch ups!

I've been using this foundation for years, mainly because it's one of the few that actually has a shade light enough for my skin! I use pale ivory, it's the lightest shade EL make as far as I know. I'm 24 and I've been using Lucidity since I was about 19. It has a nice consistency and good coverage, but it's not for the days that you just want a sheer coverage. After the bottle has been open a while the liquid becomes a bit thicker and gloopy, but that's to be expected I guess. Oh and I like that it's made for dryer skins, it doesn't make my skin look flaky! Overall I give it a thumbs up!

I am afraid I really like this foundation. Iam over 50, I suppose I wear pretty well for my age, and I have combination skin.My colouring is typically southern European who has spent a long time in a colder country. The shade i bought is Biscuit and it is a very good match. what I like about this foundation is that it actually improves my appearance, unlike other foundations which make my (luckily) few wrinkles more noticeable. Also, i am not a professional make-up artist and i have very little time in the mornings so i like the fact that it is easy to use, I just shake the bottle and apply with a damp sponge on moisturised skin. Men (some with teeth of their own! ) have commented on my 'glowing' complexion.
The foundation is not particularly cheep, it cost me £25, but when it comes to foundations you get what you paid for.I have tried Bobby Brown foundations, (which I found disappointing), Clinique (did not agree with my skin) and Dior (pretty good)amongst others and i think I'll stick with this one. The only thing I can say against it is that it does not last all day, but again i only apply it lightly and i don't use powder on top.
I am very pleased with it, for once i feel that i have not wasted my hard-earned money!

I'm very unhappy with this. I can't get it to blend in well. It looks like I have brown goop on my face. I bought the color porcelain, which is supposed to be the lightest shade. It went on way too brown for me. I had to go wash it off before I went to work, because I didn't want to walk around all day with brown goop on my face. The only consolation over wasting $32.50 on this crap is I did get a really good free gift with it. Maybe if you have really dry skin this could work for you, but I did not like it at all.

What a diappointment! I feel like I've spent a load of cash on pink chalk! Dried up in strange patches on my face and looked generally awful. Had high hopes for this one......off we go on the search again. Aaaarrggghhh!

Ok, so they do make this in a shade pale enough to match my skintone (pale ivory) but other than that it doesn't deliver. The coverage was minimal, and after only a couple of hours, it had gone patchy and disappeared from T-zone, and basically looked awful. (I don't have oily skin, more of a dry/sensitive)

This is a GREAT foundation! I'm in love with the Shiseido foundation b/c it had SPF 42 in it which was great for the summer and had great coverage-but I soon ran out of it and got the urge to try something different(I get really bored easily)....So my mom recommended the Lucidity to me b/c she had recently discovered this and raved about it. So I went to the Estee Lauder counter and got help selecting the perfect color for me. It was an EXACT match and gave the most NATURAL AND "GLOW-LIKE" coverage! Such a luxurious foundation-People honestly think I have "perfect" skin and don't blieve that I have any makeup on!! This will be my HG winter foundation & I'll keep the Shiseido for the summer...GREAT Product!!

NASTY!! The pale ivory 1N1- in this, is still a tad yellow on me, Cost $32.50-a tad steep but hey, like Le Mystere bras-I do not mind paying more, when I find something that works- but this is not IT! I have to say it does not have great coverage and is splotchy.

I love the way this feels on my skin. It has great coverage and is flawless...Does not cake at all throughout the day and I never broke out once. I would recommend this to anyone who wants even coverage and smooth skin.

This was my HG foundation, smooth, dewy, good coverage, pretty shades--until I discovered Countess Isserlyn. It's still good when I'm in a hurry and can't do all the stirring and blending of CI.

I don't get the name. It doesn't have anything to do with the way it looks on my skin. Ever since Estee Lauder discontinued Impeccable I've been looking for something. This is probably my 10th foundation and it is definitely not it! I like something that makes your skin look flawless but this is too mask-y. I'm surprised it is so well reviewed.

i love this foundation. i have purchased and tested so many, always ending up unsatisfied. i tried this foundation in neutral ivory and it's a perfect match for me (nc15). it feels very light on the skin and doesn't look overly done, yet it covers flaws fabulously. i've found that it stays put all day and doesn't change color over time. i have dry skin and this does not emphasize my flakes or dry me out. i highly reccomend this product!

Lucidity is meant for normal to dry complexions and gets a 4.5 from me, full points for its finish and wear. I'm in my late twenties, with dry combination skin that isn’t particularly breakout prone anymore. Although I'm not the fairest of PPP's, this is one of the rare foundations that not only sell here in shades light enough for me to wear in colder months, but also offer my perfect match. Lucidity has medium coverage, satiny finish. It evens out my complexion wonderfully, makes it look less dull and wears great. Its downsides would be the packaging, scent and tendency to get thicker with time. There’s about one third of the product left in my bottle and its texture is considerably more viscous now than before, but doesn’t seem to influence its performance. Also, this foundation actually photographs very well on me. It only gets weird when flash is used – hellooo, unearthly shine! Still, these hiccups could never keep me from buying it again.

I found that unlike Estee Lauder Futurist, this foundation does highlight flakiness. I was however able to get a perfect colour match for my skin - Natural Linen. I agree with some of the other reviewers about the unusual smell this liquid produces after having been opened for a month or so. The coverage is reasonable for an uneven complexion like my own. Beware of the shine factor in photos though as I found this foundation emphasised my least favourite facial features in photos. My skin feels smooth and silky wearing this despite the foundation building up in the flaky areas around my nose and cheeks.

My HG foundation... It is really a good foundation for my very fair skin tone, I have tried plenty of different brands Lucidity seems to be unbeatable. Lucidity has very natural shades if I can find a shade that matches me then anyone can.....NO ORANGE TONES! I use 1n1 Pale Ivory which matches perfectly and gives me a glow like finish which is what I like in my foundation, for a matte and heavier coverage I use Double Wear which is another top notch foundation in my book.
As far as texture....silky, light and applies like butter, very blendable.
It definately brightens up my face and looks amazing in pics.
I would say its more of a light coverage but its buildable so if I want heavier coverage I just apply more without worrying that it will look masky.
I have tried Lancome, Clinique, Mac, Benefit, Fresh, Bobbi Brown, LM,
not only that all these other high end brands did not have my color match, they all ended up looking either cakey, settled into pores or turned different colors throughout the day. Lucidity is an amazing foundation, everytime I apply it I love it more and more.

I have used this a couple of months now and I really like it. I do agree that you have to moisturize properly before applying it. I have dry skin anyway and do this with every foundation. All in all a really good product.
