This is the same formula as Grow Luscious, BUT, the brush it different. I prefer the potion brush it's large and sort of triangular. The formula doesn't hold up too well. It's a flaker/smudger for me. There are definitely better options at the same price point.

Got sucked into buying this because of the name a packaging. Absolutely hate it. Looks ok on, but WILL NOT come off no matter how long I rub and swipe. I'm using a powerful eye makeup remover but at least 1/4 of it stays on all clumped at the roots of my lashes. Back to LashBlast!

Nothing special here. Gives decent volume but not a lot of length. Wear is fair--there were smudges at the end of a long day. Not impressed enough to repurchase to see if the formula will help my lashes grow.

I purchased this a few days ago so my use has been limited. This was 50% off with another Revlon purchase so I decided to try it. I applied the mascara about 20 minutes before I left for work this morning and just checked it out (3.5 hours later). Smudged like a raccoon in a rainstorm. The formula itself is VERY wet and the brush is quite hard and painful. Overall, I'm not a fan of Revlon mascaras. The packaging is pretty though.

I have to start this review with the packaging. IT'S BEAUTIFUL, AND SHINY, AND PERFECT!

Now that I have that out of the way, I can calm down and move on to the product itself.

What I love about this product is that is leaves my lashes looking long and full and voluminous, and stays looking that way all day. So, I'm sold, no question.

However, while I will still continue to use this mascara because of the job it does on my lashes, there are two things I dislike about this product.
1. Consistency - very wet. The mascara itself is very wet and takes at least a few minutes to completely dry on my eye lashes, which is annoying because of that whole blinking thing we all do. But I use my hands as fans like everyone else and get through it.
2. The biggest problem I have with this mascara is that it flakes. After wearing it awhile I notice black flakes under my eyes, and this has happened every single time I have worn this product. However, the flakes are minimal and they easily wipe off and I go back to loving this mascara. To be fair, I did not buy this mascara in the waterproof version, but I do not think the mascara should flake in general, regardless of whether is it waterproof or not.

Overall, I love this mascara and will continue to repurchase it. If you do not mind the drawbacks I mentioned, I am confident you will also love this mascara.

I really loved this mascara, which I bought in a waterproof black-brown and went back to buy a waterproof black :-) Went swimming and it still looked great! My lashes are "normal" and very light and I really did like the waterproof version of this product very much>I find myself wearing the black layered over the brown-black every day this summer! Looks great and it's cheap too. No flaking or smearing, but I did buy waterproof which I normally do anyway as everything else seems to smear on me. A good workhorse mascara which I will repurchase and already have in fact!

**A few months later and I am still LOVING the waterproof version of this which I have in Brown-black and Blackest Black>love them both! Just repurchased> Looks great all day long!!**

The only reason why I purchased two is because it was only 2 bucks each. I couldn't pass that deal(with a coupon). Well, it did make my lashes look long but it flaked throughout the day. I wouldn't purchase this again. If it didn't flake I would totally repurchase.

I agree with a previous reviewer, sparksflylove, when she said that she purchased this mascara primarily because of the commercials and advertisements of actress Emma Stone wearing it. I really wanted to like it because of how it made her lashes look and also because the packaging is so pretty and colorful, but nope. Not at all. The Revlon website says "Magically transform lashes to lush, long and lustrous. A potion with strengthening proteins drenches lashes for volume. Triple-groove wand combs through for clump-free length.".....um, no. I felt it made my lashes look like 'spider legs', there was not volume, and definetely no lengthening. Every time I would apply it, I had to go behind it with an eyelash comb because of clumping and feeling like my lashes were sticking together. Don't waste your money.

I got this at Walgreens for seven-something dollars in "Blackest Black."

The packaging is pretty. Cool toned colors, aqua and green with bright purple-y pink with some shiny metallic-ness. The tube is a long simple cylinder, easy to hold. The brush is straight as well with bristles instead of that plastic pointy stuff you see a lot of nowadays.

It claims to add both volume and length, but I find it doesn't do much in terms of volume. As far as length goes, it kind of makes my lashes go out instead of up - it doesn't hold a curl. I don't like to build up my mascara because it adds a raccoon look, but it doesn't dry too fast to prevent that if it is your style.

I don't like it really...it doesn't look...natural. It looks too mascara-y and in a bad way.

When I went to remove it with makeup remover wipes (I didn't have on eyeshadow) it came off very messily. It smeared all over my face, and took up most of one wipe alone. It looked like I had removed black paint from my face. I don't like the idea of this being on my lashes.

So disappointed with this product. I bought it because I loved the Emma Stone commercials, the pretty packaging and the results it promised......and I regret it. From the very first application, it is almost impossible to get any product out of the tube and it spreads unevenly on the lashes. The brush is oddly shaped as well, and the rows of bristles on the brush are uneven, therefore distributing the mascara in a very unnatural way. I will definitely not be repurchasing this.

Try Maybelline's Falsies or L'Oreal's Million Lashes. Much better results and quality. :)
