I was sooooo excited to try this product and ultimately it turned out to be a huge let down. The concept is really innovative and new but it is the actual product that lacks. The feeling of the ball over my lid and under eye is glorious (especially since I keep it in the fridge), and is magic after staring at a computer all day.Unfortunately the liquid/gel stuff, whatever is in the actual container is crappy. Firstly it's very thin and doesn't feel moisturizing, it actually leaves my skin feeling kind of tight. I haven't noticed a reduction in the discoloration of puffiness of my under eye are. I really feel like the 18.99$ (CDN) that I paid for this was totally not worth it, other than the packaging the product is seriously lack lustre and doesn't do anything for your skin. Skip this and just stick to regular ol' pots of eye cream, they at least make a difference.

For starters, this is a great product concept because you don't have to dip your finger in a pot of lotion which is unhygenic. However, the product that they put inside of the tube is total crap. It contains caffine but it doesnt really do anything to help wrinkles, in fact i think it made my skin under my eyes much worse. I found that the avon anti-wrinkle worked much better than this product.

Doesn't do a thing! And probably terrible for my skin. But what can you expect from a hair care company

I was so glad to have gotten this product...I have dark under eye circles (thanks, Dad--runs in his side of the fam!) that also get puffy since I don't sleep well/am always stressed. I've been using it for a week & have noticed a little bit of improvement: less puffiness and *slightly* lighter under-eye circles. I think that this product needs to be used regularly for a full month to see proper results and to give a true review, so I will update this in 3 weeks. It cost me $11.56 @ my local Marc's drugstore, which isn't bad considering that all decent eye products/treatments/creams are usually pretty pricey. I like the cooling effect of the rollerball applicator; plus it's fool-proof to use and small enough to keep in your purse w/out taking up much space. Def. worth a try if you need an eye product to help reduce puffiness/wrinkles. I wanted to add that I noticed other girls commenting on how they still need eye cream w/ this or that it may dry them out: you WILL still need eye cream to moisturize (it even recommends it on the side of the box); and the caffeine can make your eye area drier because caffeine sucks the moisture out of your skin (ever notice that, coffee drinkers such as I?!). I recommend an eye cream w/ this (whatever your fav. may be), and you're good to go. I'll buy this again, as long as they still make it/make some version of it!

Doesn't work at all. It says that it gets rid of dark circles, but it doesn't. I have horrendous hereditary dark circles, and nothing's been able to lessen them or make them go away.

This product feels warm after applying, but a few months later, it turned into stinging. I don't know if it helps with puffiness or not, since I only have dark circles.

Will not be buying again.

Oh, and to those people who have been saying that this product is supposed to be for puffiness only, here is the quote for this product from Garnier's official USA website: "Roll away under-eye puffiness and dark circles for brighter, more radiant eyes." Look. Dark circles is mentioned in there!

I've used eye creams with caffeine previously and hoped this would do the trick but other than feeling nice after applying it, this stuff was a let-down. I noticed no difference at all and needed extra moisturizing under my eyes to boot.

I like the roll-on ball but I also did the experiment where I put it only on one eye for a week. There was no difference, and the circles actually appear a little darker.

Didn't really notice much difference from using this product, except after about 1 week of using it twice a day i notice it was starting to bleech the skin under my eyes - so I stopped using it straight away and am too scared to use it again.

I had some severe allergy problems for about 6 months, causing me to rub my eyes mercilessly. After months of it...my eyes were baggy, saggy and puffy. Doc said "it will tighten back up eventually."

Not.

I bought this product out of desperation, and noticed a difference immediately. Now a week later, I'm getting a lot more comments on how I don't "look so tired anymore". it has made a HUGE difference for me. I was concerned because i have (obviously) allergies and eczema on my face/eye area and I worried this would make it worse - no sting, no peeling, no problems!

Edit: This product does not work well with the Olay regenerist microsculpting cream I've started using as a moisturizer or the Olay regenerist serum that has the foundation with it. The combination of the Ganier with either of these products seems to immediatly breakdown any foundation/concelear applied over it...leaving it wet and runny. Not pretty at ALL. I ended up throwing it out, because I found more benefit in the olay products compared to the roller and if one had to go, it was going to be the roller.

I have allergies and don't get a lot of sleep. My eyes are my problem area. I have puffiness and dark circles. I am not too worried about the dark circles, but I feel I cannot go out looking puffy. It has helped me a lot to not touch my eyes at any time. If I rub them a little, I get major bags the next day. I was immediately attracted to this product. It looks really cool and professional and anything that will help me reduce puffiness is worth a try. I got it at Walgreens for $5 after a $5 coupon. I applied it before bed and after 30 minutes, my eyes were burning. It increased in intensity and I finally had to get up and rinse it off. I woke up with a very red eye area from all the itchiness. I tried it again the following night and the same thing happened. I may be allergic to this but I rarely have reactions to any products so this was disappointing. I returned it to Walgreens as I was not about to give it a third try. Just not worth it.

for me this stuff is a novelty that did nothing! my bags are caused by lack of sleep and a little too much bending the elbow so I may have been expecting too much!

This product didn't do much for my dark circles but my puffiness is gone! I didn't notice until last week that the little bags under my eyes have been significantly reduced! The treatment is gentle on my skin and the little metal roller ball feels so nice and cool. I'm going to get another eye treatment that's a bit more moisturizing to put on top of this one. I'd still repurchase this because I haven't been able to find a de-puffer that works like this one. If only it was moisturizing as well...

I have been using this for about a month and a half and I can officially tell you guys that it does not work- at least for me. I use this once a day at night, sometimes in the morning and I have very dark circles and puffy eyes (got this from my mum- thanks) It has a roller ball app and the product is a gel with caffeine in it It had a really cool feeling when I put it on and it does take the puffiness away for about half an hour and Im back to my puffy self. It does nothing for dark circles. This product really doesnt do anything except that it does feel really good when I apply it on. I got this for 10 dollars so the price is ok for a DS brand. Retail it's about 13 at my local rite aid. I love the packaging - especially the whole roller ball idea but the product- boo I give this 2 lippie. No results- Wont repurchase.

Pure junk! This stuff doesn't do anything for under eye puffiness or dark circles. You might as well just splash your eyes with cold water. I wanted to give it a fair chance, so used it twice a day until it was completely gone. Never noticed any difference. Don't waste your money on this useless junk!

I got this because I had a coupon. I have dark circles, but I am not stupid enough to think that this is going to have any effect whatsoever on blood vessels under the skin. I do have some slight puffiness though and I think this does help on the mornings that I use it. However, my puffiness does tend to go away by itself throughout the day if i don't use this, but I think this does speed up the process. Ice does the same thing and THAT is free :-)

I've been trying this product for over 2 weeks and have not noticed any appreciable difference in the puffiness under my eyes or dark circles. I've even put this product on only one eye to compare with the other and there was absolutely no difference. Even though it's not expensive, it's definitely not worth buying again.

This product supposedly would work for eye puffiness and dark undereye circles. It is a cute roll-on with a nice "cooling" effect from the metal roller ball. That's it. It's by no means a replacement for any (eye) cream and I found it to be very drying, probably due to the caffeine. It didn't irritate my very sensitive skin and eyes though. I won't repurchase. Ingredients: water, butylene glycol, glycerin, caffeine, panthenol, escin, guanosine, hydroxyproline, biosaccharide gum-1, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, aluminium hydroxide, C13-14 isoparaffin, disodium edta, laureth-7, mica, polyacrylamide, caprylyl glycol, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, imidazolidinyl urea.
