I rarely find a lip balm that I'm satisfied with, but Neutrogena's Lip Moisturizer is an excellent product!! It's very well priced, at about $3.50 CAD. It has no scent at all, which I like for daily lip balms since it doesn't overpower me or give me headaches. Therefore it also doesn't have a yucky taste, or any taste at all. It lasts and lasts, and actually moisturizes the lips rather than just sitting on top, and not really being absorbed. Its consistency isn't too thin or too thick. It also contains SPF 15 which is a great bonus! This is the perfect daily wear lip balm. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that the packaging is a bit plain, and I don't like how it twists from the top. I'm constantly accidently twisting it up or down when I remove the cap.

This is my most recent favorite lip balm - I had a bad cold a few weeks ago and my lips were sooo chapped and dry. This stuff really saved me.

This is one of my low-end favorites, I like to use this when I know i'm going to be outside all day (i.e. jogging, gardening or watching a ball game). It has a really nice texture and doesn't feel very heavy like Burt's bees, also no smell, which is a quality I like in a lipbalm. Overall, a great product.

Update: I just rediscovered this a few days ago. Right now I am fighting off a cold and this is the only lip balm that moisturizes my dried out lips! I must have bought the good batch of this stuff because now I can't stop raving about how great this stuff is.

This was a nice lipbalm that didn't go on waxy. the only thing I wasn't crazy about was the high price tag.

Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer doesn't have a very strong scent, which I like. It moisturizes well and has spf 15 which I know will protect my lips. The tube is kinda cool because the twist up knob is at the top rather than the bottom of the tube. I enjoy this product.

This is a really cool lip balm! First, the packaging. Its in a tube so you can apply directly to your lips. Also, the twisty thing is at the top of the tube, not the bottom (change is cool,it's good!). I quite like the texture at first. Not too waxy, not too thick. But if you have it on, say, overnight, it can become waxy. And this doesn't make your lips shine. But this is the perfect lip balm under a lipstick. Very moisturizing and it lets your lips breathe!
