I use this with the matching shampoo as a weekly treatment after using a chelating shampoo. Though I think this could be used with just about any shampoo as a treatment.
For the record I do not use this daily, only weekly.
This helped fix my breakage issues and lack of moisture. It really did make my hair soft after just one use. Continued use has kept my hair looking great.
Scent is a coconut tropical scent. It is not a heavy scent. I can not use many products because of their scent. I really thought this one would be too strong but I rinse really well.

This is a bit over average conditioner , it does what its suppossed to it does condition and hydrates my hair nicely specially the front part of it lol .. Smells sooooo beautiful , I think the after wash soft feeling is due to the silicons overload in this bottle .. Its a repurchasable item but I believe I can find better :)

The matching shampoo is horrific but the conditioner is terrific. I find all of the opaque formula shampoo's in this line leave an insane amount of build up but I like all of the conditioners. I suggest pairing this conditioner with the Color Me Happy shampoo from this line. The duo works amazing together. This conditioner leaves my hair super soft and smooth. This conditioner gives me the most "slip" in the shower than any other conditioner I've ever used. Love!!!! Just wish the matching shampoo wasn't so waxy :(

My hair is very long, which means for me a lot of straightening, which makes my hair very dry. When I bought this product there was a huge difference. I love herbal essences I use a lot of their products. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

I purchased at Walmart for around $6.99 and it has lasted me for almost 2 months now. That is a great bargain considering how much hair i have and how often i was it. I use a lot conditioner because my hair tangles easily and is very long and thick. I am very impressed with this conditioner because it makes my hair feel soft and it is much more easier to manage. Hello hydration really does deliver hydration for your hair. Love this stuff!!

CHEAP, smells great, makes hair soft, gets out tangles. Not sure what else you could want from a conditioner. Only complaint is that I didn't start using it years ago.

This is my HG conditioner! It is so thick and creamy and feels very luxurious and leaves my hair so smooth and silky and soft! And the smell is AMAZING...every time I run out of conditoner I keep telling myself that I am going to try one of the other conditioners from this Herbal Essences line because they all smell fantastic but for some reason I CANNOT bring myself to cheat on this conditioner. The smell just lures me!

I used to looooove this stuff when it first showed up in stores. I used it for quite some time before switching to something else for whatever reason. When I went back to this, it just wasn't the same. I've tried it a few different times just to be sure. Each time I ended up giving it away to someone else. I don't know if they changed up the formula or what ??? I love the smell tho and may try it again as a leave in before I swim or something.

First off, this is my review, this product may not have the same outcome for others. I really like this product, it gives me moisture that lasts 2 days. Some people are saying it leaves their ends brittle, but its strange because my ends are healthier than they have ever been. Well actually my whole head is healthier, it no longer itches due to dry scalp. I make sure i clarify my hair about once a week to get rid of any product build up. Also I use Garnier Fructis Sleek/Shine Serum (Their other products i personally dislike because it is hard on my scalp) after I get out for extra hydration. I tried this when i was a a friends house and that's what she had. I was very pleased. I am definitely going to repurchase this again, it is exactly what I need for my hair, especially since my hair becomes more dry in the summer due to sun lightening.... i know i know its bad, that's how i get my bleach blond locks. my hair is naturally light blond it is wavy/ spiral curly thanks to my mother who has blond spiral curls. One thin I noticed with this product immediately is the smell...... YUM! I am a sucker for sweet coconut, i personally love things that smell sweet After using this product my hair was definitely softer, more hydrated, shinier, more volume, and it even let my curls out. (I also purchased the shampoo) Again it may not work the same on other people but you can try it out and see if you like it, I really like it.

I love this product! It moisturizes my hair and makes it feel super soft! It makes my hair smell like coconuts too, which is a plus. The only downside to this product is that if you don't completely wash it out of your hair it feels disgusting! I mean same thing with other conditioners too, but this makes my hair feel sticky if I don't take the time to wash it all out, so take the extra time. The bottle is also nice- it's easy to squeeze and comes in a variety of sizes to fit your hair/your schedule.

LOOOOOVE!!! This conditioner is HG status!!! It's cheap, smells really nice and most importantly my hair literally feels like silk when i put it in. I have super curly natural hair and it detangles like a dream and has lots of slip.
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Sensitive, Medium Brown Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown
I love this conditioner and shampoo both work perfect!! Does exactly what it says I will definitely be purchasing this now.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Sensitive, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette, Wavy Eyes: Brown
my hair is super dry and this not moisturizing my hair at all.
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Very Dry, Fair, Neutral Hair: Red, Straight, Fine Eyes: Hazel
I cannot say enough good things about this conditioner..... it smells amazing, moisturizes really well, isn't too thick, rinses clean and leaves your hair feeling so soft! I have very, very dry, colour treated hair so my hair needs lots of intense pampering and this is my go to conditioner. I know this conditioner has lots of silicones in it but I find that conditioners with silicones work really well for my hair. As long as ingredients work for you I can't be bothered by what they are! I recommend this for anyone who has dry hair!
Age: 36-43 Skin: Dry, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Black, Wavy, Fine Eyes: Green
Made my dry hair very soft and shiny. I don't think the scent is very overpowering. I will def buy again! It is well worth it! I think it may be a little too moisturizing so will probably alternate with my regular conditioner, but I actually love the way it makes my hair feels!

I always come back to this conditioner because it always works and it's really easy to find. It smells good and keeps my hair from being very tangly. I just bought a big bottle so I'll be using it for a while

I recently bought this after someone here recommended it to me and I am soooooo glad they did. This is HG for me. I have long wavy hair that is fine but I have a lot of it and it goes to the middle of my back. I hve got a few splitneds coz of coloring. So far I was using a very expensive conditioner from my salon and want to save some money. This one works just as well as that one if not more. It leaves my hair soft and silky. I use it mainly on my ends and ten use whatever is leftover on the rest of my scalp. I have not noticed it make my hair any more greasy or flat compared to other conditioners.
Definitely worth trying!!! LOVRE IT!

I use HEHH as a co-wash and a primary conditioner. It smells so delicious and is a medium slip conditioner. It's heavy enough for me and my curly/wavy hair but it not anything like the thin, almost watery VO5 conditioners (which I hate).
I got a massive bottle at Costco for less than $8. I think it's 1.5 liters which is dirt cheap and will last me awhile. I tend to go through conditioners crazy fast because I cowash. I've found this is a decent cowash conditioner. Some people label it as the best but for me, I really like the super heavy conditioners for a cowash like GF triple nutrition.
This is a staple product for me. Much like my no frills Cetaphil, this conditioner gets the job done, smells great, and I can always count on it. Do I like fancier, organic, pricier conditioners? Sure but sometimes you gotta buy stuff that fits the budget :)
FYI: For anyone else that has a sensitive scalp and cowashes, I NEVER use Herbal Essence shampoos. They have a ton of alcohol and nasty stuff in them and I have horrible eczema after using them. The conditioners, especially this one, work well for me and usually don't leave me with any adverse reactions.

I purchased the smaller of the two available sizes. The spout is on the bottom of the bottle with a flat surface to let it sit on a flat surface in the shower. The cap snaps open and close very easily without having to pry anything open. The plastic of the bottle is easily squeezed. It's also a cute enough design, ingredients listed on the back. The downside I can see with it is that once it gets low you may need to get the whole cap off in order to access the remaining product at the sides of the bottom of the bottle, but the cap comes off pretty easily (a bit harder to get it back on though). I haven't noticed any big issues with water getting into the cap either, at least not lots of it.
This is a light and more watery formula but it isn't runny in any way. It has a bit of a gel consistency to it. It's a light blue shade and has a strong artificial fragrance; kind of fruity and floral at the same time, very sweet, and very strong. The fragrance does linger in my hair so if you dislike the fragrance I'd advise against using this one.
This is a very good detangling product. I purchased it for cowashing and it made massaging my hair very easy. When rinsed out it left my hair feeling a bit slippery but very soft while wet, and it left my scalp feeling very clean. Unfortunately something about the product makes my hair frizz like crazy. It feels soft to the touch and feels very hydrated but it's just frizzy and fluffy, even if a small amount was used to cowash and if it was used only 1-2x a week. I think it was also breaking me out on my chest and neck. When using it to cowash my hair dried much faster, so definitely a bonus. My hair never looked or felt weighed down, although it sometimes looked a bit flat at the root a few days after its use possibly because of the silicone ingredient(s). After a while I noticed that my scalp started to also feel itchy, which was either because this was drying out my scalp or because something was leaving a residue on the scalp and causing it to itch.
Bang for your Buck:
The 300ml bottle was around $3-4CAD, which to me is quite a good price, especially if used as a normal rinse-out conditioner. The larger bottle was I think around $10CAD so if you really like the conditioner that is the best deal.
It has a lot of promise and a lot of aspects of it I do like, but the few issues I do have with it are on the more major side and thus affect my opinion of this product more deeply. I suspect that the coconut ingredient may have been behind the issues so if coconut products don't negatively affect your hair give this product a shot, especially if you are cowashing.

My Mom loves this stuff. I swiped a bottle from under her sink after running out of what I was currently using, and after about three weeks of usning this, I think I'm qualified to review this. The packaging is, as always, super adorable. It's an attractive yet unobtrusive blue color with green writing on the front (side note- do they all have green writing? I've reviwed a lot of these lately and have seen the pattern.) and some information in English and other languages on the back. The scent is light and floralry, but still a conditioner smell, which is okay. It's not as perfumey as other Herbal Essences products are. It mouisturizes my hair okay in the shower, but the next day it feels heavy. I find this to really weigh my hair down. I think that if your hair is straight and really dry and thin, this could work, but for my thick, curly hair, this is a no go.
UPDATE: Ran out of the conditioner I was using, so had to use this. It moisturizes so well! Upped a lippie for that, but still feels heavy on my hair and doesn't do anything great for it. Wouldn't buy again.
