So I think this product is discontinued, probably due to how sub-par and craptastic it is. I bought it years ago and used it maybe twice, but it was so horrible it stuck in my memory. It's a two-part mascara with primer and comb brush, housed in a chunky palm sized package. The formula is so heavy it is literally impossible to keep a curl and because the comb brush is clogged with product it offers absolutely no definition. It looked like I had four or five thick, droopy, wet lashes on each eye; the worst case of spider leg lashes in history. Maybe this would make a good gift for someone you disliked, but not recommended. At all

I got this on a huge sale for 6 or 7 CDN dollars. I almost never use non-waterproof mascaras. To my surprise, it lasted through a very hot sub-tropical summer (30+ Celsius, and lots of rain). It does volumize a lot, but it's quite clumpy so you must brush off the excess. Also I don't think it holds curls very well because it seems to be quite heavy. In addition, bits of the white part will re-appear after a few hours. The formula is also very wet so it takes a while to dry. I will never purchase this at it's normal price.

Okay, This mascara is actually good but read this!
I have a problem that when im stress or sad or anxious, I ripp off my eyelashes! And i also CANT keep mascara on too long or im gonna play with it and of course ripp off some more! And This mascara is kinda liquid.. So all the time i would put some on i would put so much black on my upper lid and i had to clean it, its also this mascara that made me play with my eyelashes nun stop and now i have to wear fake eyelashes because i have some holes with no eyelashes! But i still use a lil bit of this mascara to stick my real eyelashes with the false eyelashes!
So overall, Ive tried A LOT of mascara to make eyelashes really long, And this one was the best, Thats probably why i was still buying it, and i also love the combe brush, i know everyone hate it but i love it lol, BUT i had to use a pen or a needle (WATCH OUT WiTH A NEEDLE LOL) I never hurted myself tho :P!
You just need to find the trick with the mascara and take your time ;)

this is the worst mascara i've ever used. the brush is awkward and clunky. the two step system has flaws on both halves: the first step (extensions) seemed okay at first, but when i moved onto step 2 (black mascara), i found the WORST mascara brush ever invented. it's a row of plastic claws that create clumps. i looked like helen keller had just done my makeup. it's also hard to remove and took off several of my lashes along with the extensions. later, i tried the extensions and applied a different black mascara over it. still no success. the volume was uneven and clumped, and the white of the extensions showed through the black mascara. did i mention that it's super expensive? what a waste of $13!

I Hate it. I took mines right back to the store and got my money back. A first for me. The company really needs to think about packaging the mascara with a better wand. Cause the comb is not working.

This is my all time fav. mascara. I've tried every different one under the sun and I always ALWAYS go back to this one!I've been using this mascara for over five yrs. now.It is a little pricey for a drugstore brand but well worth every last penny. The only problem is they seem to have taken it off the market.I've searched high and low for this product and can't find it anywhere in stores. They seem to have replaced it with double extent which by the way doesn't compare in any way hate it.If anyone knows where I can find this must have product please let me know I'M GETTING desperate about to resort to buying online?!

I don't hate this product, but I'm loathe to use it. It's tedious trying to wrangle the odd shaped tubing and then the double formulas. I usually got spidery lashes from this. There are much better mascaras out there.

When i was in high school this mascara was one of the best mascaras out there, but now there are so many to choose from and better ones. I didn't use to like the shape of it. It was too big, but it used to do a good job!

I was very disappointed with this mascara. L'oreal mascaras are usually very good. It gave my lashes no volume at all and the base undercoat made my lashes look very clumpy. A waste of money

I am shocked to see all the negative reviews! I love this product and think the comb is a brilliant idea! It grabs every lash unlike the brush mascaras and lengthens it to the max. No offense to anyone, but if you don't like this b/c you say it "clumps" or "sticks your lashes together" then you are not applying this mascara properly. I have used every type of mascara imaginable and this is THE BEST. It really does make your lashes look so long people may think they are fake. I am literally lost when I run out!

I bought this some years back when I was still using drugstore brands. Worst mascara EVER. Even for a drugstore brand, it has no excuse being this lousy. It does everything a mascara should not do. It clumps. It flakes. The primer is way too thick. Your lashes feel as stiff as boards. I feel like my lashes are being suffocated and dehydrated in this! It's also impossible to remove - I spent fifteen whole minutes scratching at my lashes with copious amounts of eye makeup remover trying to get this stuff off!! And even then, I didn't succeed - but I did succeed at pulling out three eyelashes. Gawd. Even my facial cleanser didn't get it off! I threw it away after that one use!

This is my first review and I knew exactly where to go. No matter what shade your skin is or what color your eyes are, everyone can do with a great mascara.I've always recommended this product. I literrally keep an extra new one on me at my house all the time. My lashes quadruple. However I should mention I used to put on makeup for my friends in the past and they didn't have the same over the top reaction i have when I put it on. Maybe it's the shape of my eye, middleeastern eyes. Anyways the price is great, my lashes look great. i love it

wow, I can't believe all of the negative reviews on this mascara. I bought it at my local drugstore for $3.73 CDN, and I'm really disappointed I didn't buy another. I've got pretty long lashes naturally, but this made them look even longer and more fanned out. I've only ever tried another mascara with a comb (Rimmel Lash Maxxx) and I hated it, but I love this one. For those saying it's hard to use on the lower lash line, I find the complete opposite. I've tried it with wet primer and dry primer, and I have to say it's easier to use when the primer is wet, because it seperates better. I didn't notice a smell until I stuck it right up to my nose, and even then, it's not that strong. I took off one point on packaging because it's so bulky, but other than that I truly love it. I'm really sad that it's being discontinued, because I love it so much.

I bought this on clearance on CVS because I needed to buy something to qualify for a coupon. It is way too clumpy and I don't like using the primer and mascara together because it makes even more clumps! I don't want to waste it so I just use them separately. I would not buy this again, you can buy dollar store mascaras that are better.
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Dry, Fair, Warm Hair: Brown, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Black
This is most definitely the worst mascara i ever bought, the primer is crap. Its way to white, if you put the mascara over it you still see the white from the primer, and the mascara makes all your lashes clump together. nope would never buy this again.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Sensitive, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Brown
Hate to see all the bad reviews, this is my HG mascara. When I first started wearing this people asked me I was wearing falsies because my lashes were so long. You really do have to take time with this mascara, but it is totally worth it.
I always wipe away some of the primer before applying, as I think it would just be way too thick otherwise. I just scrape the wand down the top of the tube opening to remove some of the primer (hope that makes sense!) The comb application for the actual mascara take a little getting used to but soon becomes second nature.
I actually prefer this over DiorShow, I get the same results but at half the price.

well i used to have one of these and i must say that DOES the job perfecly but yet you must be carefull the way you use it, curls your lashes and then use the primer, this as to dry a bit before you but the black coat or else it will be clumpy and awfull you've got to wear carefully i like it a lot it's a shame they don't do it anymore :)

Hey ladies, DO NOT buy this mascara, this is my first review and i just had to warn everyone. It was on sale so i decided to bu it but this product is horrible! My eyelashes have been falling out, and the primer stays in for days, no matter how much you try to get it off. It is horrible, never again will i buy this product.

I'm surprised I saw all these negative reviews. i really loved this product. I started using it instead of L'Oreal Voluminous because it was 75% off at CVS when I needed a new mascara. I like it a lot better than LashBlast, which is probably better for everyday mascara looks that aren't so "wow". This was really great though, but it does have a tendency to clump if you use the black part too many times over. I really love this mascara...the only issue is it's kind of hard to use on the bottom lash line, so I just use L'Oreal Voluminous there.

Wow, this is the worst mascara I ever bought. I got it on sale for $3.97 and I feel horrible for even wasting that much on it. The primer is ok but the mascara itself it horrible. The comb clumps all my eyelashes together and makes them look like spider legs. I used it this morning before work and had to take it off and reapply my normal mascara because I wasn't going to leave the house with my eyelashes looking that horrible. Then when I came home I tried to apply it again and It still looked horrible. Don't waste your money on this, even if it is on sale!!
