This is the perfect color for a natural look. I use this for a no makeup look, with Buck in the crease. It is so natural and soft. it gives my lids a matte and even look. I would put this on my essentials list.

This is a great everyday palette. The shadows are extremely soft and well-pigmented. I use this practically every day.

This is the perfect for the "no makeup" look and is part of my daily makeup routine. Initially, I couldn't decide if I was going to buy it because it was $22 CND for the pot (for value, I'd recommend buying the NAKED palette, though I didn't because after much thought I decided I wouldn't really use any of the other colours very often and am on a budget). If you're undecided, *buy it.* The colour has great pigmentation is long lasting. The quality makes the buying price worth it, especially if you're looking for a wearable eyeshadow.

I absolutely adore this color. It is my favorite Urban Decay eyeshadow as well as Buck... Unfortunately, it is soo expensive ($17-18) and I cannot afford this!! But it is still my favorite!!

Urban Decay Matte Eyeshadow is perfect for those of us who do not want to "glimmer" "Shimmer" "frost" or otherwise look like we're going out for the night when we're going to work.
It does not smear even w/o the undercoat and the colors are terrific. I was specifically looking for a matte eyeshadow and this one really fills the bill. There's nothing I dislike and I believe compared to other matte shadows this provides even better coverage and blendability.

At first I felt that is eyeshadow is unusable for me (its darker than my skin tone so couldnt use it as a base and I usually use darker shades in the crease) but now it is part of my everyday routine no matter what colors Im using, I either use it in the crease for a simple look or use it to blend the harsh edges of any eyeshadow color into the highlighting color of the browbone.

This is a great colour for my outer crease. If I apply all over my lid it can close my eyes slightly and make them appear a lot smaller. However if I use a colour like sellout all over and then this in the crease, it opens my eyes. It's a natural colour but still shows on my skin.

I love matte eyeshadows but I find so many of them are chalky. This matte brown is smooth and pigmented. Urban Decay mattes remind me of my favorite matte eye shadows (MAC Matte2 what's up!). This is a great shade for my fair skin. I use it to contour my eyes. I used the entire pan in my Naked palette and had to buy another pan. Love it!

I have this eyeshadow. Maybe it works for lighter skin tones, but it is unwearable for me. It doesn't show up, no matter how much I try to build it up. This is the only shadow in the Naked palette that I don't use.

This is a great transition color or a lid color, I literally use this every day in my crease and I've finally hit pan (I got it in the naked palette). The formula is so smooth. Its a beige color so there's honestly nothing special about it color wise, but once this fully runs out im considering buying the full size version.

Great for a transition shade, or in the crease alone
Pricey however, I suggest getting the whole Naked palette

This a really great eyeshadow for eyebrows and contouring! It looks extremely natural! It's an ashy light brown that has a hint of taupe which makes it great for creating natural looking shadows on the eyes, face, and eyebrows!

This is a great soft brown. Whether it looks "naked" or not depends on your skin tone. For my fair skin, it makes a great wash of color for a "no makeup makeup" look. On days when I want to do a more complicated eye design, it makes a great base color. The thing I like best about this shadow is the texture. It's soft and buttery and applies like a dream. I have it in the old formula, so I don't know about the new formula. I will say that if you're looking for a less expensive version, Physicians Formula makes an eyeshadow quad called "Canyon Classics" and there's a shade in that quad that's very close, in terms of color and texture. Much less expensive and you get four shadows.

I love many of Urban Decay's eye shadows, but not this. I got this as part of the 'Naked' palette.
'Naked' showed up as a pale orange-brown colour on my lids and was not flattering or natural looking, perhaps because I am very pale and cool-toned. My friend has warm-toned medium skin and it looks natural and nice on her.
I've tried to use this shadow alone and in a variety of ways with a variety of other shadows and I've concluded it's just not for me!

When I think about Urban Decay I think about shimmer, glitter and sparkle. Thats why I was so skeptical to try the matte eye shadow colors from this brand. I first tried out Naked in the original Naked palette. I'm very picky with my matte colors considering good quality ones are so difficult to find.
I must say Urban Decay by far makes the best matte eye shadow colors. The pigmentation is superb at simply one swipe. The consistency is so soft, almost creamy. They blend like a dream. Naked is a nude-beige color. I use this paired with Buck and these two colors are the perfect colors to blend out any eye look. Its an absolutely perfect shadow, I have no complaints. I purchased a full size shadow just so when I run out of Naked in my palette I'll still have my precious Naked shadow.

This is hands down my all time favorite matte eyeshadow. It is perfect for defining the crease, on those not trying to hard make-up days. Everytime I go to Sephora there are none left, so pick it up if you come across one.

This is a neat little product. I've used it in the past as an eyeshadow and have enjoyed the results. As an eyeshadow though, it's not particularly amazing nor something that I would readily recommend.
I like using it best as a bronzer/contour. I'm very fair and have been using MAC Harmony to define my cheekbones and nose. Harmony is a little on the orange side, so I thought that I'd give Urban Decay Naked a try. It's very subtle and gives just the right amount of definition without looking "over done".
The texture is very soft and can be blended easily. I love that it's matte and is nicely pigmented. Naked is a shade that I will continue to purchase and enjoy.
