This is my go to moisturizer. I have tried more expensive brands and I still come back to this. I have been using for about 3 years and notice a significant improvement in my skin. It's expensive for a drug store brand, but worth it.

This product is so filmy after it dries. I rub my face and gunky balls of the moisturizer start coming off. Terrible over makeup. I want the anti- aging benefits so I use it even though it breaks me out. I don't know if it's anti aging my skin but I'm using it in hopes that it will. Causes severe pimples and severe residue on my skin. Kind of like a gummy mask.

My skin looks more hydrated and shows visible reduction of wrinkles especially on the cheeks after 7 days of daily usage. It has soft after feel that leaves my skin smooth after the application without any oily residue. So far this is the best anti-aging night moisturizer that I have found on the market. I can't wait to take my makeup off at the end of the day and slather this over my face. It makes my skin feel so hydrated and moist. I have tried other anti-aging moisturizers but they never did the trick. They were never the right consistency, not moisturizing enough, left a tight feeling, or made my face extremely dry. The only con about this product is that i'm not sure how much it has helped with wrinkles reduction. I mainly use it because of its hydrating properties but would love to find a product identical in moisture that shows true results of defying age.

Now that this product is available in fragrance free, I can use it, and it is fantastic. it is my HG for the cold winter months. It provides just enough moisture to my skin to stop it from becoming dried out in the cold while at the same time not making it oily.

The only thing I don't really like is the price, but since the jar lasts me the whole winter and I still have product left over it is worth it. For those of you with sensitive skin though, use the fragrance free formula

Judging by how I do not like the Olay regenerist micro-scrulpting serum, this one is, however, a pleasant product to use. It is light, and doesnt make your skin oily. It hydrates a lot better. Only downside is still the fragrance eventhough it is less heavier than the serum. I would consider to repurchase if I can get the fragrance free one.

I will start by saying I do not have sensitive skin and can pretty much buy any cream out there with no issues. The regenerist products are horrible for me and have caused a rash with bumps all over my face!! I am so worried because i was using it for 2 months and this rash would come and go (now it is the worst it has been) and I never thought it was the Olay. I have always used Olay and have never had skin issues so why would the regenerist products do this? Well I feel like a dope for not discontinuing use sooner, but it has been 4 days and the rash is still there. I hope it goes away soon! in reading other reviews on these products it looks like I am not alone with this red, bumpy, sometimes itchy rash!! :( Really upset about it and will never use Olay products again.

Doesn't irritate my skin and leaves it feeling very smooth and moisturized. I haven't used this in a while and might come back to it after I finish up my current moisturizer. This might have been a little too rich for my under eye area...will update again if I repurchase it.

I have used Olay classic beauty fluid and overnight creams for 15 years. Needless to say, I'm a tried and true fan of Olay however, the microsculpting cream (fragrance-free) is by far the worst moisturizer I have ever used! First, it's expensive although with all of the nutrients and anti-aging goodies, I can understand why but still I really don't like spending $25 on a drugstore moisturizer! Second, it burned my skin and my eyes watered the first night I used it. My skin did feel soft as with most Olay moisturizers but holy cow! It's really strong! Third, I woke up the next morning with HUGE cystic acne on my chin and upper lip and a terrible rash all over my face and neck and even on my forearms! It's been terrible! One week later and my skin is still screwed up from this terrible cream. I have no idea what is in it that I'm allergic to but wow, this has been the worst allergic reaction to a face product that I've gone through in YEARS! I'm 28 so I haven't had to deal with these issues for so long that I almost didn't know what products to purchase to try to correct them. I've decided to go back to my tried and true standby: Cetaphil. Within two days, my allergic reaction was gone and my acne is all but gone. I will never stray from Cetaphil cleansers and Olay classic beauty fluid again!

I am 68 and have been using the Oil of Olay moisterize for sensitive skin for 40 years.
Now need some help w/ wrinkles and "turkey neck." LOL.
Purchased Olay's Total Effects, Intensive restoration treatment and am dazzled by it. B4 this, I tried L'oreal's age perfect for mature skin. I was horrified at what happened by the 8th day! My face swelled a little and the lines were of course deeper from the swelling. Threw all L'oreal away!
Since I had used Olay's moisterizer all these years and it kept the wrinkles away until my 67th year on earth, I'm sticking to the Olay line.
The Olay total effects brought my skin back to the non swelling stage and helped a lot. Proud of my face.
So, purchased the Olay Regenerist and coldn't figure out how to use it.
W/ the Total Effects, it tells you to use sparingly and then put the moisterizer over it so that it will help push the Total Effects down further. It's been helping as I said.
From what I've read here, we don't use anything over it. (?)
I've also read else where, that when you choose a brand, to stick to the entire line because in the lab where they make it, they were meant to all go together. MAKES SENSE!
I know I'm 68, but I want to age gracefully just like you. LOL. My neck is why I began hunting for help. Yes, I do have a few thin lines on my face now. None under or on the side of my eye area to date. Yes on my lids though.
My neice tried an eye cream and her eye-lids swelled up like she was beat up! I'm afraid to try anything there.
What do you have to say about the eye lids? What have you tried?

Catch ya' later,
Ur friend, Phanay

Okay, first, I'm using the Walmart generic version of this, Equate, and I like the smell; kinda like an expensive lotion. Floral. If you don't like smelly things, use the unscented(I think I saw it posted?). Anyway, I hate all things heavy and greasy and this is just the perfect amount of moisture for me. It has cleared up my dry skin and I've even felt my skin firming up a bit, in the cheek area. I don't see any reduction in wrinkles though. I find this good for moisture and really nothing much else. The firming effect is minimal(in my case). I do notice that my skin is glowing a bit more since using this. And yes, I do notice(when my face is pressed smack up into the mirror)the miniscule particles of glitter. Very tiny though so it's not a problem. Hasn't caused any acne or clogging of pores. For $15.99, it's not a bad average facial moisturizer. I just wanted a bit more "something" going on with this, since it is an anti-aging cream. It acts more as a standard everyday moisturizer. But better than most! My makeup goes on more smoothly and no dry patches show anywhere. However, it is a tad sticky.UPDATE:Almost finished with this and WILL NOT be repurchasing! Causes acne and doesn't moisturize enough. So, gonna bump it down from its 4, to a 2. Also, I didn't notice one thing positive that this cream did. NADA! Too expensive to do NOTHING!

My mom , who is 44 is in LOVE with this cream. She has been using this product for around 6 years and has not found any other product that works as well as this one. She loves it so much she talked me into writing this review. She uses it as an eye cream, for the neck, and all over her face. It is a great cream to use to hydrate your skin and for anti-aging. It can be used for both night and day. Works great!

I've tried plenty of more expensive creams.... Lancome, Clarins, Chanel (never have tried Dior or La Prairie) as well as same price point rival L'Oreal, and I think this is easily as good as my other favorite, Clarins, which costs three times more. It does seem to give a glow to my face and it seems as though my facial counters are a bit firmer. Certainly it is hydrating. I don't mind the smell at all, and I am very sensitive to some smells and won't use a product if I dislike the smell (e.g. I threw out Moroccan Oil Shampoo as I hated the smell... but other people love that smell, so go figure! Scent is a highly individual phenomenon. I would definitely recommend this cream. I do not use it on my nose as it would clog my pores but it is ideal for the face, neck, and chest.

My face is oily, breakout-prone, but sensitive and I thought this rich cream would be too heavy for my face, so I bought this for my neck and chest to help ward off lines, wrinkles, and sagginess. At 29 I was already starting to see a loss of firmness in my neck and chest and since this cream had great reviews from many sources. I opted for the fragrance-free version because Olay is notorious for overly-scented products (in fact some of their pother products I didn’t buy a second time because of the added fragrance). This does have some micro-glitter/shimmer mixed in, which is annoying and unnecessary, but doesn’t seem to bother my skin. At first use, this hydrated my skin immediately and it took about two weeks to see the skin of my neck and chest become more even-toned, smooth, and firm. On a whim, I tried this on my face when I noticed some dry patches and I broke out (lesson learned). This one jar doesn’t last a very long time (about three months), though since I am using it to cover my neck and chest I imagine I’m going through it twice as fast as someone who is just using it on the face; and I wish it came in a more hygienic pump, but it’s a great product and I’m seeing the results I want, so I will keep buying this.

First, let's talk about the smell. Good grief, it's like cleaning chemicals mixed with synthetic flowery fragrance oils. I actively breath through my mouth when I put this on.

Then there are the other problems. It's too thick in a wannabe night cream kind of way and it just sits on top of my skin. I don't feel like my skin is moisturized as much as it is bothered by all the chemicals and excessive fragrances.

I rather just spend the extra money and get a great anti-aging cream at Sephora or go cheap and get some old school Ponds night cream. But shelling out over $25 for this ineffective moisturizer is just so pointless.

Age: 19-24   Skin: Sensitive, Fair   Hair: Blond   Eyes: Blue

First off I will start of describing my skin type: Very dry...and even drier during the winter (I live somewhere with a cold harsh winter). My skin is also very sensitive. Because of these qualities my skin seeks something to quench it, but burns or rashes whenever I think I have actually found something. This kind of happened with this product. I got this after reading many reviews for it and other products. I have been on a seemingly never-ending quest for something that would truly moisturize my skin, especially during the winter where it can be as low as -35 with wind shield factored in. However, it is currently summer, so I will have to update in the winter when its finished its true 'test.' This product feels amazing on my skin. It makes it silky smooth, and gets rid of that tight feeling that comes with dry skin. It also got rid of my flakiness that I have, which never seems to go away no matter what I try. My skin looks creamier (I am very, very pale) and less dull. HOWEVER, of course my sensitive skin kicks in and when I first applied it I slathered it on...wanting to feel the full effect..I should really know better by now...And within about 20 minutes or so my skin started burning...a lot.....and my face turned bright red, as if I had a bad sunburn (and I never left the house). *Sigh* But because it moisturized sooooo well, I didn't want to give up. I thought maybe my skin would adjust, or if I put on a much more modest amount, it might not burn. So the next day I try it again. I use *much* less, barely any at all. It still feels moisturized, but not as much, but my skin doesn't react to it like before. I've been using it about a week now. And my skin just feels wonderful, providing that I don't put to much on. It also seems to be more irritating if I put it on after washing/cleansing my face. Maybe the combination is creating the irritation? I'll test this theory and update. So far I have not had any burning/redness when I apply in the morning. This product is wonderful and if you have dry non-sensitive skin, this is for you! I have such a hard time applying it in a modest amount because it feels soooooo refreshing. Also, the burning was mostly on my cheeks, and forehead. I noticed no problems under my eyes (or my eyes at all) where I slathered it on in hopes of helping with my dark circles. I only mention this because I know that some people with sensitivities notice so first with/around their eyes.

I give this product on overall score of 4. So high because it really is the first product that has been successful in moisturizing my skin completely, and the price isn't bad. I knocked one off because of the sensitivity issue. It would have been a higher deduction, but if I apply in moderation I don't have the issue.

This cream DOES feel and smell wonderful but I find it a tad greasy and I think it clogged my pores and gave me whiteheads on the lower half of my face where I was using it (in upward motion!). I got them where I never had them before I started using this cream so I've been very reluctant to use it every night. A little goes a long way. I need a nice 'wrinkle reducer', not a moisturizer and this is supposed to firm. Maybe it's just not the right cream for my skin as I would never put this all over my face for fear of a huge outbreak. I'd say if you have no problems like breaking out and just want a very nice moisturizer, then this is your cream.

Wonderful, miracle-working product in a little red jar. Poetry should be written about it, it's that good.
It's the perfect foundation for my POWDER ONLY face. I went from being a solid MAC girl (Studio Fix concealer, foundation, and powder) to a powder only girl. My skin is that wonderful now.
It has a very pleasant scent, and it sort of reminds me of baby wipes (don't know why I'd find that pleasant, but I do). It's silky to apply, leaves NO greasy feeling, and my super dry and sensitive skin feels perfectly moisturized throughout the day. Between this and the other Olay Regenerist products, I truly do have a new face. Best thing I've ever done for my skin. It seems to last a long time, too - I purchased this a month ago and I still have quite a bit left. Nice change from running out of all of my skin care products at the same time each month, that kind of breaks the bank.

This review is regarding the UNSCENTED version. Hallelujah, they made it unscented! Drives me nuts that companies make such highly scented face products! Anyway, I like this cream, feels nice, and I will buy it again unless I get tipped off onto another drugstore brand unscented moisturizer for dry, aging skin.
