How is this not their #1 scent? I fell in love from the very first. I can't even describe it and do it justice. It's so lovely I think it could be worn year around but I think at it's best would be fall, it was made to go with the crispy air and crunchy leaves. I'll sure buy more if I ever get the chance! Everyone loves it and compliments me when I wear it. I wish they'd bring all scents back at least once a year! There are several scents I can think of to take off the market instead of this. WHO decides?

This is one of my few FAVORITE fragrances from B&BW. I like it better than Chocolate Amber. This one leans towards feminine darkness. I love. With this type of fragrance, B&BW was definitely catering to those of us that don't care for flowers and powder scents and with this one, they created a beloved scent.

The blackberry part is great: Juicy, ripe, slightly tart, growing on the vine good. The amber part is dreadful on me; murky, dusty, slightly body odorish. I scrubbed this till my skin was red. Too bad because the berry part is fabulous.

Like so many people have already said, this is like a poor girl's version of Euphoria but that's not necessarily bad. It's funny how some people think Euphoria is sharper but I have this in the body spray and for me, it's got something about it that's sharper than Euphoria. But, for the price and level of sophistication, I don't think this can be beat. This is definately not your typical BBW scent and they are coming along nicely with their more complex scents. It's a great mix of a fruity scent that is tempered with a darker muskier scent. Very good for fall or winter.

I love this scent. I have the body splash and the body lotion. At first I didn't like this as much as Amber, but that changed a few days ago. I was in my bathroom the other night and I decided to spray this on my neck (and I ended up getting it in my hair). Later on that night my hair got in my face, and I noticed how good it smelled. That's when I remembered I had sprayed Blackberry Amber earlier. It is a warm scent. I think it works better in the winter or if you are having a low key evening in. It is calming and relaxing. Now I've started using this before bed because it makes me feel warm inside.

I have the lotion version of this fragrance and let me just say that this is the best smell I've ever come across. It's so sexy and seductive. Wow. I am in love with this.

This smells similar to Yves Rocher's "Ode a l'amour" but slightly stronger. It's a nice scent for the Fall/Winter - but I believe is too strong for Spring/Summer. I'm noticing the trend towards this scent in a few newer perfumes (Prada) and so forth. However; I'm tiring of it already.
If I were to purchase another product in this scent category - I would choose "Ode a l'amour".

Amazing!! I feel so sexy when I wear this. I have never gotten so many compliments on how good I smell in all my life. People actually stop me and ask me what I am wearing. It is a strong fragrance. It is not for the shy. If you like Thierry Muglers Angel you would probably love this.

I have this only in the EDT, so my review is for that. I sprayed this on a tester one morning at the store and stuck the test strip in my purse. I forgot about it for the rest of the day until I opened my bag and it smelled incredible. I had my friend smell it, too, and we agreed that I needed to go buy this EDT right away.

This is different from anything I've smelled before, and smells like it should cost five times what it does. Bath & Body Works really did a great job with Blackberry Amber. This is not a fruity fragrance; don't be deceived by the name. It does start off with a tart berry note, but it's tempered by something softer. The amber smell comes out strongly once the berry dries away, and I also get the hints of patchouli and musk then. Finally, I get a creamy amber with a bit of vanilla - indeed, I have found that this layers incredibly well with vanilla body lotion.

Blackberry Amber is a take-charge scent in the best way; it won't wear you, unlike Gucci Rush which I think has a similar feel due to the patchouli note in both. But the berry top notes in Blackberry Amber, rather than the florals in Rush, mean it's not nearly as heavy. The overall effect is a spicy, wintery fragrance balanced by creamy undertones. Really a great effort by B&BW, and I'm sorry this is LE.

This is definitely not a coy or flirtatious scent. Instead, it smacks of confidence, almost arrogance. Browsing through the reviews, I have to agree with one that likened this scent to Vicks Vaporub. It's kind of like that, but definitely gentler and more feminine. Even though the scent is strong, it doesn't make me sneeze and nor does it smelly "perfume-y." The EDT is the best representation of the fragrance. I was not impressed by the body wash in the store, so I can't comment on that. The lotion formula is not the most moisturizing that B&BW makes (for that I recommend Brown Sugar & Fig) and it's unfortunate that there is no body cream or body butter. I'm not a fan of Sensual Amber, but I do adore Blackberry Amber.

I have the shower gel in this fragrance and I love it. It's definately not too girly, IMO. I would describe it as a spicy blackberry. Delicious and sexy. I'm not really interested in buying the perfume in this scent, but I like the blackberry amber scent in the shower gel because you still get the pleasant fragrance, you just don't have to walk around smelling that way for an entire day.

I'm in love with this perfume. It smells great, I've gotten so many compliments on it since I bought it last week, and it also smells "expensive", if that makes sense, much more like a designer perfume than something from BBW that is only $18. My absolute favorite perfume is Hanae Mori Butterfly, if that gives you any indication of the type of scents I like, but this is a very close and much cheaper second (meaning a second favorite, not that it smells similar to Hanae Mori). I will definately repurchase, and soon, because rumor has it that this perfume is only available seasonally.

This is a lighter version, IMO after doing a side-by-side sniff of both fragrances, of the VS Succulent Mood fragrance. It's also safe for me to say that since both VS and BBW are owned by the same parent company. Anyway I do like this alot and but I wish it wasn't as sweet as it is. A nice blackberry scent that's not too childish.

To me, this smells just like Midnight Pomagrante. I like the smell, but was hoping for a new unique scent. I heard this is only around during the holidays, so if you like this pick it up today.

I was intrigued after hearing comparisons of Blackberry Amber to CK Euphoria. But, while this alledged similarity piqued my interest, I was really, really hoping Blackberry Amber would have something special about it alone and that it would not be a dead-on dupe of CK Euphoria. Well...While it smells similar, it lacks the depth of CK Euphoria, imo. Also, and this is the most important point: For me, Blackberry Amber was such a big disappointment most of all because I really wished it had **MORE Blackberry** in it. If BBW would "kick up" the Blackberry a notch or so, this one might be a big winner, imo.
