I'm a little shocked at how well this pencil is rated. It is absolutely terrible. After having some luck with Prestige mascaras I thought I would give liner a try. Maybe their colors are hit or miss, but this one sucks. It is not creamy and it is barely pigmented no matter how much you press down. I haven't found a single way to make this work or use it at all. What a waste.

in my opinion this indigo eyeliner by prestige is very comparable to mac "royal wink" in that it has that "pop" factor when applied. very bright and vibrant.and would be very complimentary to shades of violet and pink.also has a smudger tip on the opposite end which produces a nice smokey eye.this product is also very similar to rimmel soft kohl kajal eye pencil in "cool blue". (cool blue is one hue lighter.) only negative i can find in this e/l is that it is not as creamy as others ive tried. so be careful, if tip is sharpened you could scratch delicate eye area. i suggest wearing tip down a bit, or perhaps warming between hands for a second or two before application. i know some people like to heat the tip with a lighter then wave it to cool it off, and sometimes that tip can still be very warm and cause a blister to delicate eye tissue. anyway... very nice color overall. would repurchase.

Indigo is a test run for me and a cobalt e/l. Same quality as with all Prestige kohl liners. Indigo turned out to be a very nice color. Paired with Ruby Kisses blue mascara and Zhen shadow changer in silver(sheer blue/violet shimmer) to highlight brows/inner corner. Now that I know color works for me, purchased MAC 'RoyalWink' gel e/l. Love those gel liners and NYX or Styli-Style pencils!!!!!
