I bought this to replace my tube of Imaginaire, though the colours aren't the same (Imaginaire was more of a berry, Myriade is a redder pink). Worn alone on lips, it's a pleasant semi-sheer colour- lighter than the bottle but certainly not invisible. The glitter in this colour is a little more prominent, and remains visible on the lips once the rest of the gloss wears off. I really think it shines over a red or deeper pink lipstick. The finish is beautiful and stands out from other glosses I've tried. The price is steep, but the tube does hold a lot of product so it's not as bad a deal as you might think.

I use all the glossimer products, but this one is my favorite...well, maybe after spark. Wonderful shine, easy application. Stays on okay, but I'm a lip gloss black hole, no matter what brand. The color is fantastic, and really does have a nice pigment, not just a color wash like some of the other colors.

My only complaint is that the application wand doesn't go down to the end. Drives me crazy, especially when I'm paying $$ for Chanel. I use a long q-tip to get the bottom product to the middle.

Well, what can I say, it is my third tube of this stuff! I always buy it and enjoy wearing it because it is the perfect everyday colour for me, not too bright and not too pale for my lips. Every so often I try to find a cheaper version of this because let's face it, 18.50 pounds is not cheap and always end up going back to this because it is the best for me. Try it at the Chanel counter and see if it works for you because it is a really really nice gloss.

This is my very first Chanel gloss, and I am in LOOOOVE! I tried it on at Norstrom soon after testing a Lancome gloss, and the difference is like night and day. Now I see why people pay through the nose for Chanel- it is SO much smoother than the other glosses. There is nothing sticky about it, and the color is so sparkly and divine. I would rather have 1 Chanel glossimer than 2 lipglasses by MAC any day.

I bought this to go over a pinkish red lipstick and it works beautifully. As others have said, the color wears off pretty quickly but the glitter stays on for a really long time. I find the tube to be annoying. It makes a bit of a mess. I have only used mine four times and I have already had to wipe off the wand and threads.

I was scared to get a glossimer because I had read reviews that they are sticky and I hate sticky glosses. This is my first glossimer and I didn't find it to be at all sticky. Now I regret waiting so long!

This was my first Glossimer. I've worn it almost every day for 2 months in a row. Upon application, it is one of the prettiest colors I've ever seen. I agree with the last reviewer that the color loses its impact over time. This won't stop me from buying another when I run out, though. I am obsessed.

I guess I'm in the minority on this one. The color in the tube is so beautiful. It's a soft cherry red with a pretty shimmer. That being said, after about 5 minutes it disappears and becomes a clear gloss with some slight glitter left over. I disagree with other reviewers. There is zero pigment/staying power with this color. Such a shame, because if it was thicker and more pigmented it would be close to perfect. I have several other Glossimers and none disappear so quickly. It is more sticky and 'wet' than others. Not all Glossimers are created equally. There are different textures depending on the color/collection you choose. Back it goes.

COLOR: Myriade is a neutral, sparkly sheer reddish rose that is not too pigmented. It's not too warm or cool and it contains microglitter in shades of blue, gold and rose which enhance and never compete or lighten the gloss shade. Because it's so sheer, Myriade is a training-wheels color for those that want something in the red family but find every red shade to be too bright. I'd recommend this for just about everyone because it has the ability to perk up the complexion without being overdone.
TEXTURE: Sticky factor is somewhat higher than the average lipgloss. Your hair will get stuck in this. [This is a gloss for looks.] But it's not as sticky as MAC Lipglass, that's for sure.
WEAR: It wears well. If I don't eat or drink I can expect a nice, glossy finish for several hours. Some glitter stays after it's wiped off but it's not too obvious. Doesn't feel gritty.
PACKAGING: The packaging is typical sleek Chanel. It's a doefoot wand applicator in a narrow, squared tube. I think it's practical for quick, one-handed application but the gloss has a tendency to oooooze out on the sides. Mine is new and after about five applications I had to wipe the threading down because it was seeping on my dresser. When I insert the wand back in the tube, there is a slight release of air and gloss out of the tube and back onto the wand. Insertion of the wand basically pushes small amounts of gloss out. This is the sixth or so Glossimer I've owned over the years and they all tend to have this slow leak problem. This is my only gripe.

This is my first glossimer. I was after a pretty, cherry lipgloss for the warmer months and was talked into this by a Chanel SA (tossing up between Party Red and this). Don't be turned off by the glitter. It doesn't travel all over your face, the lasting power is good and the texture is 'alright' - gammy, gel, strange but not awful if you know what I mean. The colour fades nicely and leaves gloss and glitter but not OTT glitter. Glad I gave this a go - it leaves your lips so soft afterwards too.

I literally just discovered this color. Yes, the tub is quite scary - flashbacks of grade school arts & crafts. But the color itself is quite lovely. When worn alone, it's a sheer cherry wash w/ a hint of glitter and tons of shine. Great purchase.

Myriade is a lovey sparkly deep pink that totally brightens my NC30 face. I put this on when I have minimal makeup on. It is not sticky at all. The sparkles aren't gritty but gives the gloss an added dimension. It is great when layer on top of lipsticks too. It doesn't peel my lips. Added bonus is the lovely classy Chanel packaging.

I'm not a big glossimer fan usually. People say that they're not sticky. They are very sticky and they feel like you have painted your lips in liquid latex. Honestly not a fan of the way it feels..

HOWEVER.....

Glossimers have a unique look. They look very polished. They come in some beautiful colors. The ones with a little sparkle are unbeatably lovely in night lighting (and even day actually without being too over the top).

This is my favorite. In the tube it's a bright cherry red with pink, blue and goldish glitter. I tried them all on today and some I liked alot but as far as uniqueness goes I think Myriade won for me today. I'm wearing it over the nude lip pencil and it looks really beautiful. A male friend of mine said I looked particularly kissable today (lol). Although I'd probably stick to anyone I did kiss I love the look so the trade off is worth it.

I recommend trying it out!

I'm NW20, auburn hair, hazel eyes, freckles.

Rave from me on both the color and packaging on this gloss. The price is definitely a bit steep for a gloss, but the quality is so great that I plan to try a few more strategically selected shades. I've already purchased Sirop after seeing how much I love Myriade. The color of this gloss is a sheer coral red with a tinge of pink, and it is super shimmery in the tube. Yhe sparkles are blue and gold as far as I can tell. It's a bit sheer on the lips and the shimmer isn't over the top, just adds to the shine. The wear is pretty good and I like the silky non-sticky texture a lot. There is no smell which is nice.

This gloss is very similar to and looks great over MAC Strawbaby lipstick which is a coraly red with a tinge of pink also, and has blue shimmer like the glossimer so it's a match made in heaven!

Can't wait to try more of these, especially the other ones from this collection.

I like it very much, but I would prefer more pigment, this is on the sheer side with pretty glitter, I will definitely try other glossimers.

Chanel glossimer in Myriade (106) - I have finally found my HG red l/g!

COLOUR:
The colour reminds me of red wine gum jelly...I cannot describe it very well. The intensity of the colour is boldest when first applied (like most glosses) and fades to a more transparent red over time.

GLITTER FACTOR:
The l/g looks really glittery in the tube, but isn't too glittery or bold in colour once applied. It contains blue glitters as well as red, gold etc, but your lips don't turn blue ( just in case anyone's worried) :P.

TEXTURE:
The texture isn't sticky, which is great since i can't stand sticky glosses. You can feel the glitters very slightly when you rub your lips together, but it doesn't bother me at all.

PACKAGING:
Personally, i really love Chanel packagings. I think they're rather classy, but not "old" looking. The lid clicks when you close it fully which lets you know that you closed it properly. It has a sponge-tip applicator, and you get enough product on it each time you take it out.
The net wt is 5.5g or 0.19 oz.
Package dimension- approx. 12cm by 1.3cm by 1.3cm.

While I don't own spark and can't compare it to spark, i can tell you that this glossimer is just beautiful. I bought it to use on both myself and my sister. I have medium brown hair and medium skin, and my sister has dark brown hair with a darker skin tone. I figured the sheerness and color would work amazingly with her face, and of course it has! She is NOT a lipgloss person, hence my reasoning for purchasing a high quality one she just might like, and this has become a staple in her purse. She actually re-applies this! It looks beautiful even on me with lighter skin :) A very soft, red color with a slight pink tone to it, the amazing staying power and quality of chanel's glosses, and a little sparkle for that extra touch! Definitely reccommend this gloss to you:)

I totally agree that this is a lighter version of Spark. I was actually going to replace my Spark and saw this and grabbed it instead. I like this as a more summery alternative. I was worried about the glitter factor with these glosses (my lips have a tendency to get irritated with glittery glosses and lipsticks, and the grit factor is annoying I.e. Sungold from last summer), but it isn't gritty feeling and doesn't irritate me at all! In fact my lips don't nearly as dry (the SA said this was due to the conditioners and vitamin E in the glossimers). This is a definite must have IMO! I also recommend Big Bang and Equinoxe!

Another beautiful color from the Galaxy collection. This is one of the more pigmented ones, but is still rather sheer. On my pigmented lips, the color shows up as reddish-pink with mostly gold, pink and a bit of blue micro-glitter. This color is reminiscent of Spark, but more sheer. I love Spark, and call this Spark Light. The texture is lovely, just as with all glossimers, non-sticky, smooth and moisturizing. Does not feel gritty on the lips. Lasting power is extremely good for a lip gloss. When I wipe the gloss off with a tissue, there is some micro-glitter left on the lips for a while. I personally like this - if I don't have time for touch ups, my lips won't look completely washed out.
