Fabulous! I have tried so many similar products both cheap and expensive and this is my favorite of all time. I squirt a little bit out of the bottle, add a tiny bit of water to enhance its performance, and work it through my dry hair. You can also use it on damp hair. It adds so much control to a sleek, pulled-back style without the harshness of hairspray. Smells good but not too strong. I get consistent complements on my hair when I wear this.

I put down "Yes" for "buy again?" but I think it's more of a maybe. I like it - it's a really nice leave-in , very similar to Kiehl's silkening leave-in that comes in a tube, which I used for a long time. It smooths rough ends, detangles, makes my hair less frizzy, and has a pleasant scent.

I don't know if I'd purchase it again because I find that, without fail, I still have to use a wax/pomade or a glossing serum after it. In other words, this product does not stand on it's own, and that's kinda what I was expecting in this. I would call this a good leave-in conditioner, but I find that it does not add much shine or increase manageability/hold. It works fairly well to fight frizz, but then again, it's been awful here in the Northeast for the past couple months, so it could be the weather's fault more than this product.

I know everyone loves this but it does the exact opposite to my hair for some reason. It makes my hair feel like straw! I have fine, thin, straight hair and I have tried this several times on my hair dry and wet and it doesn't do much except make it feel harder. And I think it even takes the shine away. And the smell is so bad I can't stand it and it lasts all day. It smells like old lady perfume or something. I'm not sure if something is wrong with my bottle but I wish I hadn't bought it.

Followed everyone's suggestions and bought this. Used a very small amount in wet hair and let it air dry. Did not even make a connection at first - but my hair got greasy much faster. First blamed it on shampoo but then stopped the cream and had my old shiny hair again.
I also tried adding a little to dry frizzy ends. Does not make anything worse but does very little to improve things. I just don't have the heart to give it only one lippie since everyone loves it so much - may be I am doing something wrong.

This is an absolutely amazing hair product! It gives me awesome shine and even improves the texture and shape. I have used up my generous Sephora sample and want to purchase the full-size but it's out of stock at Sephora.com! I guess many people feel the same way I do. Also, this is expensive but I only need a tiny amount to make my hair look fabulous!

Would I buy it again and again and again, so on. I have never found anything that is as good as this. Even my hairdresser wanted to know what I used on my hair (they promote Kerastase). My hair is in an angled bob, highlighted and this adds so much shine. Love Oscar Blandi. I read someplace that Kelly Ripa swears by his products and I can see why, great stuff, highly recommend.

I received generous 1 oz sample of this. I used the entire tube and went on to purchase a full size 4 oz. The price was $18.00 not cheap! I noticed on the full size that sd alcohol is the 7th ingredient. I haven't noticed that this has dried out my hair, but I am using a touch of bumble and bumble defrizz mixed with it. Will update after more continued use. :>~
UPDATE: I think the alcohol in this was drying my hair out. I only use FF glossing cream now! When you find the best, don't mess with the rest!

Ooooohhhh, I love this stuff! I have thick, coarse, slightly wavy hair that's about mid-back length and layered. I've got an awesome stylist who gives me great low maintenance cuts--most of the time I like to wash my hair, rub a little product through and let air dry. The first day after washing it (I try to go at least 2 days in between washing), my hair always feels dry and my ends and top get frizzy. I've tried many different conditioners, serums, pomades, etc. to alleviate this problem but nothing has worked quite so well as this stuff.

I've only used it twice so far: once on dry hair before curling, and once on damp hair that I then let air dry. My hair has never felt silkier or behaved so well. And, I like the subtle rose scent. I will definitely be buying more of this--can't imagine being without it now!

I heard about this stuff on the hair board, and as usual MUA did not steer me wrong! I put it on damp hair before blow drying, and it makes my hair so shiny and not weighed down at all. This is the only styling product I use, and I've gotten so many compliments on my hair since I started using it!

I have extremely thick, course, curly hair that I flat iron a little bit to calm down the curl. This stuff gives tons and tons of shine and defrizzes with a light touch of weight to it. If you have thick hair I highly recommend this stuff as well as most of Oscar Blondi's products. I just hate the high cost! UPDATE: This is probably one of the best products I have discovered in several years. The shine is just amazing!

This stuff works wonders on my wavy, frizzy hair. I use this on my damp hair before styling, and I also use a little as a polish for the finish. It really makes my hair so shiny, without weighing it down. A small amount goes a long way, so like the previous reviewer said, the bottle will last a while. And it smells great, too!

I can't imagine my life without this. I'm not a big hair product gal, so this stuff is perfect! It makes my frizzy hair a little more manageable, protects my hair against heat damage, smells awesome, and it makes my hair shiny without feeling heavy, sticky, or like I have anything in my hair. This is my after-shower go-to hair cream! Its well worth the investment, plus it doesn't take much at all, so 1 bottle will last a really long time. A bottle only costs $19, so it isn't terribly expensive, either. Its wonderful!

I received a sample of this from Sephora, and I love it! It makes my perm-ruined hair look good! (Short story: got a bad perm over 3 years ago, hair still fried and frizzy from it. Yuck.) Anyway, it seems to "cover up" (if that can be the correct word) the frizziness. It makes my hair look smooth and silky. Lovely!

I had to take away 1 Lippie b/c the sample I received (which was taken from the tester bottle in the store) smelled like nail polish remover! Yes, nail polish remover! Even my friend (who was shopping with me) agreed. She said (and I quote), "Yuck." But the results it gave my hair was worth the smell! I'll just mix it with the Jasmine serum!

I use it on damp or dry hair.

I've had to EDIT: I *love* this stuff. I've bumped it up to 5 Lippies (from previous 4). It makes my hair look amazing! Will buy the full bottle when I've finished this sample.

Oh, and forgot to add... Besides the bad residual perm, I have long (nearly waist-length), thick thick thick hair. Like I can floss my teeth with my hair! (Gross, but I know this from a dare! LOL)

I received a sample of this and just tried it today for the first time. This stuff is truly a dream cream! I have very long, very thick, AND very dry hair. This stuff is so wonderful. I put about a nickel sized amount in my damp hair. It dried soooo pretty! Very glossy and moisturized, not weighed down. I put a teeny tiny amount in after I straightened just to polish it. This is my new favorite hair product. I hear it's around $19 per tube, which I don't think is too bad at all. I would have no problem paying that for this product. Try to get a sample at Sephora. You will love it!

Love this! ♥
Love the scent (it reminds me of rose petals), and I LOVE that this does NOT weigh my fine hair down like alot of other polishing and finishing products. All it takes is a tiny amount to infuse my dry hair with shine, texture, and frizzy reduction. Sometimes, I mix a small amount (a few, pinhead-sized balls) with a strong-hold gel before I blow dry, and my hair comes out fantastic! No frizzies, and lots of body! I have found an HG hair product-- yay! Oscar Blandi products work much better on my hair type than Frederic Fekkai products. I think Freddy must formulate his stuff more for the genetically-blessed, thicker-haired ladies. Oscar is looking out for us "DNA deprived" gals! God Bless you, Oscar! :o)

Let me be the first to say that I was not impressed with the Oscar Blandi line after purchasing and disliking the Jasmine Oil for hair which I felt did absolutely nothing for my wavy/curly hair, however, I purchased this item on a whim and glad that I did. I believe that I paid $19 at Sephora and it is well worth it's price. I wash my hair every other day and I use the Seta Silk Polishing Cream on my "in-between" day ----- I normally spritz some Biosilk shine spray on my hair on the days that I wash my hair and the next day when I skip washing, I just scrunch a small amount of this product and it makes my hair look good. I am also surprised as I have long, extremely thick wavy/curly hair and I normally have to use a shit-load amount of product for my hair to look good, but I need only the tiniest amount of this cream for my hair so I can see this item lasting a long time for me ----- I have not used this item on wet hair but I do recommend this for dry hair on those "in-between" days. I note that my hair looks shiny, healthy and I have no fly-aways when I use this item and although I don't like the scent, it does go away a short-time later.

Hate to give this a bad review, since there are so many good ones on here already, but I just hated this stuff. I have dry naturally wavy hair, that I blow dry & straighten daily, so my hair can get really dry sometimes. I tried this hoping it would soften it up a bit and make it silky, like it is supposed to.. but, instead it not only made my hair really oily + greasy looking, but it made my hair hard to straighten. It came out wavy & not even my CHI Straightener could fix the mess. I just think it made my hair really unmanagable. There has been 1 time since I bought this that I've actually noticed a positive outcome, and that was after I had completely blow dried and straightened my hair to perfection & applied a little bit, it did make my hair a little bit softer. Obviously this stuff works for some people, just wasn't for me :( Won't be repurchasing..

Two words - "hair crack". I love what this does with my hair. I use a pea sized amount after blow drying my fine, color treated, fried hair and it looks like I just got back from the salon. Wonderful product. The smell is strong but disipates once applied to the hair. I would never have bought this but the SA at Sephora gave me a sample and I reluctanly tried it. Was back at Sephora days later to buy more. I am learning to appreciate the entire Oscar Blandi line. This is a keeper.

I usually don't pull out the word 'amazing' in my reviews, but this one is. It's a great product for defining and separating ends. But I also love it as a pre-heat styling product. I have used it on damp hair before blowdrying and also on dry hair before flat ironing or using a curling iron. It makes my hair so shiny, soft, and smooth, yet it still has volume (which is a pleasant surprise for my fine and thin hair). When I use this, I put some on hands, emulsify and then rake fingers through hair. I think if you skipped the emulsifying step, it might come out too heavy. I think Oscar Blandi has some short videos on his website that demonstrate this method.

I really like to use this with the jasmine serum, for extra shine, and also because I think the jasmine serum smells fantastic. The smell of the Seta cream is ok, it's not bad, but it's not my favorite. No offense to those who like it, but it smells like an old grandma lotion to me. :)

Anyway this is just a phenomenal product, and I highly recommend it.

UPDATE: I've been using this every day since I got it and continue to LOVE this product. It's doing such amazing things for hair. I also find I get good results using it on damp or wet hair before airdrying. Highly recommended.
