The best hand lotion EVER!! I would not have gotten through the cold, dry Chicago winter without it. I first picked this up as an impulse buy a few years back. I liked it well enough but after I used up the initial tube, I did not repurchase. I actually forgot all about this stuff until this year. And now I will continue to buy as long as they make it. The consistency is perfect for me. It sinks in but leaves a little something right on top of your skin, which in my opinion is a good thing! It is not greasy or heavy; the smell is light and pleasant without being offensive. But the best part is how great my nails and cuticles look when I've been using it regularly. For me, it really does make a difference. I am able to grow my nails longer and have no breakage; I can wear NO POLISH at all and not have any flaking or peeling nails! It is pricey, but to me worth it. I highly recommend!

I've been searching for a hand cream that truly works for awhile now. I'm also very big on doing my nails, so one that helps my cuticles is even better. This does both! I work in a nursing home where I wash my hands A LOT, and also Build a Bear where my hands get dry so easily! This moisturizes so well, and does not leave my hands unbearably greasy. I cannot really comment on the lasting power of it when it comes to several hand washes, because I always use it after I wash my hands. However, I do always come back to this hand cream, and I've tried quite a few and nothing compares like this one!

This hand cream feels very hydrating & soothing on my hands. Theyve been extremely dry & cracked from the cold winter. It soaks in & isnt greasy. The claim that it contunues to moisturize through repeated handwashing I doubt to be true. I do have to reapply which is ok because I dislike greasy thick hand products. If you need something richer, look elsewear. Ive been using a bit of ointment on my seriously damaged skin because places cracked & bled prior.

Love, love this hand cream! You only need a tiny bit and its moisturizing without being greasy. It's lightly scented but it's not overpowering. I bought this for less than $5 at Target and think it may replace my former HG hand cream from Eucerin.

I've tried a lot of hand cream, and this is my absolute favorite. The lotion sinks in and stays, even through a hand washing! I also love how it keeps my cuticles, even without my fave balm. I like it better than some pricier hand lotions I've tried. My hands are in much better shape since I started using it.

It's good. Absorbs faster than other hand lotions. The key is to not use that much, but that's the key with a lot of hand lotions. Dont squirt a huge dollop onto your hands and then expect it to absorb quickly. I won't buy it again just because I've found better hand lotions (Neutrogena and even Suave). Also, the 3.5oz bottle isn't conducive to all the traveling I do. In fact I just looked it up and the TSA allows you to bring 3.4oz containers of liquid on planes. Soo it's too big. Most other hand lotion containers are ~3 oz (except Aveeno's which I also like but it's way too big).

I love this lotion!!!! It is non-greasy and super absorbent. My nails grow exponentially when I use it. Cuticles are smooth and supple with no hangnails whatsoever.

The only negative is that Curel does not sell the product in a larger size bottle like their other lotions so it is expensive for the amount of product you buy. Also, in my area it is very hard to find it. The only place I've been able to purchase it is at Walgreens.

If you have very dry hands then this is not for you. I like this cream because it absorbs quickly and it's not greasy. It has a very light fragrance and leaves my hand smooth and silky. It doesn't do anything for my dry cuticles though.

I am a bartender and my hands and nails are always in bad shape. This is the only hand lotion taht absorbs quickly, helps my nails grow and leaves my hand super soft. Love it!

I think the price is pretty ridiculous for the amount you get. I paid almost the same amount @ Target for the price of a regular-size lotion. Besides that, this lotion isn't anything special. It's no different from their other lotions, and I haven't noticed a difference in my hands and nails. Won't purchase again.

This cream did nothing for my cracking hands, I live in a cold and dry area and I hoped this would prevent my hands from drying out and reddening, but... I'll try something else. The formula is very nice and light, non-greasy - but it really doesn't help my hands.

I ran out of my mini size Jergens lotion I always keep in my school bag and I wanted to try something new. The main reason I picked this one out was because ive heard many good things about this brand and the description seemed promising. This is just ok for an everyday basic hand cream but I dont feel like it would really help dry chapped hands. In the winter my hands get really dry to the point were they turn red and start to bleed, this did not seem moisturizing enougth especially for the cold weather we have here in New York during the winter. It does last through hand washings but doesnt really give me the effect I was looking for. I will finish this up but I do not have any intentions on purchasing this again.

Absorbs well, not greasy, no tacky feeling after, moisturizes nicely and nice smelling. One of the better hand creams I've tried. Will repurchase.

Not really impressed with this product. It wasn't as moisturizing as I like my hand creams to be and it didn't give that feeling of satisfaction after I applied it. It was more like a all over body lotion. I'm going to try to use it up, but as a body lotion or after shaving. If you live up north and want a really moisturizing product do not buy this.

I have regular body lotions all over my house (including some Curel,) but I kind of expect a hand lotion to be thicker and more moisturizing than your average body lotion. I can't really tell the difference between this hand cream and regular Curel lotion. I've been trying to use it up so I can buy something new guilt-free, but it's so ineffective it's difficult to remember to reach for it. It's not one that I'll repurchase.

Bought this because Curel Natural Healing Nourishing lotion wasn't available at the store I went to. Wanted a good softening lotion for my hands to keep at work. I'm obsessed with my nails, so the Hand & Cuticle part of the name convinced me to try it, against my better judgment. I've never been impressed with these types of hand creams and, well, again I'm not impressed.
This is an okay cream/lotion (comes in a convenient squeeze tube) but it's no better IMO than any other I've tried, & it certainly does NOT measure up to the other Curel lotion I wanted in terms of softening & moisturizing effects. Price for a small amount (3.5oz) was pretty steep too ($6.50). For $1.50 more I could get a 13oz pump bottle of my fave Curel lotion, which sadly is quite a challenge to find in all my local drugstores. Will keep looking for it. In the meantime, this cream is going back to the store for a refund. I bought it today & used only 1 small pea-sized dab once. It leaves an artificial plastic feeling on my skin. Curel Natural Healing Nourishing does no such nasty thing.

I have been in search of a really great hand cream. What I'm looking for is something that moisuturizes my very dry hands but also soaks in quickly and doesn't leave a greasy film on my hands so I can get back to what I'm doing quickly. Well, I'm still looking. I do like this lotion, but I find it doesn't absorb as fast as I'd like and still leaves a slight greasy feel afterwards. It's softens only mediocre. I will finish the tube I bought from Walgreens but I will not repurchase.

This is a nice lightweight lotion. I do not think it is thick enough for being a hand cream though. I think this makes a better during the day lotion. I feel it would be good right after hand washing during the day because it sinks in quickly and does not leave a sticky residue. I prefer a thicker cream during the night. I am undecided if I would buy it again. It would depend if it was on sale and I had a coupon. An average lotion.

I like this lotion. The scent isn't too strong and it really soaks in and moisturizes my hands. I keep a travel-size tube in my bag.

Average substitute for what I was really looking for.

Last year I was having a problem with very dry hands which was primarily solved when I was looking in a communal cabinet we have at work and I came across a small bottle of Curel lotion. Several of us use the cabinet and a couple of us add extra things to it like lotion and sanitizer for everyone to use and after I found this lotion to be so helpful I asked who had purchased it in hopes of finding out where they bought it. No one knew and I've never been able to find the exact Curel lotion as the now mysterious one in the cabinet.

This product was my substitute and it's a perfect example of why we shouldn't always settle for what seems like the next best thing. Same brand, meant for hands, cream formula so I thought perhaps it might be even better. Wrong!
It's average at best; really nothing special and is rather overpriced considering it cost about the same amount for 3.5 oz. as my 32 oz bottle of Jergens lotion cost, which actually works better.
An extra point is lost because it doesn't play well with others.
I find that mixing pure aloe vera gel and/or jojoba oil can make even a very good moisturizer even better. No such luck with this hand cream, when it wouldn't blend properly with aloe vera gel then I tried applying the aloe vera gel first and waiting several minutes for it to absorb into my hands and then applying this cream, but even then the cream just sort of rubs the gel off into little balls.
Hmm...I started off giving this hand cream 3 lipsticks, but I didn't realize just how much I disliked it until I started writing this review.
