I absolutely LOVE this product for my brows. I have golden blonde hair, and the dark brown pencil looks fantastic on me. It lasts all day, and I also use it to smudge into my lower lash-line for the effect of thicker lashes. Good if you're going for a natural look, wouldn't recommend for upper lash line.

I absolutely love this pencil for my BROWS. I use the color "Sable" for my brows since I feel like black is too intense. I just use light short strokes to recreate "eyebrows" I then use a spoolie to comb it and blend it in.
LOVE IT FOR MY BROWS.
My eyes? Not so much.

I picked up this pencil not for my actual eye but for my filling my brows and smudging under the eye and for $.79 it does it's trick every time. However, i would stay away from using this on your eyelids it is kind of a rough eye pencil, more so dark and powdery then translucent and creamy.

This is my HG eyeliner. I don't waste my time purchasing anything but this and E.L.F. eye brightening liner. I use this in dark brown. My eyebrows are fairly in the thick side, and i really like using this to fill them in a bit before i brush them and apply my brow gel. the staying power is amazing for the price, though I only use it on the top lash because any liner seems to smudge and age me when used on bottom lash... Only downside IMO is that the caps fall off very easily, so keep them in a safe place at the top of your makeup bag/case...
will forever repurchase.

These are very nice for the price you pay for them! It comes with TONS of product and the color payoff is decent. Only problem is they did irritate my eyes a bit and I wouldn't recommend them for the waterline.

=_= Ugh, the pencil is so hard! I feel like I'm getting serious wrinkles when trying to put it on!

Very hard to sharpen!

Is cheap... but I do not recommend it...

First, I'll give my review of the eyeliner part since this can also be used as a brow pencil. This is terrible for an eyeliner. It stays roughly a half hour on my waterline & I have to tug for any color payoff for my lashlines. It's way too waxy for me. I purchased the colors Taupe & Stable: Taupe for my brows & Stable as an eyeliner. Now onto the brow part. This is fantastic! The Taupe isn't taupe. It's auburn with taupe undertones, ideal for redheads like myself but not ideal for blondes wanting a true taupe for their brows. I just put a bit of pressure with fast, short strokes & blend it with a concealer brush. Defined brows instantly! The price is obviously great. $1! Packaging is good, lot of product but could come with a sharpener since one
is needed. (I just bought an NYC brand sharpener for a dollar) Will repurchase!

I use a brown NYC liner for my eyebrows. I have no eyebrows, I draw them on everyday, this does not smudge or wear off at all. I would never risk choosing something else for my eyebrows.

This is probably the best eyeliner I've ever purchased, considering it's only a dollar. This also lasts FOREVER. I lined my eyes at 8 in the morning and came home at around 10 pm. Nothing smudged and it did not fade at all! Pigmentation is also very nice. The charcoal color looks more like a dark navy blue though. I will definitely repurchase again.

For the price, it's good. But the product, despite the price is pretty bad. I loooove the color sable!! But it doesn't stay, maybe for 5-10 minutes but thats it. I stay in school for 8 hours, I can't reply every 10 minutes! I use this on my upper lashline and it doesn't stay that well. If i put it on my upper lashline its a guranteed transfer to my bottom water&lash line. I like the packaging a lot since a lot comes in the pencil. Soo cheap! Nahh, not repurchasing.

These take me back to 8th grade when I first started wearing makeup. I would wear just eyeliner, mascara, powder, and lip smackers. I think they are a decent eyeliner-pigmented, smooth, easy to sharpen, and a nice variety of color selection, and the staying power is ok, but I wouldn't reccomend it as a high-intensity stay-on product. I remember in high school this would stay on through PE and marching band. I really loved the Mink Brown shade in high school. It was dark but not as harsh as black for every day. I'd say give these a shot.

I would've liked this product if it lasted longer. It was pigmented (I have a black and a white one), glided on easily. Very affordable ($.99) and can be smudged for smoky eyes. However, on the waterline this doesn't seem to last more than an hour, and this tends to smudge all over my eye. In this case you really get what you pay for.

I hate pencil liners, but this one is my only exception
-Really pigmented
-Very blendable
-Smooth application
Its perfect for tight lining my top water line. I like using it for days when I want to look a little more natural :)

I got this in Jet Black for a dollar. It's kinda creamy, easy to smudge if you want a smoky look, and all-around a great pencil for what you're paying. Only it is more of a very dark gray when you apply, so you have to put on more than one layer. It doesn't stay so well on your waterline, but I mostly line my top lashes anyway so it doesn't matter. It's easier to sharpen than many eyeliner pencils.
It's good if you want a basic black pencil, but it's not the best pencil so if you need something better, buy something more high end. Also, retractable pencils are more convenient.

I'm a huge fan of simple eye makeup. MAC fluid line with this on top of it to smudge it out a bit and mascara. That combo is perfect for me. It's fast and easy to apply the pencil is more low key than almost all the liners i've tried and it has good staying power.

However black is the only color worth buying the rest of them have no color pay off/

So I was at walmart, with intentions of buying lip gloss or something like that a few weeks ago and saw these. Since they were only $0.98, I decided why NOT buy them? So I went ahead and picked up the "Jet Black" and "In The Navy". As soon as I got home, I tested these out..

The black is more of a charcoal sort of color, not exactly black with one layer, but you can put several coats on to make it darker. It lasted me about 2 hours on the bottom waterline before I had to touch up, and probably about 7 hours on the top..

The blue is realy true to color, a not too bright, while not too dark blue. This color lasted not quite as long as the black, about an hour and a half on the bottom waterline, and about 5 hours on the top before I had to do a few minimal touchups.

The texture can be fairly hard to apply, but as long as you warm it up before applying it, you should be fine...

These are probably one of the easiest to sharpen pencil eyeliner/lipliner pencils I have used... Very cool:D

Overall, I REALLY like these pencils, not the super highest quality, but pretty frickin good for a buck... Definitely a repurchase

i have so much trouble getting eyeliner to stay on my waterline...it ends up in the corners after like 5 minutes, no matter what i use. with that being said, this eyeliner stays really well, i mean like several hours. i do have to apply a couple layers to get it to be as opaque as i'd like it, but i don't mind

Pro: Cheap. Really cheap. Con: It feels that way. It's a good deal for the price, but if you can afford better, go better.

Since Walmart doesn't seem to carry Wet n' Wild anymore I bought this as a replacement brow filler in Sable. I didn't buy the dark brown they had as it seemed too red-toned. And I'm glad, sable is a dark ashy brown and seems to be wearing well.
