I think it was because of this product I fell in love with Aussie :P My hair looks shiny and so smooth I love it :D I always end up going back to this conditioner and I have the shampoo too however I don't think it's that good :/ My hair gets oily fast so I don't use conditioner sometimes and my hair is everything but smooth and shiny when I do that :/
So what I started doing was add a tiny bit of conditioner to my scalp (the remains of what was left on my hands after I applied conditioner to the bottom half of my hair which needs conditioning) and washed it out and my hair still does not get too oily quickly with this method and it keeps my hair looking glossy and beautiful :D

My husband actually put this in my stocking for Christmas because he knew I liked Aussie shampoo and conditioners. I was using Moist for the longest while and loved it but I have to say I love Sydney Smooth much more. Usually after a month or two after I get my hair cut its unruly. It just doesn't straighten or curl so I just end up wearing it in a pony tail until I can get to my stylist again. But this stuff tames my hair and smooths everything out like my hair is still fresh from the salon! Its January now and I haven't had my hair cut since October - it still looks great! I can usually get a second day out of my hair without washing, depending on if I run/exercise (I like to wash my hair after I exercise). Both my straight and curled hair look amazing when I use these products.
I love the smell of Sydney Smooth much better than Moist...though both smell awesome. I only use a loonie size of both the shampoo and condition on each wash and the bottle lasts for quite some time. It lathers really well in my hair and gets my hair really clean. It can be easily picked up at the local grocery or drug store and its under $5 a bottle (for each).
My only complaint is the flimsy caps. The tops crack off really easily and I usually end up with water in my bottle. But I try to be careful and keep my bottle away from the shower head to avoid this. I will repurchase both the shampoo and conditioner!

I have realllyyyy thick realllly curly hair. I have to use a shampoo for my scalp and I use this conditioner w it. Its not greasy and doesn't contribute to or make my acne worse. It moisturizes perfectly and smells really nice. I use a frizz cream once my hair dries, but this conditioner has been the one for me to keep my hair manageable and not frizzy for years. The price (lg bottle w pump) is awesome and lasts a long time. I could try something expensive or new but I have no reason to!

I have to say after using the Aussie Moist conditioner, the Sydney Smooth unfortunately does not match up. The Moist left my hair so soft and healthy. After I was done my Moist, I decided to try to Sydney Smooth as I do prefer the scent of smooth better (not that I dislike the Moist's fragrance but I just prefer Smooth's scent), and unfortunately, my hair went from being soft and healthy to dry and tangly. I don't know if it were any other factors involved e.g. my hair was just getting too long or onset of colder weather, but this conditioner just did not keep my hair healthy. I shall be going back to the Moist as it is one of the best and cheapest conditioners I've ever used :)

Wow I love this its rare for a product to get my thick damaged hair smooth and
shiny, but with this I felt a change in my hair as soon as I washed it out. plus it smells way better than the aussie moist stuff.. Wish it came in a bigger bottle tho as I need a lot for my dang thick hair

This shampoo made it look like I had not washed my hair for a week. It didn't wash anything out of my hair at all! Shampoo is intended to clean hair and my hair looked repulsive for a little over a week before I had the sense to go out and buy something else.

This conditioner was excellent! It took some time to get used to, but now I love the way it makes my hair smooth and silky. My hair feels healthy the product doesn't smell bad at all! It wasn't too expensive, but not the cheapest, either.

I absolutely looooove this. It makes my hair super moisturized and smooth. This is coming from someone whose hair has had multiple bleachings and is blow dried everyday. It's pretty powerful stuff. I love the jasmine smell. It is kind of like the moist formula, but it smells way better. I will probably continue to buy this. Oh and for those who say it stopped working after awhile, if you use a clarifying shampoo once a week it will solve that problem.

I rotate this with Aussie Moist conditioner.
Keeps my hair soft, hydrated and healthy. Doesn't seem to gunk my hair up over time. Better than many HE conditioners I've tried.

This worked ok on my fine, wavy/curly, frizz prone hair for the first week or so, but after that it was all downhill. While in the shower this conditioner seems good. It's nice and think, spreads and covers the hair easily, detangles well, and leaves it feeling silky while wet. But after it dries that all goes away for me. After that first week I found that my hair would tangle really easily, had lost all shine, and certainly wasn't overly smooth and frizz free. One thing that it definitely was, however, was lacking moisture, hence the before mentioned tangles. I don't really know what they were going for with the scent (maybe floral? maybe fruity? maybe a combo of both?), but either way I don't care for it and it's fairly heavily fragranced; which no doubt also contributed to the dryness. Something in this completely kills my waves/curls, too. Definitely not for me.

at the drugstore last night picked up the sydney smooth conditioner and looked at the ingredients i then looked at the moist conditioner ingredients and they are exactly the same which is funny because this conditioner has better reviews than the moist conditioner. This conditioner is alright nothing too special smells nice and conditions ok but I don't think I wll repurchase.

This isn't a WOW shampoo/conditioner system, but It works ok. Really the best thing I like about it is the jasminy smell, and the pump bottle. I usually mix a little of the shampoo in with my other shampoo, same with conditioner, just for the smell. It did not hydrate great by itself.

I have super dry hair, colored hair and have always had problems with the color fading way too fast. I started using this shampoo and conditioner this past summer (actually I bought it for my teenage daughter, whose name happens to be "Sydney". She has very thick, wavy and frizzy hair). We have both had excellent results. Prior to this, I was using quite expensive salon products, trying to stop my color from washing out...this product is cheap and my color holds better now, than with the salon brands! I also have more "good hair days" now, than bad. If it's super humid, my hair still reverts to it's kinky nature...but, I haven't found anything on the market which will stop that (and I've tried them all!!!). I definitely recommend this product.

Loooove this shampoo & conditioner! They both leave my hair feeling smooth, silky, soft, hydrated and super shiny. They smell soooo good too. Slightly Jasmine, not really the typical coconutty scent (though I love it) with Moist and the Deeeep Conditioner. Definitely HG for me. In fact, I have the big pump bottles in the shower right now, and they're much easier to open than the regular sizes in the shower. That's the only thing they could improve on, those crazy flip top lids. Buy the pumps girls, it's sooo worth it and they're pretty cheap and it's much easier in the shower! :) Love, love, love! Makes flat ironing sooo much easier, incredible shine and it smells wonderful. Regardless of the fact that I'm a product junkie and have probably tried everything out there and love salon brands too, if I stray from Aussie, I always come back, unlike me & Pantene these days! :)

I have natural kinky coily hair, I used this product and it left my hair with great slip. I LOVE the smell and the thickness of the condtioner. I think it's a great product and will be alternating it with my Aussie moist. The liter bottles are the best cause it has a pump which makes me feel like I have my own salon. LOL. Great product. Worth the try. And I don't mind the packaging.

This is a great conditioner for the price. Wow, this is inexpensive. It detangles very well and it does moisturize dry hair. The packaing is great - the 1 liter includes a pump. As far as controlling my frizz, it does an ok job. I would say that Fructis smooth/sleek does a better job at controlling frizz but Aussie Smooth does a better job at moisturizing so I would repurchase.

Aussie's Sydney Smooth conditioner is pretty amazing! I bought the 1 liter bottle, which has a pump and is super easy to use. It was also really cheap and it'll last me a long time. The texture is not too thick, not to runny, which is perfect. The minute I washed it out of my hair my hair was instantly smoother and sleeker. It doesn't make my hair greasy and it smells delicious. Overall I love it! Go buy it right now. :D
