So after looking at youtube makeup reviews online and how brighter/lighter colours esp. eyeliner brighten and open up the eyes, I went out to find a nice blue turquoise eyeliner. I came across this and it looked GORGEOUS as a swatch.
After trying it out on the eye, it was exactly the blue/turquoise colour I was looking for, for that pretty dramatic pop to the eye. It applies on pretty creamy with a bit of sparkle or shimmer but the shimmer is not overwhelming that it looks cheap. It looks amazing when applied and the colour is really rich and pigmented. It wears off just a bit during the day but it doesn't smear for me so the lasting power is okay.
This is a must get for drugstore makeup. Cheap yet beautiful. =)

- great colour
- not really that metallic when applied.. but still an amazing colour
- not creamy though, you have to work it in
- overall: worth the price!

Is this LE? I had to scour the city high and low to find it. I finally found it at a SDM, the ONLY one left...whew!
I echo gruveechik's opinion, it's just beautiful and dirt cheap.
I think it's more expensive knock offs would be the LW as mentioned before, MAC powerpoint out to sea [which is also LE grrr], one of rimmel's dual ended eye pencils [can't remember name] it's still DS but more expensive than annabelle. I think but not sure that WNW liquid liner has a similar colour, I haven't tried it so I don't know if the effect is the same.
Anyways I have to make this last as long as I can, until Annabelle decides to make permanent or better yet makes a similar colour in the smoothliners [YAAY!]

Me: CCC (caramel-brown with cool undertone) NC43-ish or CoverFX I40/B15. Hair and Eye Colour: darkest brown. REVIEW:i regret the waste of so much time & money on trying other brands like: MAC, clarins, lancome, lise watier, urban decay, bourgois, ben nye, sephora, makeupforever, hard candy + of course the much cheaper brands too... ONLY to finally visit Annabelle and find PERFECTION WAS RIGHT UNDER MY NOSE!!. Seriously! Don't be fooled by this being a 'mere' drugstore and cheap product Annabelle beats most products with great pigmentation, colour choice, ease of application, no dragging or pulling, and staying power & Annabelle has improved in quality over the past years. i've just bought: Metallic Kohl in Curacao (172) and regular Kohl in Fiesta (110). i'm so pleased i'll be trying other colours asap! What's good about both: highly pigmented, smooth & easy application, can get a pointy-tip, dirt cheap, easily available, doesn't transfer even though my eyelids get greasy. Metallic Kohl in Curacao (172): goes on smoother and easier than the regular Kohl for some reason... but still you can get a nice pointy-tip. Curacao is a breathtaking gorgeous turquoise colour with shimmer. It's neither too light/too dark/too frosty.. and no sparkles.. just gorgeous shimmer. Lise Watier has something similar for Spring/Summer 2007, but at a higher cost. This colour is stunning on me - i'm a cool-hued CCC (NC43/45 or CoverFXI40/B15) with dark brown eyes, dark brown hair.i'll be trying the smoothliners next. LOVE Annabelle! Will repurchase indefinitely!
