I had been using this eyeliner for years until just recently. Once I started using different brand I realized this one wasnt so great. Its hard and tugs on my eyes and I have to swipe back and forth several times just to get the color going.I NEED to set it with a matching shadow just to keep smudging to a minimum. After a few hours at work its all over my lids. Ive moved on to other eyeliners and wont be buying this again

I have used this liner since high school. The pencil is hard, which works well for me since I don't like creamy eyeliners. It will stay on for 12 hours and it comes in a variety of different shades for those who switch up their eyeliner colors. Black is my go to, and I will probably always stick with this liner.

Terrible terrible liner! I bought this in Dubai after good reviews on here and by Emilynoel83 and all I can say is that this sucks balls! The liner is hard, not creamy and not even that black!
I struggle to get a smooth line with this and it tugs at my eye lid as is is so hard! I don't know if i got a bad one, but I'm throwing this out and I've only used about a quarter of it!
The only good thing about it is that it is retractable!
Save your money and buy something else!

Easily broken and once you get it out you will never make it back to the small'tube' and no sharper at the end of pencil.
And easily smudge. Thanks revlon, this one is really dissapointing

This eyeliner is alright. It takes a lot of rubbing to get the color to deposit onto my waterline. It doesn't last a long time either.

This is one of my favorite drug store pencil eye liners. I found this and haven't used any other pencil eye liner since. Not even name brand stuff you can find in Sephora. This goes on smooth and even and it's so easy to make an even straight line without messing up. If you are make-up challenged like me and love good quality makeup this is for you. It's dark, not chalky and see through. Easy, fast application and stays on all day. Easy to wash off. Doesn't smudge or get in your eyelid creases. It's one of those things that if you find what you love, you stick with it. This works for me so I see no reason to change. It worked for me in dry climates of California and it works just as great for me here in the very humid climate of Louisiana.

I was having trouble finding a reliable black pencil liner, so I resigned myself to using crappy Wet N Wild and NYC pencils. However one of my favorite YouTube girls uses this in every video so I decided to take a chance and buy it. So happy I did! Super smooth application, never tugs, stays put all day, and best of all: IT'S RETRACTABLE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHARPEN IT! So, win. I've been meaning to get one in brown too.

Horrible! Not creamy at all nor did it stay put. It tugs on my lids and I'm very careful with it. By the end of the day, it smudged and ended all in my crease leaving me with racoon eyes. Not very flattering at all.

This is a great reliable eyeliner. It really does stay like it claims too. I have to aggressively rub my eyes to smear it, it will not smear on it's own. I wish that it was more creamy to put on because it's a very dry pencil that puts a little too much tug on my eye. I really like this product but I wish they could make a softer pencil. I have been repurchasing this product for years because when I try other eyeliners I never like it as much as this one. Although I should probably branch out and try something new since I am not completely satisfied. Still a pretty good product.

This eyeliner is not as black as some other black eyeliners but it is creamy and it has very VERY good staying power. This is the only pencil liner that stays on all day when I tightline my eyes. I have walked around in the rain in this and it still stayed on. I'd prefer this liner to be a pencil instead of an automatic eyeliner because you can't sharpen this thing without breaking a piece off.

This is great color and really long lasting. The only reason that I hate this is that while using the product it winds itself down so that the end is basically unreachable and this happens time and time again.Try the non- mechanical ones.

Repurchased this many times. Nice dark black lasts a good 8hrs. I use mainly for waterline and sometimes as a base for false eyelashes or liquid liner when I'm winging it. Always nice and smooth. Doesn't irritate eyes when waterlining.

I've purchased this eyeliner twice, mainly because it's the most stayput pencil eyeliner I could find that is not crazy expensive. However it's far from perfect. If I don't prime my lids, this stuff slides off as soon as I put it on. Even with priming it still flakes, migrates and fades after a few hours - not good! This eyeliner would only suit smoky looks in my opinion because it just can't keep a sharp line even though it's meant to be waterproof and smudgeproof, it's staying power isn't so great so I definitely don't recommend this for all day wear. It is also quite expensive being a drugstore product and not black enough so I will not repurchase this. I have discovered Bobbi Brown's long wear gel eyeliner and it is the most amazing eyeliner ever! Definitely going with that now on :)

My favorite liner for the inner rim. It does fade after awhile, but all liner in the inner rim will do that. It's a very dark black that's not especially creamy, which is what makes it good for the inner rim, but might make it not so great for just lining the eyes. I will continue to repurchase til something else is better, but so far UD, Nars, MAC, Tarte, and every other drugstore e/l have fallen short

I really wanted to like this. It's simple, it's slender, and very little fuss. Just twist up and use... my only concern is that, although it does have decent staying power (even on waterline), it irritates my eyes. Every time I use this eyeliner, at the end of the day, my eyes feel very dry and just red and uncomfortable. Not sure if that's just me, but I'd say if you have sensitive eyes, skip this one. =/

This is a great eyeliner. I use it to tightline every day and it takes a few minutes to set, but once it does, it does not budge. It also doesn't drag on my skin like other cheap liners tend to do. The pigmentation is great and it's a very reasonable price. I'm still on my first one but have already purchased a backup. Wish I had discovered this sooner, it would have saved several panda eye disasters!

I stopped wearing eyeliner because all I remember of old eyeliners are the fact that it either runs or it just non-existent after an hour. This eyeliner stays on for hours and the pigment rarely wears off. If you even try to rub it off, you're not going to get all of the eyeliner off. It's a cheap eyeliner that really does what it says it does.

I wore this for years before upgrading to MAC fluidline. When I needed a liner for the gym I bought this to keep in my locker, not wanting to buy a second fluidline. After using fluidline and other pencil liners, I'm not in love with this eyeliner at all. It is *very* difficult to apply - it skips and tugs and goes on faintly unless you press kind of hard (which you don't want to do on your lashline). After a few months of me skipping the gym (woops), it is almost completely dry and won't apply, even after I've rubbed at it a bit.
