The product is in a tube with an applicator brush built into the lid, which makes it easy to apply and use. I started using this product about 3 years ago, I started using it because a make up artist used it on me for my engagement photo shoot. The product is amazing, the coverage masks dark circles and uneven skin tones. A little goes a long way. Pair it with the Face Base foundation powder and the product is especially long lasting. I'm able to to look polished and finished from 9-6 while still looking fresh.
I am Indian, from the North and have what you would call a 'wheatish' complexion with a golden undertone, so I wear V4. I recently got back from Florida and have a tan, and the coverage still suits my complexion and does not look cakey, or feel heavy in anyway

Smooth finish. Buildable coverage. Better than my Mac nc 44. I wear a mix of shades 06 and 08 to get that perfect finish
I've used MANY MANY products and being of Indian ethnicity, it is nice to finally have a foundation that matches my skin. I look like I am not wearing foundation. It doesn't cake up or crease. If you have dark circles and acne marks like I do, be sure to pick up their concealer!
CON: I really dislike the brush applicator for this product, I think it is unsanitary.

I initially bought this to use as an undereye concealer. Well, I didn't find that it worked the greatest for that, as I found it somewhat moisturizing and found that my eye makeup would run into it. I used this recently as a foundation and was really impressed. First of all, I thought the coverage would be sheer but it was so easy to apply and looked beautifully flawless within seconds (I don't have much to cover mind you) I'm not sure how this would work for someone with lots to cover up but I thought it looked great. The finish is satin-matte, looks like healthy skin. I will update if it gives me any issues.

I have to change my review. This is actually a pretty good foundation. It CAN look cakey lickety split so be sure to use the minimum amount possible. It has a slight satin finish.

This is a really great foundation and it's buildable so it's possibly to get anywhere between a medium to full coverage look. It is fairly good at concealing, but I used a separate concealer for my undereye circles. Using the Vasanti corrector with this foundation is amazing and this gave me a flawless look.
I'm not a huge fan of the packaging as the product would build up under the lid and become really messy. After a bit of use though this problem ceased. At first I didn't like having the brush as I would have preferred a squeeze tube, but as I started running low the brush really helped to get all the product that was displaced in the corners.
I have repurchased this foundation and it's my go-to foundation for everyday use.

As a concealer I don't think this offers enough coverage if you are looking to cover-up dark circles but on blemishes and as an overall foundation I actually liked this product very much. I just came back from vacation and got quite tanned so I decided to try this as a foundation as my current foundation is way too light (it is winter here after all). I got this in shade V6 which is supposed to be for tanned to medium deep skin tones and it matches me perfectly. I like that this feels light and is build-able if you desire more coverage without looking cakey.

I bought this item out of a mixture curiosity and necessity when I ran out of my previous drugstore concealer (Maybelline Age Rewind). I had been eyeing the Vasanti display which was new at my local Rexall's beauty department. The stand-out items in the Vasanti brand seem to be their eye products: eye cream, concealers, eye shadows all looked to be very high quality. Another focus of the collection was their yellow-based face makeup which seem to really cater to asian skintones. I asked for the help of the SA who suggested this product rather than Vasanti's more popular Wonders of the World cream Concealer. I have the Liquid Cover-up in shade V2 which is a good colour match for me (MAC NC20-30).
My initial impression of the product is that it's very runny and applies quite sheer. The applicator wand is actually a brush which applies the product very precisely. The waterbased product dries to a dewy finish that's very natural and soft. There's quite a bit of product in the tube - for a concealing product, it would last me a long time when all I use is a tiny dab each time. But due to the sheerness of the concealer, it's not adequate to cover my chronically dark undereye circles on its own. I ended up having to purchase another thicker concealer (Rimmel), and now I use this product for highlighting and light concealing. I pat it on around my nose, mouth and undereye area (after the other concealer) and it does seem to have some reflective properties. I would imagine this is a good product to take along for quick touch-ups and for using on low makeup days. Unfortunately, the product leaks out from around the screw-cap which makes it not ideal for travel - it's probably a combination of the runny nature of the concealer and perhaps the packaging design. Also, the concealer itself separates between uses - hence the tube has a little sticker to indicate that you have to shake it well before using it.
This product reminds me of Cargo's OneBase foundation / concealer concept, except for a few bucks less. I personally wouldn't buy this item again but I still rate it a solid 3/5, since it's a high quality product with good colour selection. It didn't work for my needs, but it may work well for you. This is my only Vasanti product so far, but I am curious about their other products and will probably buy the Wonders of the World Concealer next.

I didn't find that this product was too sheer, at least not for my needs. I like the way it finished (not powdery, like lotion) and the way it blended. I bought it as a concealer but I love that if I need foundation it would work in a pinch. I would buy again although the price is a little high to me. $22 CAD for 16 ml (0.54 fl oz)
