I love this brand but This product disappointing me. The Product itself comes in a pretty standard tube nothing fancy, the texture is light creamy and smooth. But when you put this on your skin you can feel its very greasy and leaves a sticky texture on your skin. This covers NOTHING. I understand its not a foundation so its not meant to cover major skin blemishes but this doesn't even out your complexion or cover anything. Its like putting lotion on your face, greasy and doesn't correct or cover anything.

I've been using this tinted moisturizer on and off for a few years and it is my absolute favorite. It evens me out since the sun and I don't agree on what even tanning means. It's never broken me out and tawny temptress has been a good color match for me since I first bought it (I bought tahitian tan and still have it in case I get super tan in the summers - I've had the same tube for 2 years). I have mild roseacea on my cheeks and while it doesn't completely cover that; that's not what I want a tinted moisturizer to do. That's full coverage foundation territory.
I keep trying to find a cheaper tinted moisturizer that does what this one does for me, and have had no luck or have broken out horribly. So, except for the $32usd price tag for it here, it's just a great product.

I loved the feel of this moisturizer, it feels like a whipped mousse, very soft and easy to apply. I applied with both fingers and brush, and both worked.
It has a moderate coverage for a tinted moisturizer, the Laura Mercier, in my opinion, covers better, but I prefer the consistency of this one. It only comes in 4 shades at Sephora, so not that many options. It does have a more yellow tone in some of the shades.
This made me break out, so I would not buy again, but I am prone to breakouts. I prefer tinted moisturizers and foundations with salicylic acid in them.

I have mixed feeling about this product. As far as having enough pigment to even out my skin tone goes, it's really too sheer for me (I am still in mourning for Stila's tinted moisturizer, which they ruined when they reformulated it). But it doesn't break me out, it has very good SPF properties, and it is genuinely moisturizing to my quite dry skin. The finish is nice, although I often blot my forehead with a Kleenex or a powdered blotting paper, because what looks dewy on my cheeks can look shiny on my forehead. It's better than Laura Mercier's TM, so until something better comes along, I think I would repurchase.

Like others, I too like this tinted moisturizer better than Laura Mercier's oil free. This one actually feels like a moisturizer but is not oily or greasy at all, even in Florida's humidity and heat. It goes on more easily than the Laura Mercier TM as well. It provides about the same amount of coverage (not much). I use this on days when I'm in a hurry and aren't really concerned about great coverage. The color "In the Buff" is perfect for me - LM's Nude was just "off" a little bit and looked funny on me. I highly recommend you try this!

Tahitian tan smells like the beach - slightly salty, when I first opened it - not so much now. I like very light coverage and this just evens out skin tone and makes my skin look great, all day and all evening too. It evens out texture, gives a great "finish" and leaves me looking makeup-free. Helps my blush and concealer last all day and night too. The color match is very good for me. I've used other high end ones for years, and I favor this over Laura Mercier (made me too shiney) and Bobbi Brown (too opaque and too much color).

Goes on super light and smooth and soaks right up into your skin. The SPF and sheerness make it great for beach destinations and when you don't want to look like you're wearing a lot of makeup. Not a lot of coverage, but my skin doesn't need much so it was perfect to throw on for class or to run errands; an adequate summer moisturizer

I love this product! It gives my skin a healthy glow and blends flawlessly. I use a concealer in addition to this product, as I have red spots/scars from acne and dark circles, but that is to be expected as the product's coverage is very sheer.

I had been searching for the perfect tinted moisturizer for quite some time, I tried all different ones...even the top rated Laura Mercier, they all looked horrible on my skin. After some more searching I decided to give the LORAC TM a try and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! One of the biggest drawbacks from previous TMs I had tried was that I could never find the perfect shade but LORACs Tawny Temptress is a perfect match for my complexion. The moisturizer feels like a mouse, it is very light and when I apply it I feel like I don't have anything on. When I first apply it it can appear a bit oily but once I blend it well it ends up looking dewy and very natural. The product has sheer coverage but it does even out some of the redness and minor discolorations on my skin which is exactly what I wanted from a TM! I start off with my everyday moisturizer, I then apply a few dots of LORAC onto my face, then I blend it with my foundation brush and it leaves a natural look.

I was looking to try out a tinted moisturizer and it was between this, Tarte's, and Laura Mercier's. This had pretty good reviews on Sephora.com so I ordere dit in 'Tawny Temptress.' I found that it did not blend very well- I actually had to mix it with my everyday (colorless moisturizer). It is definitely not a miracle product- no super moisturizing properties, no coverage, etc. However, I thought it worked pretty nicely in the summer and I did not "sweat" it off easily. This was not a bad product, but I am looking for something more blendable. I won't repurchase but still am a fan of LORAC products.

I don't require much coverage, and need the SPF30, so the "Dare to Bare" shade is great for everyday use. I love the tube, aesthetically pleasing, and flexible enough to get all the product out. Application is a little tricky though - it can tend to streak or pill, but using a cotton sponge to smooth after applying with my fingers seems to set it, and the rest of my makeup goes on well.

Well this summer I was in a frantic hurry to find a really good oil free tinted moisterizer, and i went to sephora to proceed with my search. Then the lady found my holy grail. This is like a pore eraser. It is very sheer so if you have a lot of blemishes or scars then this might be the wrong choice for you. You still can but just use a powder with more color to set it. If you have sensitive skin then this is the right choice for you.

I got this in the bronze about a year ago and I just started reusing it. I now remember why I hid it in my makeup drawer. It does not go on smooth and takes a lot of effort to avoid streaking. This go round I decided to do regular moisturizer, primer and then the Lorac. It still doesn't look much better imo. I think the coverage is light compared to some other tinted moisturizers. I prefer some drug store brands to this one.

This was SO expensive. But the only reason i got it was beause i had a 15% discount at Sephora. Anyway, it says it has SPF 30 and its oil free which was amazing. It does not provide much coverage but so what...its light...i'm protected and i just dust some powder over top!
If it was cheaper I would repurch...but its too EXPENSIVE DANG....$42 canadian???? wow

Tinted moisturizer is one of the few products that I use on a regular basis. I normally use one by Lancome, but since it's been discontinued I thought I'd give this one a try. I'd have to say this is just okay. I like it, but not more than my Lancome. Although it's oil free, it definitely has something in it that makes my skin feel oily, even shortly after it's applied. The coverage for a TM is okay; I know it shouldn't cover much, but I wish it had just a little more, since I mainly use it to even out my red skin tone. I will finish the tube I have, but probably won't repurchase.

This is my HG since I don't like how foundation and prefer to let my skin breathe. It doesn't make my combination to oily very fair skin breakout and protects it from the sun. However, for those of you who need lots of coverage or want it to last it won't suffice. I feel naked without it. Price is a bit steep though but I keep paying it because its competitors cause me to breakout. I use the In the Buff shade because I'm very fair but I am tempted to try the bronze shade for the summer.

Okay so I had this in my drawer ( and of course forgot I had it) and then went on the hunt for a foundation with a higher SPF than my Chanel Vitalumier, which I love. This is a great tinted moisturizer. It is light, blends well and the color, In The Buff, is perfect for my light skin. Over $20 less than the Chanel too. If you like a heavier coverage than this wouldn't work but then again if you are looking for a tinted moisturizer you probably wouldn't be looking for more coverage. This is a keeper for the summer.

I really like this TM. I have VERY pale skin and this one was the only TM I swatched in Sephora that matched my extremely fair skin. Even the Laura Mercier TM in the lightest shade was too orange on me. The texture is really nice. It feels moisturizing and light on my skin. Some of the drugstore TMs I've tried feel too heavy and greasy but this TM does not feel like that at all. It does not provide heavy coverage, but I don't expect heavy coverage from a TM anyway. I hate having to shell out $30+ for a TM but I haven't found a cheaper one that compares to the quality and shade.

ICK! being an oily skinned woman, when i see 'oil free' i think it will not be shiny, or add to my shine... this product was greasy feeling, had little to zero coverage (and i do not like my TM to be heavy or thick) but this did not even my skintone out it only added a shiny sheen to my clean face that continued to shine and grease up throughout the day. i disliked this product even more than the LM oil free TM which i felt was very greasy. I am so glad i got a sample of this before buying a full sized tube of it. i would not buy this stuff, not ever.
