I bought this perfume a couple of years ago, and I LOVE the scent so much that I wear it sparingly so I won't run out of it. It has an elegant rose scent, wich worked well with my body chemistry. I have gotten compliments whenever I wear it. I decided that it works best when I combine it with rose water. I spray on a mexican rose water scent then i spray on the Truly pink. Simply fabulous! This is more of an adult rosey scent. Definitely not the cheapest perfume, unless you look for it on auction sites. The package is simple, pink, very cute.

This perfume was WAAYY to heavy for me. I love Vera Wang "Princess" so I guess I was expecting this to be similar. It seems alot stronger than "Princess". The bottle is simple but beautiful and the price wasn't surprising to me since after all, is it a Vera perfume. I will say this for it though, the lasting power is pretty amazing. Too bad it's just not the right scent for me<3

This is the most romantic fragrance I've ever had the fortune of owning. I'm very girly to begin with, so this floral scent is absolutely divine. It's a bit rosy but it smells very clean and classic--reminds me of Audrey Hepburn, you know!

I tried so hard to love this perfume. And I did love it, after the rose note was gone and the base notes remained. I loved the base. But for some reason, I cannot do this type of rose note (I can't do Rose the One by D&G either). It gives me a headache, seems overly strong, and it is all I can do to not go running to the nearest sink to scrub it off. Both this and D&G rose the 1 smell great on my mother, but I do not enjoy these pink roses on my own skin. The few times I wore my Truly Pink (I bought it in a blind buy because I like most other VW frags) it was killing me until I got to the base, which was of course not very strong, but smelled wonderful. I think that if you can normally wear rose notes well, then you may enjoy this. My body chemistry just can't pull it off!

I used to love this when I got it, but after a week or so it just did not smell good to me anymore. Packaging is beautiful, but it does not last very long on, and I'm picking up notes that are not very pleasant to me..

I love this perfume, every time I have it on... people are either asking me the name of it or giving me compliments on how nice I smell especially guys. It's not an overwhelming rose scent at all, just light and fresh.

I was expecting a light floral but there was a nauseating (pear possibly) accord that was too cloying for my taste.
I really wanted to like it but will be giving it away

I love this rosy smell! some might think it's old lady smelling but I think it's classic and sophisticated w/o giving off that heavy perfume smell. I am on my second bottle because I love it so much! I used to change my perfumes around each time I was done with one but I'm actually sticking to this one. Every other perfume I've tested always smells great from the bottle but then it gives me this sickly feeling after applying it onto my skin. weird.... but anyway. I really do like this smell!

I love this perfume. It is a bit simple because I can't really pick up any notes other than rose but it is still very sophisticated. There is a tiny bit of a sharp green note that really just makes it smell even more like a real rose. The bottle is really clunky and hard to spray but the fragrance is beautiful!

Truly Pink is truly a rose infused fragrance. I do not pick up any notes other then the rose itself. Very pretty - true to form - and lasts upwards of 8hrs!

I think that the bottle itself is pretty (and I do not find it bulky).

Although I did say I would purchase another bottle...I do not think that I would ever have to. Although Truly Pink is a VERY office appropriate scent (as it is NOT overpowering or overbearing at all) and it does make a nice addition to my work-scent rotation and it would be a nice year round perfume, I cannot see myself going through an ENTIRE bottle of it. I have too many perfumes and I love them all! Very nice, but not HG material!

Clean crisp rose scent. But once it's on me, it came out as a buttery greasy rose flavor instead which makes me feel sick by the end of the day. I guess the fragrance interacted with my body temperature and resulted in a not so good product. Not exactly the scent I was looking for. What a pity though, cos it smells really lovely from the bottle.

Wow - this is lovely. It starts out as a sweet predominantly-rose floral - sophisticated yet light enough to keep it from veering into "overly-matronly" (like some sophisticated florals can for me, LOL). Then, it dries down to a less-sweet multi-floral w/ woodsy notes, very reminiscent to me of White Linen Breeze but a little sweeter & juicier. Terrific staying power. At first, I thought this was great to check out but wasn't sure about buying again due to the dry down ('cause I'd prefer it if the initial sweetness remained). Now, after a few days of wearing, I'm really glad to have this in rotation & would purchase again (though it wasn't an instant HG fragrance for me). The big price tag is a bummer - $127 on Sephora for the spray & lotion - so I got both on fragrancex.com for $80. People have mentioned the bottle being bulky, which is I guess true, but it doesn't bug me. Overall, two thumbs up, this is wonderful! :)

I received this as a christmas gift. I am normally a 'musk' sort of gal, so was not sure if i would like this, but I do! It has a lovely clean,crisp floral scent. Very girly and feminine. Definitely one for the wedding day. Therein lies part of the problem with this product. As it is only available in the large bottle it feels as if you are paying over the odds for a perfume that you may wear only for certain occasions. Also the bulky bottle makes it hard to direct the spritz to the areas you want. In addition the scent does not last long on me. If this was available in a smaller bottle I would probably buy it. However I am unlikely to buy a large bottle. Though i will never turn my nose up at it if given to me as a gift!!

I've been trying to find a rose scent that won't bored me and this is it! For me, the first note is a lovely true rose that dry down into something so delicate and just lovely. I don't know why I love it so much. The color of the fragrance itself's also pretty. Lately, I've been into pink. ;) Only bad thing is the design of the bottle which is kind of hard to hold on tight while spritzing this. But since this's also a very few parfum that stay long on me, I give it a 5 anyway.

I was positive I would love this from the reviews here, so I went ahead and bought a mini, unsniffed. While I do love the top notes, as it settles I get a peculiar sharp "green" scent, I don't know what it is, but it ruins it for me. I prefer the original Vera Wang.

I wore this perfume on my wedding day, and it has become my go-to fragrance in the spring and summer. I apparently have very weird body chemistry -- many things that smell lovely on lots of other people smell awful on me or they disappear instantly. Other than this, I've only had luck with Trish McEvoy No. 9 and Creed Spring Flower. This perfume lasts all day, without reapplication, and every time I catch a whiff of it, I think "what smells so good?" I just love it.

Very pretty and romantic pink roses and peony fragrance. Light, fresh and very true to the name - it really smells "pink". I love it, but it stays only 2 hours on my skin. I like my scents to have some staying power and sillage, but "Trully Pink" is so beautiful, that I don't mind to re-apply.

this is not your average floral fragrance...there is something about the scent that "sparkles"...the first half minute it's strong in the fake smelly way...then it becomes a true rose scent mixed with other floral scents..i'd say it smells better than the real flowers...the middle and last notes are creamy and soft...only grip is this does not last long on me and i have oily skin.

I heart the color pink and I heart the scent of roses!! Truly Pink by Vera Wang combines them both in a lovely true rose scent. A singular rose scent not mixed with anything else and that is what I love about this fragrance. This scent is really nice ,strong, and long lasting without being overpowering. So if you are a romantic rose scent perfume type of woman, this scent is for you! Run don't walk to the nearest Sephora and ask for a sample first as the perfume isn't the cheapest.
