Hated this mascara worse than any other mascara I've ever tried and that's saying something bc I am a mascara junky. I bought this at Ulta for $9 a sample size. It started flaking almost immediately after it dried. Smelled like glue. Was so hard to take off and when I did take it off the texture was like lash glue. I don't like anything very heavy on my lashes and the feeling of lash glue was awful.

This mascara was the absolute worst. It was gooey and I had to toss it after the 6rh use. It smelled like the Rubber Cement I used to use elementary, not to mention when it dried, it crumbled. Yes it did extend my lashes but it was not worth the purchase. I couldn't stand the smell long enough to finish applying it to my lashes.

I like this mascara, keyword being 'like' & not 'love'. I bought the travel sized version for $10 at Ulta. If I had bought the full sized one, I might be a bit dissapointed.
It gives great volume & length. I do look like I'm wearing false lashes. But the formula is a bit wet/clumpy. My other complaint is that it isn't much of a tubing mascara as claimed. It's definitely waterproof, & long lasting... but it doesn't come off in tubes the same way Blinc tubing mascara would.
All in all this is a good mascara. If I couldn't find a different tubing mascara, I'd be content grabbing this at Ulta. I actually *would* reccomend it. The travel size makes it better quality/value than buying a drugstore mascara.

this used to be my absolute FAVOURITE mascara. i used it for about 2 years until it suddenly disappeared from Kit Cosmetics due to a recall. it came back a few weeks later absolutely horrible, i was mortified at what i found in that tube- a wet sticky black mess which made my eyelashes straight and look like spiders legs. a cheap woolies brand would have done better. it was always a notch above the rest and i still haven't found one thats worked as well as lash injection USED to. i've used Chanel to Australis and still cant find anything like it. i wish they would bring it back and save me from shopping around every few weeks! very disappointed.

i received a sample of this mascara when i purchased a primer in Myer. i'd read mixed reviews so was curious to try it for myself. at first, i loved it. couldnt understand why people complained about clumping, it thickened, lengthened and gave me volume. i dont believe its waterproof but it did not BUDGE when i cried and was a pain to get off.
i experienced the clumping once and had to redo my makeup coz u just could not fix it.
i found that if i worked with it quickly then it was great but thats too much effort as far as im concerned and i want to be able to take it off at night. so far nothing beats the new mac false lash mascara.

This is a pretty decent mascara. It was dark, buildable, gave my eyelashes volume, and lengthened, it also holds curl very well. I love the fat mascara brush as well. the only downfall is that it flakes, so i knocked it down a point, however I would still repurchase

Lash Injection doesn't deliver enough for the price you'll pay. It's very thick so all it does is clump. It's terrible to take off and it's really just not worth it.

This mascara is horrible, it is not worth the price. It smells horrible, clumps like crazy, does not do any good for my lashes. I'm disappointed in Too Faced, for selling this crap, a drug store mascara is way better compared to this.

This review is based on a sample received as a git with purchase. First of all, I hate the smell of this product. The mascara reeks like Powerade meets chemical warfare. The bristles The wand's bristles are loose feeling and stick together. The formula was dry and pasty, it didn't apply well the lashes. The little bit that did get on the lashes didn't do much but did create a nice black eye effect.

As many others have said, this USED to be my holy grail mascara. I have pretty long lashes to begin with but they lack volume. THIS mascara made me look as if I had falsies on. At work, literally at least five people a day would ask me if my lashes were real and what mascara I used and I would RAVE about this one every single time. People would make me write down the name so that they could buy a tube for themselves. Everytime I bought a new tube, the product wouldn't have that brand new "too wet" heavy feeling. It had a slight sticky and thick consistency and stuck to each individually. My lashes looked black, thick, long, and full of the volume that I loved. I didn't mind spending $20 a tube because it was totally worth it. One day, I had picked one up at Sephora and opened it to find a disgusting, dry clumpy mess. Again, like many others,I thought that I had purchased an old tube. I exchanged only to find the same thing with the new one. Pretty soon this mascara became "out of stock" in the stores AND online so I knew that it must have been a formula change gone terribly wrong. I called Too Faced and was informed that they were working on the formula and it would return soon. When I eventually found it back in stock at my Sephora again I was excited and quickly purchased it, thinking I would find the good ole' mascara that I had once loved. NO. WRONG. The formula was COMPLETELY changed. It left my lashes looking thin and flimsy. The consistency was way too wet. My lashes looked like twigs glued together. ZERO volume what-so-ever. I am still to this day in search of a new HG mascara and completely heartbroken over this. Praying that they bring back the original formula one day :(

This is the worst mascara I have ever used. It got very clumpy, very fast. When I attempted to fix it, it became a rubbery, stringy mess. It also did not come off easily with warm water for me. It had to try multiple types of makeup remover in my house, and when it did come off, it took some lashes off with it.

NOTE - The mini size has consistently poorer reviews than the full-size tubes (maybe the minis dry out faster); I tried a mini years ago and didn't like it. Since then, the formula appears to have changed. This review is for a full size tube purchased in Jan 2013.
My lashes - Stick straight, so I always use a lash curler. My eyes water and my lids get oily by the end of the day. My lashes are black, so as long as the mascara comes in black, I'm satisfied.
Waterproof/Oilproof? - Yes/yes.
Adds volume? - Yes.
Adds length? - Yes.
Adds definition? - Yes.
Holds curl? - Yes.
Removal? - Easy - tubes all come off with warm water.
Packaging - Straight black tube. Brush head is a fat and dense bristle type that tapers down at the tip; works well with my sparse lashes to thicken and separate.
Overall - Good replacement for my discontinued holy grail (Philosophy The Supernatural mascara). I don't get lashes as dramatic as the ads promise, but it's enough to make me feel pretty - and isn't that the point of makeup? :)

I'm so annoyed that so many of my HG products are slowly being discontinued and/or reformulated (RIP to DDF glyocolic body lotion). This mascara used to be the BEST THING EVER. I started wearing this in 2007, during my hardcore party/clubbing years. This mascara used to give tons of volume and length while the tubes stayed where you wanted them, even if you somehow ended up not making it back to your house after the club and found yourself waking next to someone you'd like to impress just as much that morning as last night, this mascara did that.
Earlier this year I bought a tube which was dried out and clumpy, I thought maybe it was a tube that had been sitting around Sephora too long, but I found out it was Too Faced's failed attempt at a refomulation. I just bought another tube last month, not knowing it had yet again been reformulated and let me tell you, what a freakin disappointment. This was my HG mascara, I loved everything about it, now you can't even tell you put anything on. Coat after coat and your lashes look as bare as they would after a facial. To get any traction with this, I basically have to jam the brush to my eyelid and roll up, thus leaving mascara everywhere. Lash Injection also no longer has the staying power it once had. If anyone knows of any other tube mascaras that don't dry cement hard and will actually give you volume and length, let me know, I'm on the hunt for a new mascara.

This product was terrible for me and did nothing at all for my lash length. It made my lashes separated and clumped together. Will not buy again!!!

I love how easy it is to remove this mascara, it really does slip off my lashes in little tubes with some warm water. However, there is a trade off. I cannot get my lashes to have as much volume as I would like when I use this. If I work fast and layer it on, it's ok but I can't get a dramatic look. For everyday use, I can deal with that if it means that taking it off takes two seconds but I consider this only for casual daytime wear. Also, it doesn't seem to have a whole lot of product in the tube for the price. It's a large tube but my brush never has a lot of product on it like all of my regular mascara . I don't know that I would repurchase but I will definitely look into other tube technology mascaras that might work better.

I love the large brush on this mascara! The formula also really thickens my eyelashes and somewhat lengthens them without completely making the curl fall out. The formula is a little dry and can flake a little but overall I could get a few hours of wear without it being under my eyes. This is supposed to be a tubing mascara but I personaly don't think it really acts like one. I need waterproof tubing mascara for a full day and use d.j.v beautenizer tubing mascara on most days but every now and then I will use this if I know I only need it for a little while. I don't use it very often because of this. More than a few hours and it can be under my eyes a little. I wish my go to mascara had the same brush lash injection does because it is the best in my opinion.

The product says that it builds tubes around lashes to help keep curl, lengthen, and volumize. This is not true, and while the formula was very pigmented, it was heavy, wet, and clumps like crazy. It doesn't help that every time I open the tube, it smells like gasoline.

This mascara is a waste of cash. Save your money and purchase a better mascara. I was so let down with this since I have nothing but good things to say about other Too Faced products. First off, my eye lashes were extremely clumpy after applying just one coat, and the more I added, the worse it got. Going through with a clean mascara brush didn't even help. Secondly, the formula itself sat very weirdly on my lashes. I felt like there was a heavy gook sitting on my eyes and my eyes are not sensitive to make-up. Thirdly, I had coon eyes going around my entire eye, upper and bottom lid. I could not wait to remove this mascara.

Hated this with a passion. Found it to be dry and didn't do anything for my lashes. Have used DS brands that are far superior.
