Purchased on a whim for dry, chapped hands and it's really a great product at a low price. No sting when applied to hands that are already having problems - my kids like it, too.
Fast absorbing, minimal scent, and leaves a shield over my hands from the elements. I've been using it at night but will start using it for daytime, too, now that I know it isn't a greasy mess.
I do think less is more with this one - if you get too much, you can definately tell!!

Bought it on a whim not having Unscented Concentrated at hand, thought it will suite. Nope, it's worse. The scent is agreeable but I don't like it, feels greasy and stays greasy. With Concentrated Unscented all you feel are your soft hands whereas here you feel the cream itself. Very mediocre and below my expectations

I was looking for a new hand cream in every drugstore brand available where I live and in organic cosmetics all over the place, but nothing could absorb fast enough, which is the most important quality I look for in a hand cream. And then I ran over this and tried it at the spot - it really absorbed quickly, not as fast as I would like, but the fastest I could find. It moisturizes well enough and does not leave an oily residue. I hate the smell though, it's tacky and artificial, which is not the usual case with Neutrogena. But since it's not very strong I cope with it. Minus one lippie for that. Overall it's great and given the price a total bargain. However my HG is still L'Occitane's Shea Butter Hand Cream, but I don't justify the price so much, especially now that I've found this.

Definitely fast absorbing! I think this might be my favorite and I've tried several hand creams/lotions. Fast absorbing is really all I look for in a hand lotion... soo this one's a winner.

Wonderful hand cream, absorbs well (one thing I really look for in a hand cream). Lightly fragranced, but I don't mind the scent, and it's not overpowering anyway.

The smell is disgusting - something like rubber cement and bug spray mixed up and it does not fade quickly! Do not apply in enclosed spaces. It's a darn shame because the lotion is really good.

CONS: the scent. It's so over powering that even after it's absorbed into skin, it transfers onto things that you touch. The price. Regular price in Canada is: $7.99 b4 taxes for 75ml. That's not much product. I got this for free for buying 2 Neutrogena products on sale.
PROS: skin is left very silky, soft and non-greasy. It is fast absorbing, very moisturizing, lasts for a long time.
I would not spend money on this even though it's an excellent moisturizer, simply because of the price and the amount that you get for it.

This is HG for me. I use it all the time in the winter, and it works. The best part about it is that it doesn't feel greasy and slimy, it fully absorbs into your skin unlike other hand creams. I hope this never gets discontinued.

I have really dry hands and this loton is amazing...the smell goes away quickly and even then it doesn't smell bad...it absorbs into your skin right away, and it lasts all day...the chapped skin is immediately gone as soon as I'm done rubbing it on. Its great too even if your skin isn't super dry... I will def repurchase...HG HG HG ! ! !

I did not like this lotion. Every time I put it on, my hands feel very greasy. I can actually see the grease marks all over my desk at work after I put this on. Smell is ok. I would not buy again though.

This is a great hand cream for the spring and summer months when my hands aren't as cracked and peeling as in the winter. It isn't as rich as I'd like for my dry cuticles, but that is not what it's intended for so I can't really complain. It truly is fast absorbing. It has a light "Neutrogena-y" scent, no where near as powerful as their regular Norwegian formula hand cream. The only way they could improve on this would be to add sunscreen.

Fantastic hand cream! I work in an office and am constantly handling paper, so my already dry hands take a beating. This lotion is very moisturizing for both my hands and cuticles, and definitely sinks in faster than regular Neutrogena handcream. What keeps me buying this is the fact that I can apply it and immediately be able to handle paperwork without leaving greasy lotiony fingerprints on things.

I really like this hand cream. It has a light smell, is very moisturizing and not at all greasy it just leaves my hands really soft. It seems to last a while on as well. I got it on sale at Ulta for around $5.50, it's more than I would usually pay for hand creams, but I really like it so I will likely repurchase. I had a hard time finding it and so far have only seen it at Ulta.

I live in Canada...and in the winter time my hands are so dry, itchy, and painful! But this hand cream is fantastic!
My mom recently bought me this "Neutrogena Norwegian Formula" set- it comes with hand cream, foot cream, and this body lotion. It is all the same texture...the weird clearish gluey looking formula. But it works so well!!
I love it. I have really dry sensitive hands and feet, so this lotion really saves me from red rashes from itchyness!! I carry the hand cream with me everywhere. You can use it very sparingly which is great. But it can be a tad oily for day-to-day...so you often have to wait for it to obsorb before you can pick up a pencil! hahaha
totally worth it. I recommend all the norwegian formula stuff. Even their lip balm is really moisturizing!

I work in healthcare so I'm constantly washing my hands. I'm only 23 but my hands look like they're 83! I decided to try this because I liked the old formula - but couldn't use it during the day (its too greasy). I must say for $4 this stuff is amazing! It absorbs readily into my parched hands and leaves them silky soft. I think this is my HG hand cream!

Great hand cream! Absorbs quickly and lasts a long time. I keep a tube in my bag and apply two to three times a day. The scent is not the best, otherwise I'd give it 5 lipsticks.

I cannot express how much I love this cream. I'e tried everything from more expensive brands like L'Occitane, Bliss, Spa, Bath and Body works different products and this is by far the best. I have been using this for several months now. I keep a tube in my car, by all of the sinks, and my purse. I'm 36 and my hands were so dried and cracked they easily looked like they belonged to someone in their 50's. Even with all of my obsessive hand washing this has cured the dryness as well as feels the best on my skin. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized without any greasiness or the dryness that some lotions can manage. My hands just feel perfectly soft.
