I bought this fantastic palette almost six years ago. I have hit pan on 3 of the 6 colors and it saddens me that this was LE item. I adore all 6 colors. Excellent pigmentation, quality, and color combinations. Love this palette.

this palette has fun colors to play with and not just neutrals, which some mac palettes are. there are two neutrals colors (phloof! and smut), which are enough for everyday wear. although i mention that there are fun colors, they can be wore occasionally if you're in a color mode during a particular day. the pigmentation is good.
for 6 eye shadows, 36 bucks is worth it -- with all those fun colors.
packaging is really sleek-looking, with the jewel chain and all.
i won't buy this again, because it's gonna last me a lifetime.

this palette was my first MAC purchase ever. i got a ridiculous great deal on ebay - and therefor had no expectations to like it or for it even to be authentic MAC.

i was blown away. this is probably the only palette i own that i use almost every single day.

the colors are great - great pigment, blend well, stay put forever. love love love

I own over 80 MAC eyeshadows and a lot more eyeshadows from other brands but this palette has always been my no.1 favorite. It's really the best palette Mac has ever come up with. It has a little bit of everything. It has "phloof" which is a very popular highlighting shade and then smut which I love to use to darken the crease. It also has beautiful teal color, purple, lime green and dusty rosy color which can create endless combination. If you can still get hands on this, don't think, just get it.

M first bold colour palette from MAC. Love it to bits. I love it for it's pigmentation and vibrancy. The the powder is fine enough to glide on smoothly. :)

But I only use the left or right 3 colours on the palette each time I use.

I actually initially passed up this palette and both the Smoked palette instead, but ended up liking this one more. It has some very unique, gorgeous colors -- perfect for starting out a collection of stunning brights. The light green (With a Twist?), the dark turquoise blue, the purple, the dusty rose are all STUNNERS. This is a must buy palette to make brown eyes pop.

For reference, I'm NC 42, black hair w/ drk brown eyes.

To me, makeup should be fun ... and this is just plain fun - not to mention gorgeous. The colors are very "wearable". I love this palette.

I just wanted to add my endorsement of this wonderfully fun and versatile palette. The quality is good on all the colors in the palette. (There are a number of other reviews w/great detail on coloring and texture.) The green is especially lovely IMO. The packaging is really cute and trendy. For the # of eye shadow colors that you get it is reasonably priced. It is LE so I wouldn't have the opportunity to repurchase but if I ran out & it were available I would definitely want another one!

So I'm pretty sure this is the best palette that MACs ever made. Just my humble opinion, though =P
Every single colour in this palette is beautiful, and can be used with one another or the shadows you already have. And it was really nice because there were only two permenant shadows in it (BTW, where have these two shadows BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! I didnt realize how great they were until I got them in the palette)
It was LE but its been popping up at CCOs all over the place, so if you see it, dont pass it up! Especially at the lower price

My mother had been eyeing this palette for a while, and I bought her a palette as a gift. Even I agree that this palette is extremely attractive, and the colors combos are incredibly pretty and in my (and her opinion) quite wearable.

It's a pity that some of these colors are limited edition, because they're just so pretty! They're worth every red cent!

Well, MAC palettes feel a little pricy to me, but I'm a cheapskate. I got this at an outlet store for 20 USD, which was pretty good. The colors are gorgeous:

My only complaint is the red: I wish it were a little brighter. There's something in it that has a sort of dulling effect on my skin. As for the rest, they're up to snuff: easy to blend, easy to deal with. It's a shame this is limited edition, I like the selection. Left to my own devices, I always buy green and blue eyeshadows. This palette is helping me branch out.

This is my favorite palette from MAC. All colors are wearable unlike some palettes which I only have a few colors that I really wear. Last night I saw this FOTD by Tuna_In_Brine (sorry if I misspelled it) showing how to wear all colors, so I did it this morning and really like it. http://www.makeupalley.com/account/pics.asp?id=403531&picture=628252
Lots of color combinations with this palette. You can use one row (With a twist, Nightbird, and Gallant) together or the other row (Phloof, Till Daybreak, Smut). With a Twist is similar to the Springtime Skipper from BLM and Smut is close to Moth Brown, and Till Daybreak applied very lightly can substitute for Playful. So with this palette I think we can create one of the barbie looks. I will try the Barbie look tomorrow with this palette. I really love Phloof as a highlight to my browbone, cheeks, and top lip. Smut I can use to fill-in my brows. Overall this is such a lovely and useful palette.

I got this cute compact from my sister for Christmas!! Everything about it is so adorable, right down to the little mini brush. My first reaction about the colours when I first saw them is "how do I figure out which colour goes with what?" Well the answer to that, as I found out tonight while getting ready to go out with the girls, is to just EXPERIMENT. I didn't know what the colours were called but thank you to claresauntie for listing them out! I used Smut with a bit of Phloof and Gallant each. The result was smokey purple-ly eyes. Amazing! I can't wait to experiment with the other colours!

I was lucky enough to get this for Christmas! It comes in a very cute compact with a black beaded chain on the side. Adorable and makes me want to show it off to everyone! There is a mirror inside and it comes with a brush, which is nice and small, although not as soft as my Japonesque brushes. I wear alot of bright colors on a daily basis so I would wear these everyday. My favorite combo to do is NightBird and With a Twist as a wash in the inner corners along with Goldmine, Dark Soul pigment in the crease and outer corners, and Phloof under the browbone. I thought the other colors were going to be too neutral for me but I tried Gallant with Till Daybreak with Beauty Marked in the outer corners and it looks beautiful! Simple, not crazy, but still looks really good. I just wish MAC would make With a Twist and Nightbird into their permanent collection like someone else said. I would definitely buy them by themselves!

I love this pallet! I got it for my birthday and I just love the colors! I've worn them all sense I've gotten it and everybody always compliments the colors.. Some people don't consider the colors "everyday" colors, but any color is an "everyday" color if your an artist! Love this!

Very cute packaging. I bought 3 of MAC's palettes (intense, smoked & warm) and this one is probably the least useful one, only because these aren't everyday colors. My favorite color in the palette is the shimmery green infused with gold...very pretty! Also, I think that the eyeshadows, though pigmented, are still a bit chalky which makes it hard to blend. But if you're into bright colors, this may be for you.

LOVE this! The colours are absolutly gorgeous and they all go sooo well together. My fave is With A Twist, a shimmery golden green. It's so blendable, and looks even better when paired with Nightbird, a highly pigmented aqua. I wear Ploof!, a shimmery off-white with Smut, a deep grey almost all the time. And Gallant, a bright grape is fun to wear, especially when paired with Smut. Even Till Daybreak, a matte dusty rose (I never wear pinks) looks very pretty with Ploof!. The packaging is chic (a shiny black compact covered with an artificial black suede and adorned with a black decorative plastic jewel), and is definatly something you want to pull out of your purse and show off. Even the brush is high quality. Go out and buy one soon as they're limited edition!

Nice palette! All the colors are very nice and pretty pigmented. With a twist looks a little like lucky green. I wish mac would make the colors in this palette permanent, because they are all pretty.
