I am a huge fan of MAC, but their mascaras don't pass the test for me. This mascara was super clumpy and way over priced. My lashes did not look fuller and the mascara did not dry, it literally took an hour to dry. The mascara weighed my eye lashes down and they always smudged my skin around my eye. This mascara was not for me.

I have this one is black. I love it. It lsts all day. I have a retractable eyeliner and a liquid eyeliner to match it. It is expensive, but it your looks are worth it.

This mascara is just okay. I found that it clumps up really easily and I always have to comb the clumps out of my lashes after using it. I've had better results from cheaper mascaras so I won't be purchasing this one again.

At first I was completely in LOVE with this mascara... I still like it but i wouldn't say I love it anymore. Befoer with just one coat my lashes were sky high and very full. Now with one coat they have volume but they are also super spikey and kind of crispy. I have to put multiple coats now to get that original fullness. But it's still a decent mascara. Maybe it's time for a new tube.

This is a decent mascara by MAC. It is definining and has a nice deep color but It didnt give me tonsa of volume or length, I like to combine mascaras so it worked well with many of my combinations I trid to define lashes and smooth out clumps. I liek the texture, it kinda gave my eyelashes a gloss to it.

I have fine, medium length, sparse lashes so I 'need' volume and lengthening. This applies in an uneven, spikey coat that doesn't contribute to length and fullness. I won't buy it again.

I bought this twice a few years back, but didn't like it very much. I prefer Zoom Lash over Pro Lash. Although this product did thicken, it clumps and flakes like nobody's business. At the end of a work day, I had tiny black specks under my eyes and on my cheeks..........eww! I'm staying far away from this.

The reviews here are a mix. I'm in the UK so I don't know if where it's made makes a difference. My experience using this mascara is a positive. I was using L'oreal's Volumious mascara. It really thickened my lashes but would clump my lashes and always leave marks on my eye make-up. It was a pain because I would have to repair my eye make-up and that would take me forever because my lashes were in the way.
I decided to give a MAC mascara a go because there wasn't much of a price difference to the Highstreet brands.
I love this mascara. When you pull it out, the wand does not have any clumps whatsoever. The opening is narrow so that any excess mascara is removed. I love applying it because it does not clump my lashes or leave any marks on the eyelid. I spend about 10 minutes applying this mascara and it does not give me lashes that look like spider's legs. I usually use eyelash curlers but with this mascara, I don't need it. I would definately buy this again.

I agree with the other reviews. This is a heavily clumping mascara that left my lashes looking as if they were covered with glop (the wand is terrible). When I put on mascara, I really do not want to then have a second step of combing my lashes apart (during which I always end up with mascara bits in my eyes). What a waste of money.

Hated this. Gave it several tries and it never grew on me. The formula is super wet and heavy and the brush comes out with way too much product on it so you have to do a lot of wiping off before application. Even after you have less product on the brush, the formula is so wet that it clumps like crazy and its so heavy that it actually UNcurled my lashes after I'd used an eyelash curler. Ick!!

Messy, the only mascara the ran on me, didn't add volume but just colored my lashes and clumped a bit :P
At least I found ONE thing MAC isn't good at ;-)

This is just a weird mascara. I didn't find that it was all that great in separating, adding volume or length. It just added a little color to the lashes but the brush is pretty weird too.

One of the best mascaras I've found, especially once it dries up a bit. It's creates a lot of volume on little lashes and totally pumps up naturally big lashes.
Only downside is that it sticks to eyelash curlers if you prefer curling after you put on mascara... But all in all, this is definitely a good-ie.
(AND the #1 mascara used backstage!)

This is my HG mascara!!! I keep trying out different brands though, because it DOES flake a bit at the end of my day, but i have very oily skin and live in by the ocean so it gets a pass on that, and a four out of five. The only other one I either layer with or use instead of, is L'oreal Telescopic. Really though this is the glossiest, darkest, thickest, and most dramatic mascara I have used. It is absolutely beautiful! I may switch it up a bit but really I always come back to this one. There is nothing better for black dramatic glossy lashes.

This was the first mascara I ever got and even though it did nothing for my asian lashes, i still thought it was "all right". But I tried other mascaras and found that this one really wasn't anything special. It smudged like crazy on me after two hours, making me a panda bear and getting odd looks from everyone. My dad even nicknamed me panda whenever I wore this mascara. Save your money, it's not worth it.

Ick! Save your money. This mascara tends to clump easily (a hollywood SIN), the product runs out quickly, and it doesn't make a fabulous difference on lashes like mine that are blonde and thin. It could be worse and I don't remember it irritating my eyes. I always rely on MAC for some of my more dramatic looks, but this mascara didn't stand out at all. Even if I were wanting a more natural look, it didn't do the job. Mascara-wise, I have 100% better luck finding a good one at CVS.

I got this as a gift, and I would never buy it for myself. It did nothing but make part of my lashes black. My lashes are long, but they're blonde and hard to see, and this just made them look like short black lashes.

My everyday mascara. Price is worth it compared to inferior drugstore products. Why waste your money and time with drugstore brands when this mascara does it all?

This is 100 in 1 mascara. You can have natural look, dramatic, volume, whatever you want. You can build up the volume or keep it natural. Recommend it to every one

Why is there such a low rating for this product? I tried it for the first time today and I liked it!
I've been using drugstore and body shop mascara and after I tried pro lash, I find that its really good.
Firstly, it doesnt clump at all, there none of those blobs that u have have if the mascara first goes on. +points for that!
I have medium long, medium dense eye lashes to begin with. Secondly, it seperates and defines every lash I have! Its a great bonus. I have tried maybelline and body shop and I end up sticking up my eyelashes together so it feels like I'm left with half the number of lashes. ++points for that!
Its a great mascara for day wear and its good for an easy day out. I would recommend to all users wanting a nice natural defined look without the XXL mascara effect.
The price is acceptable to me too!
