This is by far the best moisturizer I have used. I use it in the morning and at night. I do not have to reapply, it isn't greasy at all, absorbs very well and actually makes my skin so smooth. I wish I would have found this sooner!

My skin type is OSWP.

This moisturizer was ok, was it worth the $? for a drugstore product? I'm not sure. It seeped into my skin, but my skin isn't particularly dry. I feel like it did not do much good, but it didn't do harm either (greasy, break outs, etc). If I have bad luck in the moisturizer department, I may return to it.

I'm in my 20s but I've always been told it's good to start preventing signs of aging early. I bought this moisturizer because Olay is trusted and always gets great reviews. I have a hard time finding a moisturizer that doesn't make me greasy or break me out. This stuff is amazing! It smells nice, feels so luxurious on the skin and it makes my skin unbelievably soft. Like others have said, I tend to use it at night and wake up with fresh, radiant looking skin. I would definitely recommend this moisturizer!

I'm in my early 30's but I've always been told by my mother when I was young to start using face creams in your 20's and 30's since its easier to prevent aging rather than reverse it (of course none of us can escape it)!

I have oily skin, but I decided to use this since Olay has always had good reviews and they never promiss you miracles, but this face cream lotion does make my skin feel very nice. I use it at night, but my skin feels much more hydrated and I havn't noticed any breakouts. I have not been using it for more than a few weeks so far, but will edit if I see anything new. So far so good because it soaks into your skin without feeling greasy, or oily. :) It's great for winter especially and my face does feel much better.

I have been using Ponds Dry Skin cream lately, as my Aveeno Positively Radiant lotion I used in the past ran out and I just needed something cheap to moisturize with. I picked up Ponds and, though it does work on a basic level, it wasn't quite what I was looking for. (Look out for my review on the product in the next couple of days, if you're interested) It was decent but I needed something better.

One night after showering, I noticed my stepmother had left her Olay Regenerating lotion on the counter and I thought "What the heck, why not" and applied it to my damp face.
I can safely say that this is my HG facial lotion, at least thus far.
It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin with a matte finish. My skin feels soft and moisturized all day without getting shiny. It isn't really a 'deep moisture' cream, though. The scent is very light and, though most would liken the smell to something older women would wear, I don't mind.
The packaging is handy and pretty straight-forward; a 'button' that you push down and a perfect amount comes from a little hole in the center. It seems like very little would be wasted with this kind of product.

I'm thinking about picking some up in the next couple days, since I don't want to get in trouble for using my stepmothers, haha!

I really like this cream. I tend to use it at night and wake up with fresh looking, moisturized skin. It is moisturizing, but not super rich. I read an article in a UK magazine and a dermatologist said, in her opinion one of the best anti-agers was a peptide (can't remember the exact name of the peptide). I researched it, at the time and found it was in this cream. That is why I tried it. I am on my third jar now. I don't use this exclusively. I tend to go for higher end creams, but this works just as well when my skin is normal. If it is dry, I use PTR's mega rich.

This is my favorite moisturizer and the only Olay product that I use. I have combo/acne prone skin and can use this under makeup- Leaves a nice matte finish. And no breakouts ever! Sometimes I mix with Colorstay for a lighter finish.
At night, I put this on after applying a retinol product and my skin seems to love it. Love the packaging too, press the top and it dispenses just the right amount. It has a light fragrance, but doesn't bother me. Priced reasonably and works for my "mature" skin. This may feel too "hydrating" for oily skin, so please keep that in mind. Recommended.

I bought this because I'm trying to switch to drugstore products from prestige brands to save some money. This was my new year's resolution, and I have been very pleased with my experiment so far.

This Olay Regenerist Deep Hydration Cream is great - I have sensitive, combo, acne-prone skin with discoloration, and this has really been keeping it soft and smooth without any breakouts. It does have a strong fragrance, but I actually like the scent. I have been using it either as a basic night cream or basic day cream. I use a retinol product 2-3 nights a week, but my skin doesn't tolerate retinol more than that, so I use this on the other nights. I also use this in the morning if I'm not going to be going outside anytime soon.

I wish that they would make a version of this with physical sunblock like zinc oxide. Right now Regenerist makes 3 products with SPF, but they all contain avobenzone which my skin is allergic to. But, if I'm going outside, I'll just throw some Neutrogena Pure & Free Liquid SPF 50 over this, which is very light & they layer nicely. If I don't feel like layering products, I really like the Olay Complete SPF 30 for Sensitive Skin (it has zinc oxide instead of avobenzone).

Instead of this Deep Hydration Cream, I had originally purchased the Micro Sculpting Cream which has won all of the awards, but I hated the fact that it had micro-glitter in it. I did feel the tightening effect on my face, but I thought the glitter was very fake looking. I much prefer the semi-matte, natural finish of this cream. Plus the applicator is great - much better than an open pot.

The only reason that I took off a lippie was because they don't offer an SPF version of this product. Otherwise, it's a great moisturizer for day or night.

I bought this because my usual Total Effects was out of stock. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at this product. This has turned out to be an excellent day cream for me. It makes my skin so smooth and the best part is the MATTE finish which I really yearn for in a day cream and seldom get. It just makes my skin look overall fresh, clean, and clear. It's not really a "deep hydration" cream in my opinion - I wouldn't use it as a restorative night cream. Oh and one lippie off because there's no SPF in it. Otherwise, it would be perfect.
UPDATE: Ok I just realized that I had bought the generic (Kmart) version of this, not Olay. But I re-purchased and bought the Olay brand one and I still love it. It's not AS matte as the Kmart version - that one has a very powdery finish - but it is still matte. And Olay version is more moisturizing.
UPDATE again: I'm afraid I can't say this is matte anymore. It goes on matte-ish and then within 1-2 hours my face is shiny. Hate that. I would definitely buy the GENERIC KMART version of this again though.

This moisturizer works great on my combination skin. I really love that it creates a nice smooth matte finish. It is perfect for under foundation. My makeup looks a lot nicer when I use this moisturizer. It seems to help keep me from looking oily. I never have to use a primer when I use this moisturizer.

I have combination skin - dry at times, oily at others.. and a lot of that depends on what products I am using. When I bought this moisturizer I was very dry and having problems even using foundation/concealer b/c I had quite patchy/flakey skin around my nose and chin. I was amazed after the first time I used this. I bought it as a night cream as it has no SPF and because I figured if it was a "Deep Hydration" type of thing that i wouldn't be able to wear it during the day. I loved this so much I didn't want to not use it in the morning as well!! For me, it is only necessary that I apply this at night, and not even every night. I do have occassional problems with breakouts as I am constantly trying out new products and some of them are awfully irritating, so I rotate this as my night cream with Clean & Clear's Advantage Acne Control moisturizer and they both do an amazing job of keeping my skin from becoming dry as well as toning down redness. Even the Olay without any acne fighting ingredients helps to heal my blemishes so when I wake up in the morning they are much more calm, if that makes sense. This does work well under make up so if you have either primer or foundation with enough SPF it would be fine to use this as a moisturizer under it but for me, with my foundation only having SPF6-15 I don't feel that's enough SPF and am testing out Olay's Regenerist UV Defense regenerating lotion SPF 15.. I haven't decided what I feel about it yet b/c I am in the middle of a breakout and in the process of determing the culprit. The UV one does smell like the deep hydrating one and I love the smell - it doesn't stay on or stay noticeable for very long especially with makeup on top.. the UV one is a little less thick but probably due to having sunscreen in it - I am beginning to think maybe SPF in general causes me to breakout. If that's the case maybe I will just use the regular non-SPF regenerist lotion under makeup b/c I do need a moisturizer - just sucks that i ALSO need a sunscreen - its kind of the purpose of putting moisturizer under makeup = better sun protection! The deep hydration is worth buying - i took one lippie off only because it does not have SPF.. if they added it it'd probably ruin it though so... maybe i should just say this is PERFECT and AMAZING as a night time moisturizer. You will love it so much you'll want to use it during the day!
UPDATE: SAFE FOR ACNE PRONE SKIN - CONTAINS NO PORE CLOGGING INGREDIENTS, (reference, www.cosdna.com)

Olay - Regenerist Deep Hydration Regenerating Cream
My mother bought this cream for herself and I tried it one time and love the scent of it. After reading on the bottle that it is deep hydration, I though that for sure this cream is going to do wonders for moisturizing my face. I sometimes forget to moisturize and this cream was stating that is is a 'Deep Hydration Regenerating Cream' which is a bit of a stretch.
After using it for two weeks I don't really notice a difference, it smells good and it goes on smooth and non greasy. Also I love how the products comes out, its neat and I've never anything like that.
I do find a weird, light waxy feel on my hands after I used this product and always have to wash my hands after applying it to my face.
I won't buy this again, but if someone is looking for a light, non greasy moisturizer, that smells great you might want to try this <3

After many years using Sisley and Estee Lauder skincare, I bought the regenerist serums (night and day) three weeks ago.
My skin has never looked so good. I must say that because of my skin that is firm, I don't have lines or wrinkles yet, but since one year I discovered that my pores on my cheekes were getting larger.
Since I am using the serums, my pores are so extremely small, that my skin looks like velvet. I really hadn't expect a result that good!!
It makes my skin looks fresh and even. Actually I don't have to use foundation anymore. (But I do to keep my oily skin matt).
So full enthousiasm, I bought this moisurizer two days ago. After 24 hours I have dry itchy spots in my face and neck and today I discovered pimples too!
I am using now a cortisone creme against the allergy.
I was curious about the ingredients of this this product and was shocked about the large amounts of parabenes, alcohol and especially aluminium!
I wish I had checked the ingredients of this cream before I bought it, but because of my enthousiasm of the olay-serums I didn't ecpect to have any problems with this cream.
I find it shocking that they still use parabenes and aluminium in products.

I had to have this after trying a similar product by Olay (Night Recovery Cream) because the ingredients were similar. This goes on great under makeup. It doesn't make my skin break out. It helps revitalize where it has been damaged by acne; the color is more even and the texture is smooth. This is probably Olay's best mousturizer for day time.

I am on my second bottle this. I really like it because I have sensitive skin that tends to break out easily. This lotion is good because it abosrbs really quickly and works great under makeup. It doesn't break me out unless I use too much which is why I gave it 4 lippies. I don't think it takes care of super dry skin but it does a good job for me. It's advertized as anti-aging and I have a few fine lines that are still there so I don't think it does anything in the department. I have to say that my skin is baby smooth and luminous from this though. I love it- just don't use too much or you'll break out:)

LOVE this product. The weight of it is wonderful. My sensitive skin has responded very well to it. A complete turnaround in my skin has occurred. No more spotty dryness, no more dullness. The texture and tone of my skin is improving more and more as I use it. Love the design of the package. It's easy to use and dispense just the right amount. Drawback: Smell. It's a bit heavy in the perfume.

I bought this product after reading so many great reviews. The packaging is perfect, I love the lid with pump. Also it feels perfect on skin, not too oily, enough moisture. Usually, after using any other moisturizer, my skin felt oily after couple of hours. But not with this moisturizer. It felt perfect even at the end of the day. However, I started breaking out more than before. Every time I used this moisturizer, I had 2 to 4 new zits at the end of day. I stopped using it few days ago - no more new breakouts. So unfortunately I give only 2 lippies.

The only good thing about this lotion is the packaging. I never ended up putting this on my face, rather, i used it on my neck a couple times and just couldn't get over the strong perfumy smell. On top of the totally inappropriate fragrance, it doesn't contain any significant amount of antioxidants. Overall, it's a smelly, bland, over-priced moisturizer. I've read good things about some of the other products under the regenerist line, but save your money and don't bother with this piece of crap.

I bought this when a airline lost my luggage on the way to Kodiak, AK. I settled on this product, when I couldn't find a cheap Jojoba or Vit E. Oil at a local drug store. I used it at night only, since it doesn't include SPF. It seemed to be hydrating without being oily. I kept using it for a week at night, even after finding my luggage. I ended up trashing a full bottle due to breakout and a bit of a rash developing on my cheek. Back to Jojoba and La Posay Roche.
This just reinforces why I never buy drugstore products.

I've tried all the moisturizer. From high end to low end, and though this is in the middle, I liked it the most. It moisturized my face throughout the day, and I also love how this absorbs quick and turns into matte-ish. I'm no genius but i found paraben in the ingredients and that's probably why its matte-ish. It looks light, but its creamier when applied to face.

I have eczema on my face and very acne prone with combo skin (oily t-zone and extra dry the rest of my face) and THIS product is the ONLY one that kept both hydrated without being oily. I've been using it for two weeks, and will update after a month or so.

The packaging is really unique, it pumps all the cream to the last drop.
