Love it. It makes my hair soft and shiny after blow drying. I do not use heat tools so I can't say anything about that. Personally I love the candy smell. The pump is fantastic as it disperses the product evenly without having to hold the bottle far away. It holds the style better than using nothing, but not much more than that. As I am not looking for something to hold my style, I did not consider this in my rating.

I am in love with this product. Keeping a stash of it in my bathroom just in case it ever gets discontinued. It has a strong smell, but it's a good one. I do think it protects my hair from heat damage because I either blow dry or straighten my hair pretty often, and my hair dresser says my hair is in perfect condition. The only teensy little downside is that it makes my dry hair a tad too damp for my likes, seeing as I only want to straighten my hair when it's completely dry.

Pretty sure this dries my hair more than it protects it. Smells lovely but makes my hair frizzy, dry, and feel straw-like and bristly. Leaves residue. Will not be buying again.

Im on my second bottle of this product and I must say I love it! The smell is just amazing!! If it wasnt for protecting the hair from heat Id still use it just because of the smell! I dont think it lasts that long... not as long as a perfume would anyway, but I just love it for the scent pleasure it gives me haha! I can see my hair is alot smoother when I use this before straightening, not sure about the shine, but it is easier to manage. I think it does protect my hair from the heat, although we could never know... I still get split ends but those are hard to prevent anyway! But I find that my hair isnt as dry. The bottle is fine! The nozzle is too. The product isnt sticky at all, and I just love to use it on my hair! So I will continue to do that :D

I love this product. It is the best heat spray I have tried. All the sprays I had tried before left my hair very sticky, but this one doesn't. It leaves my hair really soft and shiny, and I find the smell gorgeous. I bought it becuase all the good reviews I read about it and I'll buy it again.

I love this stuff! It's the best heat protectant spray on the market, whether it be a drugstore or a salon product. I love the fact that this product does not contain alcohol. It has always baffled me that most heat protectant sprays contain alcohol. I love the smell, so I'm not really sure why some other reviewers are turned off by the scent. It leaves my hair soft and silky. It really seems to perform as far as protecting my hair from the blow dryer (I spray this on wet hair before I blow dry) and then I spray it on again before I straighten or curl it my hair. I do not think this product is expensive at all (I've never paid more that $4) and it's very easily located at any drug store or mass retailer. The only con about this product is the nozzle. I do not like it, so I switch it out with a regular fine-mist spray nozzle. That works better for me.

I use this before ironing my hair and I think it adds a nice shine to my hair. I hate the smell though.

This is my first heat protectant but I must say it exceeded all my expectations. My hair is relaxed and I've never liked the texture I get from blowdrying or rollersetting. But when I used this? Wow. I didn't even need to use a lot of heat. My hair was smooth, soft and for once had motion. I only bought the travel size coz I wasn't sure I'd use it a lot. I'd def buy it again. Where I live, decent hair products have astronomical prices so I was really shocked when I saw the full size going for a third the price of other serums and sprays.

Love this product. Does very well in protecting my hair against damaging heat styling. Doesn't make my hair crunchy.

It also doesn't make my hair sticky/gummy. You know...when a product makes your hair so sticky/gummy that your flat iron actually sticks to the portion of hair? This does not do that.

Love the longer trigger, its easier to manipulate while in the middle of working with my long hair.

Leaves hair sleek and manageable. Easy to comb through hair with this product in.

Also, love the smell. It smells nice; similar to the more expensive salon products that may be used on you during a salon visit.
It also lightly scents the hair after.

Love! Will repurchase/recommend.

It protects hair from heat (GHDs and blow drying) aswell as making it smooth and managable, it also helps me style easier and holds it well.

Love this! It isn't anything special for actually protecting hair from heat, but what it does do is instantly makes hair feel soft and conditioned. To be fair it is okay for protecting my hair as my split ends have reduced a little, but I prefer the lee stafford heat protection spray. Would definitely repurchase purely for how lovely it makes my hair feel. Also, it smells amazing!

This product is great and really doesnot wiegh down hair. The spray is wonderful for a non-aerosol product. I didnt see any great shine but whatever. It smells like heaven and gets the job done! However, the instructions state that it has to be applied in damp hair so I think this one is only for blowdrying! So Im switching to the other 'Heat Tamer' spray by Tresemme because that one is for flat irons, curling and blowdrying. Check out my review for that one. Smells different. Is just as good.

I have bought this a few times although I am not sure how much of 'heat protection' it actually does.I dye my hair regularly; I do not straighten or curl my hair, only a quick blow dry in the morning to dry it and my hair is still fairly damaged. However I like the fact that it's not sticky, unlike other products and it does not leave any residue.

I have fine straight blonde hair which goes 'fluffy' if I don't blowdry it, and even if I do when there is high humidity. It lacks volume unless I have a good blow out at the hairdressers and I hate using volume mousses or other styling products as they either leave my hair dry, sticky or dull and anyway I just don't have the time or inclination (I am lucky in that I can blast dry with my particular style and it looks good without using brushes etc).. Then I found this genius product...

Wow! I use this instead of a conditioner (I know it was not meant for that but it works really well) and it gives me volume, shine and strength. My hair feels thick, shiny and strong but without any trace of dryness. Just feels like a really good head of hair. And my style stays in until the next day so that I could literally go another day without washing (never happens - it is flat and greasy usually and have to wash ever day).

It's a fine spray and goes on like water.. it doesn't feel as though I have put anything on my hair at all. I personally think the smell is OK but let's face it, it is not Chanel.. 8-)

I paid Dhs45/USD12 which is not cheap for a supermarket product but a little goes a long way and it lasts several months.

A huge winner for me.. I will definitely repurchase as I cannot imagine not using this now and reverting to how my hair was before.

This product is invisible. It leaves no residue and doesn't make your hair sticky. The pump distributes a fine spray. It's best to spritz it on damp hair then blow dry as normal. It really works. Not sure how much it protects hair from heat (how do you tell?) but it does leave your hair feeling soft.

After reading the comments on here, I decided to try this, and voila! It works! I use it when I blow dry or curl my hair with tongs.

I did something very silly the other week, after having not curled my hair for years, I got a new pair of tongs and proceeded to curl my (already dyed) hair without any protection. Needless to say the very next day my hair turned into straw, you know, when you get that horrible gritty feeling as you're trying to shampoo your hair when really your hand should slide right through it! Thanks to this though my hair is not only back to the way it was before, but actually in even better condition.

I used another big name heat protectant and it was horrible, made my hair sticky, granted straight when I blow dried it, but didn't actually protect.

With this product, it isn't sticky - unless you put too much on. I did so once with dry hair and it didn't feel great, or look great. A couple of sprays should do it, and then brush it or spread it around your hair. It works best when my hair is wet, I spray it on and blow dry it - I get poker straight, silky soft hair that smells delicious. Although I naturally have quite straight hair (I'm one of the people who have never owned or used straighteners) people at work were were like 'woah, have you ironed your hair to get it even straighter than before?'
And what's even better than all that, is that I think it has actually made my hair healthier in general. How can I tell? Basically, the more I dye my hair, the more brittle and dry it gets, which means I have to wash my hair less often as hardly any grease builds up (kinda good cause I'm lazy, but it does mean I have dead hair that's so dry there's no moisture whatsoever!)
However since using this and having round the clock shiny, soft, silky hair, I have to wash it more often (only by 1 wash a week btw), which means that my hair is back alive again! Natural oils are building up again lol.
So taking everything into account, and the price and availability of this product, I'd say it's a winner, definitely over the other more expensive product I used (shhhh KMS flat out hot pressed spray!)

Great product. Does what it says, helps to protect hair from the heat of styling equipments. It doesn't do much to keep your hair silky but it definitely keeps the hair from drying out from using straighteners and curling thongs. I use them almost every day and my hair is in as good condition as it was before I started using them.

Im disappointed in this product. I expected it to be really good. But I just feel like it does anything for my. And because its so wet, I feel like my hair is damp again. Also the packaging isnt very great as the nozzle is weak. The smell is quite strong too, and feel like its too heavy for my hair.For the actual heat protection, I dont feel like it protects my hair as much as I would like it too.

I said I would repurchase because I have purchased several bottles of this. Now I've found a heat protectant that I like much better, though.

When I was using this, I did not notice a huge difference in the texture/health of my hair. It didn't NOT work, but it didn't do anything amazing. I still noticed an above average amount of damage to my ends even when I was only blow drying my hair. It's extremely inexpensive, so if I was in a pinch and couldn't buy my normal heat protectant, I would buy this one. Of the inexpensive heat protectants, this one definitely works the best for my hair. For the record, I have very fine but thick wavy hair that is color-treated with ends that LOVE to look damaged and gross!
