This is a super dark eggplant color in the bottle. After I applied two thin coats of this polish it looked black on the nail except when in bright light/sun. I find Creative polishes to be of exceptional quality and long lasting. The only downside is that they take awhile to dry. I have been using The Rock top and base coats and the polish is touch dry instantly. But I allow 2 hours to be completely dry. I have a few colors that are similar to this so it is isn't really unique. But for the Creative polish lover this would be a good addition to your polish collection.

i am into the super dark polishes lately. nice dark color, close to lpad.
chipped a bit within 2 days, but touched it up and its good.

This is a deep, deep maroon color creme polish, no sparkle at all. It really does appear very close to black when it is applied with 2 coats. It applies well and it stayed for almost 5-6 days with no chipping when used with Creative Stickey base coat.

Very close to OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark if you can't find that.
