Mmm, this is a tropical, fruity drink sipped on an island near the sea. Rich, juicy grapefruit mingles with an earthier guava base note. I don't get much coconut from this but it's still amazing anyway. I love how the scent lingers too. Took one lippie off because the thickness of the product makes it hard to sink into hands, but I'd still repurchase. Love to try Tuscan Blood Orange!

Love Pacifica products in general, and this body butter is no exception. Hawaiian Ruby Guava is a great tropical-y scent, perfect for summer or a vacation. In fact, I have the travel-sized body butter and the rollerball in this scent and am saving it for an upcoming anniversary Caribbean vacation. I love using different scents for special occasions so they are marked that way in my mind and I can bring back a vivid memory easily by scent. This is a juicy tropical natural scent that's not too simple or childish -- you don't smell just like a candy or anything. This is definately more of a warm-weather scent, though. It actually seems to last a bit longer than other Pacifica scents, too. Combining the body butter with the perfume is a great way to increase it's longevity. Very moisturizing, as all of their body butters are. Love that it's natural, too. Great company, great product, great scent.

The cream has a real nice rich thick texture that feels moisturizing. Bad part, the guava smell overpowers any other scent. Just like a fresh guava put it in the room and it takes over all other smells.. Made me a litte dizzy and surely didn't bring me back to the island smell.. Never again..

This is my most favorite of the 3 body butters I have by Pacifica, Tuscan Blood Orange, and Indian Coconut Nectar. I use it for a hand lotion instead of a body butter because I don't find it to be as thick as a body butter, but it is still moisturizing and I gave this a 5 lippie because the scent is so delicious. This smell of this is heavenly and instantly transports me to a tropical island paradise and reminds me of when my husband and I got married in Hawaii. I love to keep this in my purse to use during the day, especially when I'm stressed at work. This a fun and frivolous fragrance booster that everyone should have!

The packaging is adorable. It is pink with tropical flowers which is so cute and girly! The scent is wonderful. It reminds me of summertime and a tropical vacation. . The body butter is very moisturizing and not too greasy. The scent will last longer if you layer it with the perfume. Great Price and available at whole foods!

amazing floral fruity lightly sweet scent. It smells soooo good I cannot express it in words.
Very good mostuirizer too!
Dont need perfume with this!

Ah, there is nothing I do not like about this body butter. I was browsing the health food store in my area when I saw this. The bold, cheerful hue of the packaging caught my eye, so I decided to try it out. It is delightfully sweet, while still warm and sunny. It's got a citrusy backbone, with fruity overtones to it. I love it. I am not much for these types of scents usually, but after sampling it, I couldn't stop sniffing my arm. The butter is truly that, a thick, creamy, whipped butter that feels luxurious on the skin. Although I rarely use lotion at all, I simply had to buy it. Definitely a taste of the islands in a jar. It is $16 and can be found at www.pacificacandles.com and in some Borders locations.

I purchased this 6 months ago because I had a love for sickly sweet smells. It is a pretty fantastic moisturizer but I wouldn't necessarily call it extraordinary. The smell is nice but it does contradict any of my fragrances so I don't know if I would actually buy it again for that reason. Beware tho, this cream will make you hungry!!! It smells so deliciously fruity I just wish I had a million guavas to eat!!! The texture of the cream is really nice and smooth and it goes on really well. Recommended for those of us who like tropical fruit and need a good does of moisture!!!

I admit it, I bought this because my boyfriend loves sweet and fruity scents. This is almost too good to be true. The body butter moisturizes like crazy and the scent lasts quite a while. I don't wear this very much because it would compete too much with my fragrance (usually I dont give myself enough time in the morning to let the body butter absorb and sink in) so it's more of an after bath evening/weekend application for me. I was disappointed that this wasn't one of the fragrances for the new Pacifica perfume line that just came out. I'd definitely buy it as a perfume.

I received this as a gift from a friend and can't belive how good this is! Very likely to become my HG, as this truly is Hawaii enclosed in a tub of cream.
"This tropical blend is predominately made up of sweet berry-like notes of the guava, with a citrusy top note of pomelo in a very subtle warm base of coconut." Delicious! It also spreads like a dream and moisturizes nicely with high quality ingredients including shea and mango butters, chamomile extract, safflower, almond and essential oils. I highly recommend it! I'm already searching ebay to stock up on this gem.

Normally I do not spend this much money ($16) on moisturizer, but there were only 2 tubs of this left and I couldn't live without it. I've never seen this brand anywhere else, either (at least, I don't recall). This is a thick cream that smells exotic and fruity and sweet, but not cloyingly so. It moisturizes fantastically and the temptation to lick it is very strong. I'm trying to figure out a way to carry this around in my bag so I can always have it with me. Quite a feat since they do not have a lotion (at least not at the library boutique). Two thumbs way up!
