It really sucks that this was discontinued because my friend has it and I've used it but cannot get one myself. The browns are all gorgeous. Neither of us really had any use for the lip glosses, and they got kind of dirty from being near the shadows. The packaging is cute, as always with Benefit.

I think that this is the first BeneFit palette I purchase. What I like about it is, that it makes it all so easy. I actually loved the lip cream colours, they are in coppery colours in a shimmer and I mixed them towards the end. The eye colours were pretty as well, soft to apply so easy to work up if needed and blended well. I was sold on the weather girl cover.

The colors are amazing (i have an olivey pale complexion), especially the lip colors, which also have a really nice creamy texture. i won it from a raffle, probably wouldn't've bought it otherwise. but hey, it is niiiice.

This is a really cute package, with really basic, neutral colors. They are very pretty but nothing particularly special. The lip creams have a fabulous texture and feel. I notice that the third shade has been very popular in reviews. I am not aware of Benefit selling that shade separately, but, FYI, the Cindy half of Tarte's double-ended lipgloss in Ronald and Cindy is very similar. Anyway, it is overall very nice palette, but nothing really special.

When I first set eyes on this palette, I was so taken by the retro cardboard packaging (I'm all for biodegradable eco-friendly products) and the neutral colours it sported. The design alone convinced me to buy it. I decided to check online reviews before making a regret purchase. The glowing reviews convinced me I should get my hands on one of these babies. But I reminded myself at the back of my head to be firm if I try it on and it doesn't jive with the price tag that comes with it (like it was going to happen).

(Disclaimer: I have olive skin and my preference of makeup leans towards neutral makeup that looks natural) Anyway, I went and tried it at the counter, fully believing to love it and buy it on the spot. I think I was blown away by disappointment (that even the cool palette packaging looked like cheap cardboard with makeup in it). The three shades of lip glosses were tantalizing in the palette. I'm a big fan of lipgloss but these three looked exactly the same on the lips-- not much difference one from the other and it all looked like I had light colourless gloss on; very lacking in pigment period, not to mention distinguishing pigment, one shade from teh other. Fine, I could still live with that.

I swiped the eyeshadow colour and it was so horrid! By that I mean, the texture was not fine enough and the colours weren't blendable enough. The effect was a streaky shade of shimmering colour, with pigment big enough to make it look like cheap shadow and not shimmery skin effect.

All in all the verdict is perfect everything except for the product itself. I had SO wanted to buy it!! I'm hoping to test it again and see if I can be convinced to change my mind. If I end up buying it I'll explain how that worked.

I really like this! It was a Sephora impulse purchase but has been in my purse ever since. I normally dislike pan lip glosses because I hate dealing with the separate brushes but this makes it easy. The colors are neutral but very flattering with my fair/blonde coloring and the lip glosses seem moisturizing, even at the start of winter. The gloss is the perfect consistency and stays on but isn't tacky. I haven't used the eyeshadows as much but the palette is worth it for the lip glosses alone. I think they'll last awhile because a little seems to go a long way and I've barely made a dent in them after using them almost daily for over a month.

Really not a fan of this palette. The packaging is adorable and flimsy like everything else from BeneFit, and the contents are pretty basic. The glosses barely show up, and the eyeshadows, while pretty in the pan, are nothing special on lids. Also, the brushes in the palette are even worse-quality than those at Nordstrom available to test products.

This is my first BeneFit product...I bought it impulsively b/c of the pretty picture on Sephora.com. I have to agree with the rest of the group--the colors are fantastic! Especially the eyeshadows...I tend to like browns and neutrals anyway, but I usually go darker than the dark brown in this trio, but something about these particular colors makes them perfect with everything. I also love the staying power, and how perfectly smooth they are to apply. I usually have to do a lot more smudging and blending, but not so with the Weather Girl eyeshadows. The lip colors are great too (I have giant lips so I tend towards neutral lip colors unless I am really going for a dramatic look.) Most nudes are either too shimmery or too matte, but these are perfectly in-between. I plan to buy another ASAP so I don't use it all up and discover that this product no longer exists. I would imagine that this particular palette would be great on just about any complexion, so don't be afraid!

I love everything about this palette! All of the colours work beautifully with my cool-toned PPP skin and blue eyes. The shadows are smooth and long-lasting, and all of them are perfectly wearable and blendable. The lip creams feel SO soft, and they are the most flattering nude shades. I've never had a palette before this one that had no "useless" colours in it! Plus, the packaging is so cute. A definite must-buy.

This is the ONLY palette I have tried that I have been thrilled with! So glad I bought this!!! I usually try to stay away from buying these kinds of things, as I normally regret it..but being the huge weather nerd I am, I just could not pass this up! :) This contains neutrals that are flattering on both warm and cool tones. So many palettes out there seem geared more towards the warm toned gals, so I was very pleased to see that I could easily wear most of these colors, and they were very flattering on me. Finally, a palette that is not a huge waste of money!

I adore the eye colors. They are perfect for everyday use and so easy when getting ready in a rush in the morning. I often use the two lower shades for color, and the top shade for highlighting right under my brow.

The lip colors are pretty tame, and I really only use them when I am wanting a very natural daytime look.

The packaging itself is ADORABLE, even cuter in person. I just love the little retro tv look. I would most def buy again!!

This palette is an HG for me. The lip creams are very long lasting, not sticky, no gross taste, etc. The shadows are beautiful & lasted all day crease free (although I do put UDPP under everything). I will definitely buy a backup of this.

This is without a doubt one of the best things I've bought from Benefit. The glosses are smooth and soft, not sticky at all. The shadows are smooth and not powdery and last all day without creasing. And the colours are just brilliant - neutral without being dull.

And the packaging. I love the packaging!

Big thumbs up from me. I only wish they stocked the third gloss in the palette separately as I've fallen completely in love with it!

Love, love, love it!!! All the colors are gorgeous and would look good on just about anyone. My favorite is the third lip gloss, which is a sheer nudey-pink...so pretty! The included lip and eyeshadow brush isn't the best though, but it works in a pinch. Would definitely buy again!!

I was hesitant to buy this due to the price ($28) - I didnt know if it would be another Benefit product that would end up on my bathroom shelf (although I have better luck with their makeup than I do their quirky things or their skin care). Anyway, I finally went to the Macy's counter and picked it up this afternoon. Im so glad I did! The lipglosses are superb! They are moisturizing and not sticky (I hate sticky glosses, like, say, Stila's click glosses). They are sheer, but tinted. Two are slightly shimmery, and one is not. They are gorgeous neutrals, and Im sure they will look good on everyone (I have very fair skin with pink undertones, red/brown hair and green eyes, irish complexion). The shadows are really great too. They are neutral and slightly shimmery. They arent as shimmery as the Curve Hugger palette (which was too much for me), I think they're great.. I am going to keep this palette in my purse, so Im glad its a slim compact. Very cute, and a definite winner from Benefit!!! Dont worry, its not a waste of money, and I will definitely buy it again when I run out.

LOVE this palette! let me list the many reasons as to why 1. I'm studying to be a meteorologist, so it's perfect ;)... i love makeup and the weather.. it's the best of both worlds 2.The shades are perfect for everyday use! The shadows: *a pale champagne highlighting shade, on me (an nc42ish), i use it on my brow bone, and it provides me with an off-white highlighter-satin finish--, *a medium taupey sandy shade that is leaning towards golden but not quite gold. it's great as a wash, *the darkest shade, my fav, is similar in finish and depth to mac's satin taupe, but it's not QUITE as dark, and also less cool toned--it's a soft taupey fawn brown as i like to say... ***overall, the texture and pigmentation of these shadows are simply OK to good, but not great---which is okay since they're great neutral colors! i can forsee myself using this daily! but now for the best part of this palette, the glosses!!!3.*the first gloss is a beigey/taupey shade. it makes my pink lips the slightest bit lighter and it makes them glow!!!! *the second gloss is a fun glowy medium/light pinky shade with some shimmer---it's a fun semi-bright summery pink that has some shimmer (multicolored--not just silvery or anything) it also gives my lips a nice glow *the last gloss is a mauvey/brown semi-pale nude shade. it's a very sexy everyday MLBB color! *all the glosses have a slight plasticy/chemical scent, but it fades quickly. They're VERY moisturizing and all make lips appear slightly fuller and supple. They are not full-coverage lipglosses, and they're not necessarily sheer either.. i'd say that they're a good mix in between---they're enough to change the appearance of my normal lip color, but not opaque enough to completely mask.. I'd say they're "enhancing" glosses!4. I would classify this palette as "neutral" toned. It does have some more sandy/almost bronzey e/s, but there are splashes of cool tones like the taupey-ness in the sandy e/s... also, i can see the glosses being great for both cool and warm toned gals (or men!)5. The price... Honestly, for $28, this is a great product! I'd be tempted to spend the $28 if it was only the lipglosses! 6. the packaging is a sturdy cardboard palette w/ a magnetic closure. There is a small (1.5 or so inches in diameter) circular mirror on the inside. Since I can forsee myself using this a LOT, I will probably get a backup :)... if that tells you anything as to how much i like it! The e/s shades are not terribly unique, but the lipglosses are great, the packaging (for me) is to die for, and it's a great, convenient palette that'd be great for travel! (palette is about 3 inches x 4.2 inches)
