Prior to finding this product, I was addicted to Burt's Bees lip balm. However, my HG lip balm has finally found its match! LypSyl lip balm has a similar scent and feel to Burt's Bees, but it has a much more moisturizing effect. The formula seems creamier, so it lasts longer on the lips before need to apply again.
I absolutely love the packaging. My Burt's Bees round tube would constantly roll off my bedside table, forcing me to stumble in the dark to find it. The oval shape of the LypSyl makes sure the product stays where I left it. The cute bee on the side of the packaging, used to push the product, is very useful. I don't have to worry about the product accidentally twisting up as it moves around in my bag.
Overall, I love love love this product! I will solely buy this lip balm from now on.

I love this lip balm! I purchased this 2 weeks ago because my lips became really, really, REALLY dry. What caught my eye was the packaging and the little cute bee slider. I like big, solid packaging because it's harder for me to misplace.
This balm has a nice minty flavor and feels really good going on. It helped save my lips during the dry spell I originally purchased it for, and the disaster my lips became after applying carmex to those same dry lips. My husband tried it and loves it as well, so this, along with the original Fresh balm, will be my go-to! I highly recommend this!

HG of all lip balms--the *best* lip balm ever. And trust me, I have tried every single one of them. I love this so much, I give it as random gifts to people so they also know how great this is. Hydrates, lasts a long time.
I have tried this with SPF, but it's not as hydrating as the regular formula.

This is my all time HG lip balm! I love it! I have been trying so many, have been so dissapointed until I bought this. A highly moisturizing lip balm with beewax, shea butter, vitamins A and E, different flavors. I love the original and mint one.
It really mositurizes lips all night long, all day long, there is no need to re-apply it for many hours, not like other lip balms. I have tried Eucerin, Lysol, EOS, Burts Bees, etc but none of them was mositurizing, even worse - I felt like they are drying out my lips even more.
I will always keep buying this as it's my # 1 lip balm. My 2nd option is Dzintars lip balm that is made in Latvia, Europe.

A highly moisturizing lip balm with beewax, shea butter, vitamins A and E. No spf but I wanted this for nighttime hydration and it was ever so hard to find a product without spf that would moisturize. Does a fantastic job of hydrdation and lasts through to morning. Very smooth texture and an adorable (and very convenient) package. It pushes up with a side lever so you always have the right amout and the little lever is shaped like a bee.

Just bought this product today and so far I'm very fond of it. I bought it out of a little desperation because of the winter air drying out my lips like crazy. I have to reapply it quite a bit, but I'm safely assuming it's because of the season. I wear this and put a light coat of H&M Vanilla Ginger Lipbalm to give it more of a shinier texture as the only real downside of this balm is that it's quite flat.
Overall I recommend it. (:

My HG for Chapstick. Calms sore lips, heals cracked lips and makes soft lips even softer. With other lip balms I was having to apply multiple multiple multiple times a day and never felt like I was getting anywhere. I only need to put this on once, maybe twice, and am ready for my day! It really is great. It's a little big and might not fit in your pocket, but that's ok - I just keep mine in my purse :).

I don't really understand the hype surrounding this product. The formula is okay, but it's really no better than chapstick. The packaging is cute but the bumblebee applicator is hard to push up. I won't repurchase.

the packaging is so cute, and the product works as it supposed to. I had one and used it up. I wouldn't buy it again because the formula is not anything extraordinary, a decent lip balm after all.

I bought this product when I was desperate for a lip balm that would actually work, unlike my usual chapstick. I put it on before bed and by the next morning my lips felt perfectly moisturized again. I love the nice minty smell of it and I like that it doesn't have any flavoring unlike most lip balms.

I have bought the berry flavor and the original. It is only sold at selected stores:(! The product itself is very smooth upon application and since I take a medication that dries my lips it serves its purpose. The one thing I noticed was that the flavors of both seemed very irritatingly artificial. I wear balm under lipstick and sometimes alone on no makeup days. Both tubes when stored correctly developed this weird bumpy gritty texture. I wiped both tubes...upon application and cut a top layer from the product to get to the product that wasn't gritty. Both tubes did this....it never touched any other product. It was weird...and a huge let down. The bee on the side is cute but the tube because of this does not allow product to stay in place during application. The formula needs to be worked on...concerning consistency, flavor, and repackaging

I am sooooo glad I decided to try this lip balm! Thank you, Walgreens, for carrying this product, but I don't understand why you're one of few that do. I picked this up because the ingredients are all very natural, good quality and wonderful for your lips. It feels very buttery and smooth when you put it on, without being sticky. It's highly moisturizing without completely being absorbed and disappearing into your lips. There is a minty fresh feeling that last for a couple of minutes, too. Also, the packaging is sooo cute with the bumblebee slider on the side. Mark my words, I will never buy a different chapstick ever again because this is true love, lol.

This balm saved my nasty, peeling lips during this past winter. After searching for a good balm and reading reviews on here I'm glad I picked this one up. I'm not a huge fan of the bulky packaging but this is probably the most moisturizing lip product I've ever used. It has a nice, refreshing mint scent, and I don't have to reapply throughout the day (I think I wear it 2-3 times a day). This also acts as a great base for lipstick which is also a plus. Very satisfied with this product; I will repurchase as long as it's made.

Love this product, saved my lips that died from Carmex. I was being ignorant and kept using Carmex even though I didn't have cold sores, and pair that with winter dryness to get the rougest lips I've ever had. I came across reviews for this product and decided to get one, and now I will never look at another lip balm. The packaging is bulky and you get less product for your money than Carmex but it absolutely beats that awkward smell/taste and the chapped lips I suffered for weeks.

Honestly? I bought this because of the packaging. :D It's SUPER CUTE. The little bee slider is adorable! This balm also feels really nice to hold~ It's the perfect size!
Moisturizing: 2/5. This is definitely not what you want for moisturizing- it's more minty and tingly feeling. I did originally buy this as a moisturizer, since my lips were peeling and cracking, and I had to reapply every two minutes.
Packaging: 5/5- it's adorable!!!! Enough said. :)
Price: I got this for around $3, which is reasonable for the amount of lip balm included.
Verdict: I would buy this again, just not to wear alone, and more for the cute container!

wow everyone loves this stuff, I don't get what the big deal is. It was kinda moisturizing, the way its designed with the little slider is annoying and i have to hold it in order to keep the product from getting pushed back into the tube when using it. feels great at first then quickly dies down and my lips still very a little bit moisturized but DO NOT look like i have balm on . there is no gloss and no shine like with other product, I looked very blah and plain jane & the moisturizing was not out of this world or anything. my lip smackers last for hours and make my lips look fabulous, I am sticking to lip smackers.

The mint flavor in this seems to be the chemical that causes this to make my lips burn shortly after application. The mint smell is pretty strong, too. This also applies in a thin, kind of greasy layer, and it doesn't last long on me. I like the packaging design, the best I've seen on a lip balm. Too bad they so often put that irritating mint chemical in these products - that totally ruins it for me.

Very hydrating. I am always trying different lip balms, and like to switch off fairly often. I bought this several times, and it usually has a regular place in my rotation. It has a lot of different moisturizing ingredients and leaves my lips baby soft and smooth. I even like the name, 'lypsyl', it sounds nice and silky, if that makes sense, lol. The scent is very pleasant, but of course, this is subjective.
