If you put on a thin layer, LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO, you get a beautiful frosty pale-pink with very soft shimmer. Reminds me of pink snow. It's absolutely gorgeous, and elegant. I don't know why people think the glitter's too intense... I think they're putting on too much.

I love anything MAC in general. This shade of lipglass is just ordinary...a wonderful light pink with little flecks of glitter. The glitter isn't too chunky...it doesn't shout "teen queen" or little kid. I honestly wanted this for the packaging alone. I love the pink lipglass next to the L/E shiny turquoise wand. It's just very appealing to me. I'm just a sucker for marketing!

I personally love this, but only when layered with other lipglosses, I wear it with Varneesh, Prr, even some Dior glosses and it makes them softer, milkier, somehow less harsh on my pale skin. It gives depth and dimension. But, no I don't like it alone.

Loved the Lure collection, but this is nothing unique... still very pretty... light, milky, healthy pink tone with glitter; the glitter is one of the thing that puts me off about this gloss...don't mind shimmer, but the glitter chunks with this are something I don't often wear... This gloss gets a three because it is a nice color, the name is cute, and it definitely fits with the collection it came out with. I'm sure I have similar glosses and that MAC will make shades that are just like this... you can only come up with so many pink gloss shades lol!!

Looks like I'm the lone dissenter here!! I love this l/g. Perfect pink lip gloss, with some shimmer/glitter in it. I don't think the glitter is too much, but then again I am 14 so I can see how someone older wouldn't like it. It looks beautiful in the sunlight, I just really like it!

Horibble, just horrible. If you want a pink lipgloss with more glitter than color by all means go right ahead..

Nice color but WHY THE GLITTER?! My younger HS self would so be in love with this! Don't get me wrong it's a nice color but I hate the glitter. Maybe I'm lucky because the glitter doesn't show up so much on my lips as it does in the tube. It's a "bubble gum" pink with frost. I like pink lipgloss. This is my 1st MAC pink lipglass, ppl said it was like dreamy, maybe I should check that one out, lol.

I have to say I thought I was going to buy every lippie in this collection, but I was dissappointed when I tried them on. This was one of them. It resembles dreamy (I actually prefer Dreamy due to less glitter chunks). Its a light pinky lavender with LARGE glitter chucks. I don't mind glitter (think Oh baby) but I found this grittier than the other glitter glosses I have tried from MAC in the past. Maybe I wouldn't have minded it as much if it was a prettier color (like sex ray) but the color barely showed up and ALL I say was glitter really, and I have lightly pigmented lips so I was surprised it didn't show up. I could see how some people would like, but I wasn't one of them. Try before you buy.

Such a pretty color (slightly milky pale cool pink) but the glitter ruined it for me. It's very deceptive too - it wasn't noticeable at all when I swatched the gloss on my hand at the store, but once I put it on my lips the glitter was very obvious. And once the pigment wears off the glitter is still there, which I can't stand. :P If you like glitter and pale pink gloss then this is great, but steer clear if you prefer shimmer to glitter.

Very pretty color! Bait is a cool toned light milky pink color with GLITTER in it. This has enough pigment to show up on pigmented lips. This is actually labeled as a "glitter" l/g on the MAC site. That is the only reason I had to take a lippie off. I can't imagine anyone actually wanting glitter on their lips! Also, when this color wears off, you have glitter left over on your lips. But all in all, the color is very pretty and very girly. This tones down my pigmented lips just a bit and would look great with smokey eyes! I am LLL/dark blonde/blue eyes. UPDATE: Ick, this went from 4 lippies to 2 now. The glitter is very noticeable and looks childish :(

My real rating is a 3.5 ... better than an average lipglass but not really something I would reach for often. If anything, I would use in combination with other colours than by itself. The colour is pretty... a light milky pink with a slight golden sheen. The concern is the glitter. I usually say shimmer or what not but this is true glitter. It's kinda painfully obvious... hence why I gave it a 3.5. If it had microglitter, then this would be a sure fire 4.
On my MAC NC30 skintone and medium pink lips, this gave me a pretty sheen with a slight 'nude but still very healthy' appearance. The texture is similar to other lipglasses... slightly sticky but not uncomfortable. Just enough to make it last throughout the day with the nice shine.
Overall, I think it looks great with other colours ... the MAC MA paired this on top of Whirl lip liner and wow, what a great light pink nude colour with high shine! Would I buy this again? Probably not.. the sparkles still throw me off and I'm pretty sure MAC will release a colour that looks exactly like Whirl + Bait so I wouldnt have to buy them seperately. So I guess my final note is that it's pretty but not perfect.
