I have this in Baby Doll. While it's only a $1.00 and it is a nice sheer pink, I just can not get over how sticky this gloss is. I wouldn't really consider this a plumping lip gloss either. I won't be buying this product again.

because it is one dollar, i definitely wanted to try it out. I bought the fanatic fuschia. it is a bright pinky red and i find it suitable to my skin tone (i have asian skin tone, so yellow base but towards fair).
PROS
1) it is bold and very pigmented.
2) If you prefer to stay neutral, it also has the translucent side (so 1 dollar for 2 colors).
3) love the minty taste!
4) standard packaging, nothing to complain about
CONS
gets very sticky with time
conclusion : good product in comparison to its price. but would not purchase again because I hate sticky feeling . would invest more in a non-sticky product.

this is very pretty and a great bargain. it's very glossy and can help achieve tht wet look, which is sososooo pretty.the packaging isn't extremely sophisticated but it's cute and practical. and it doesn't look cheap. it tingles a bit when you first apply it, but then it goes away. i dont see any plumping effects, but it's great for on the go and it looks good. for 1 dollar, this is really worth trying..

I don't understand why I keep buying lip glosses when I know I don't like them -____- I just don't like the sticky feeling most lip glosses give me. ANYWAY ONTO THE REVIEW. I have this in three shades: baby doll (a very soft and subtle baby pink), oasis (a sort of metallic cool deep pink shade), and fire coral (a slightly darker coral-pink with a good amount of shimmer). I don;t wear these very often and all three are fairly subtle. They aren't to terribly sticky, which is a plus for me. I can't really say much for the plumping side because I'm not a fan of plumping lip glosses.
I don't know why I bought these but I will use them up and most likely won't repurchase.

I can't believe this product has such a low rating, I love it. Have it in 6 or 7 colors.
So yes, I don't think it plumps your lips (but neither does my Dior Lip Maximizer) but the smell and taste is just so divine. I love the minty smell, the tingle, the cooling feeling...
The coloured side could be better, the gloss is not really opaque (which is a bit annoying if you are using a darker colour like Ruby red) so when applied on your lips you don't see much of a difference between the colors.
I also like the packaging, it seems it will get used up pretty fast but I don't care, it's so cheap I can always repurchase.

I neither hate nor love this product. The gloss is pretty and shimmery, but the plumping gloss didn't really do anything. It just made my lips tingle a bit, but there wasn't any difference in my lip size.
Also, the colors Fire Coral and Baby Doll are virtually the same, which sort of disappointed me. Oh well, only a dollar.

This is my go-to gloss right now. I love it. For $1 it plumps my lips without making them look too done up. I love the clear side to use by itself. I have it in the color "Peach Passion" which is a cute pink which is pretty pigmented. I only gave it 4 lippys because it's a tad sticky. But if you put chapstick (i like to use vaseline) under it, it's not sticky at all. Definitely worth the dollar, and I'm going out to pick up another one from target.

Ive got this in Baby Doll and Champagne. Baby doll is a cute color in the tube but i cant see the color on the lips, its too sheer. Champagne is a wierd brown color. But i like the glosses, they give a nice pout. And they smell fresh. Will try the other colors

You get so little product for a buck. I think if you use one of these and nothing else the tube will be empty on two days.

Yuck! The product is nice enough, but I absolutely can't get past the medicinal Vaporub smell and the soapy, talc-y taste! Too bad, because the colors were pretty. I'm actually reusing the packaging for other gloss because I like the dual-ended packaging.

-Pros -
nice color; easy to apply, not shimmery
-Cons -
VERY little product in jar; doesn't wear long; very little plumping effect.
All in all, it's not totally bad but i would not re-buy this.

I have this is Baby Doll. I love this product. For $1 you can't beat it. I'd saw this is comparable to my BE Buxom l/g. It has awesome staying power and the plumping effect last pretty long. Will re buy in each shade.

Never thought I would say this but... this thing actually worked. XD I have naturally plumed lips, but the corners of my lips are not as plump. I applied it all over my lips but concentrated more on the corners and what do you know... it actually plumped my lips. Well, it wasn't totally noticeable, but my lines filled out nicely and the corners of my lips were definitely more plumped. Even when I wiped it off it was still there. I hate how I probably wont be able to wear this when I see my boyfriend becuase he is probably going to be allergic to this or just hate the feeling it might transfer to his lips. Oh well. The gloss part is ok. It is pretty pigmented but it's not going to transform your natural lip color. It's just ok. I would repurchase.

This is a total waste of time. I like e.l.f. products in general, but this was a let-down.
Color: It has no pigment at all. The shade I got is called "fire coral", however it is not a coral shade, it's a cool toned sugar-pink which is more suitable for people with cool undertones. I have light / warm skin so this looks cheap on me. Hence the name is misguiding.
Texture: It feels quite sticky, but what irritated me most is that it just sits on top of my lips. When I rub my lips together I don't feel them, I just feel this slippery layer of gloss. No way I can keep it on my lips, besides it looks very messy with streaks and all.
Plumper: Does not work. It doesn't give a tingling sensation, but just a cold minty kind of feeling. It just adds to the thick slippery layer.
Packaging: The brush is very bad and it increases the streaking. No way to distribute the product evenly. I keep getting a line of gloss build up on the edges of my lips.
This goes into the dustbin.

What can you expect for a buck? Well, I was surprised to find that this product was actually pretty good. After I realized that I liked it pretty well, I was bummed out because the amount was so small, but it's only a dollar!!! Even if I bought four or five to get the amount similar to big name brands, I would still be spending less
PROS:
- great consistency
- there is no funky taste, its really quite pleasant
- plumper is a nice, medium effectiveness formula
- color of lip shine is sheer and very nice (which I liked)
- the price is amazing and all products can be purchased on their web site
CONS:
- lip color may be too sheer for some people
- hard to find this product, even in larger chain stores - they usually carry a very small number of products
- doesn't really plump that much, but almost none of the plumpers do
This is an excellent product for anyone over 35 because it is glossy, but not high shine which can look bad on more mature faces.

I initially loved the cooling effect of the gloss and the minty flavour was really quite awesome. However, after a few days of putting it on -- my lips started to burn like crazy. I stopped wearing it for a few days and I realized that my lips have developed bumps and it looked dry and crackly.
I would not buy this again for myself, but others before me have said it works for them. For $1, it really is an okay product. I just wouldn't buy it because it does things to my lips that I do not want.

This didn't plump my lips but it filled out the lines in my lips beautifully. I love the white minty side of this product the most, it has that cooling -tickly effect on your lips and it is very moisturzing on its own. As for the coloured side, it has a weird smell if you were to wear it alone, but I found out that the smell isn't noticeable if you layered it on top of another lipstick or lipgloss. The coloured side is also very sheer, the colour is almost negligible on its own but I find that it gives a really pretty sheen on top of matted lipsticks (my fave combination atm: natural nymph mineral l/s + oasis l/g). There are many complaints about the size of the product but I find that it is just perfect, not too much and not too little, besides the sooner I use it up, the sooner I can get a newer tube for only $1.
