I got this when it first came out, and I still use it! Bought it because I have her skin tone. This is a nude/pink.. the color of my lips, but amped up .. with a frost finish.

I love this colour! This has been one of my favourite lipsticks since it first came out. It's the perfect frosty pink for my skin tone when I want a deeper pink.

I have exactly the same skin tone as Laetitia, that's why I bought this lipstick...that strategy worked well, as this is possibly the best pink I've tried for my fair skin. I always get more looks or compliments when I wear it, and it isn't too intense - it's subtle and sophisticated. A great safe choice for everyday - very feminine. needs a little balm or clear gloss to really looks its best, as it's slightly dry.

The advertisement and the color in the tube is very misleading, it looks nothing like it when applied. I have a light/medium yellow toned complexion and this color looked so frosty and metallic on me, very 1980s or maybe I should say futuristic. It's not flattering at all and the only good thing about it is the packaging and the texture.

This is one of my favorite lipsticks of all time. I bought it on a whim as a part of a bogo deal, and I was so pleased with the way it looked on me. I'm very fair with cool undertones, and I was afraid this might be too dark, but it wasn't at all! It's nice as a base color for lighter glosses, or as my only lip product for the day. It has pretty good lasting power, I think. It has a pretty frost that isn't overpowering, and it complements the shade really well.

I like having this lipstick in my stash. It isn't my HG by all means, but it is one I use a few times am month. I wasn't a lipstick wearer, but in the past year I started getting into lipsticks. I think Laetitia's Champagne is great lipstick for those who are on the fence about lipsticks. It's not heavy or cakey on your lips at all. It's a nice light-medium shade of shimmery (not glittery) pink. It doesn't look like you're wearing a lipstick, it comes off looking more like a gloss, but with longer wear and not sticky. I'm fair-light and I don't find this shade too light at all. It's a great go to lipstick when I'm looking for a hint color and shimmer that is long lasting.

This is a cool medium pink, a bit pale, almost mauvey, and very shimmery in a metallic silver. I don't see any gold shimmer, on me it reads as silver.

I don't care for it myself but I'd recommend it for very light and cool tone skin/lip colours. It is too light for fair/med tones or darker, and too cool toned for golden undertones.

The next criticisms and compliments are about L'Oreals Colour Riche lipsticks in general.

The scent -- I can smell it, and while the smell is penetrating and long lasting, it has almost a flavour to the smell. It flavours my coffee, and anything else I consume while wearing this lipstick. That issue alone keeps me from wearing the 2 other shades I do like.

On the positive side, these lipsticks are super moisturizing. Love that!

Now to the packaging!

On the positive side first --I like the square case, and I wish more lipstick makers would use a square case. Kudos to L'Oreal! It doesn't roll off the bathroom counter or other places. That is good.

THE BAD SIDE ---This case has to be put on just right to fit a nib into a slot, or it smashes the lipstick or won't go back on.

I've gotten it wrong and accidentally smushed one lippie, and several times not closed the lid right leading to messes in the purse.

This is a beautiful shimmery champagne pink that may be too light for any skin color other than super light/ivory. Even with my very fair skin, it is a bit light. However, it can be put on top of a fuschia or hot pink and it tones it down and gives a dark pinky red color a beige undertone. This color is very versatile and I would def. buy again. I am a sucker for anything that has "champagne" in the title; love the drink too!

...Very nice and pretty, similar to MAC Sequin but maybe a shade and a half lighter and more glowy / golden toned. I don't understand why this is called a Champagne, its a gold toned medium pink. Pricey for a drugstore lippie but cheaper than high end...I may repurchase if I finished it. I do love the Star Secrets line, I have Kerrys Rosewood and Aishs Beige.

Love this lipstick! Gives a nice golden sheen to my pigmented lips w/o looking too gaudy. Overly perfumed (like all L'oreal products) and also moisturizing, if not that long-lasting.

I normally don't wear lipsticks, but I was able to get a few free things from L'Oreal during a promotion, and this was one of them. The lipstick has nice texture, and this color is a shimmery champagne-y pink. It's very pretty and I like that it's not gritty. I would probably not repurchase since I don't LOVE lipstick and will probably never use this up, but this is a great thing to have.

Since Cover Girl discontinued their color "rose gold glow" (which was a favorite of mine), I find this shade to be the best replacement. The lipstick stays on sufficiently long enough, and it's the best sunkissed shade of pink that I like for everyday use.

This is similar to one I bought years ago by either Lancome or Estee Lauder. Whatever the case, I really like this lipstick. It has a shimmer quality that shows up on the lower lip after putting this lipstick on. I got a lot of compliments from men after wearing this lipstick. I think it's the "pouty" look you get from the way the hint of shimmer seems to concentrate on the lower lip. Whatever the case, I like this lipstick. The color stays on pretty long, too, longer than most drugstore lipsticks. This is not merely a "drugstore" lipstick, though. I am thinking of buying up as many of these as I can because of course just when I find one I like, it will, no doubt, be discontinued in another month.

I dont usually wear lipstick (mostly gloss) but this is one i love. Im NW20, blonde with green eyes & the colour is very complimentary. Staying power not amazing - looks great with a clear gloss over the top. A definite staple anywhere, anytime lippe.

I love this lipstick. I usually avoid light colors and stick with medium pinks and berries but this surprisingly doesn't wash me out despite being light neutralish beigy pink. I picked it up because my coloring is nearly identical to Laetitia's (light skin, green/blue eyes, brown hair) and I'm glad that I did. Some reviewers complained about this being too frosty, but i don't find that to be an issue. To me, this has more of a sheen that makes your lips appear fuller than some trashy-looking 80's frost. Looks great paired with smokey eyes and subtle pink blush. Thumbs up from me! Now, I'm on a lookout for her other shade Blush.

this is very metallic and light on me, i have a medium complexion on the lighter side of medium (light browm, olive). it's a nice shade in the tube (not on my lips)with great texture. it's true it doesn't look like the ad, but many of them don't. i wouldn't buy it again though, i reccomend this to light complexions only and definately NOT medium or darker compexions, the lighter you are, the better this frosty shade will look. so my fellow other ladies with color, READ THIS!

I find this color is great for everyday on me (NW20; blond blue). I have no trouble with the metallic; it's subtle on me,and I am over 40. Just a good basic for me; a liner can change this color dramatically, but even alone it's fine; prettier on me than a lot of HE lipsticks.

I don't get the negative reviews of this color. It's not misleading at all. The color looks exactly like it does in the tube on my lips, which are very pigmented. It's a pinkish color with some gold undertones but works fine with my cool complexion. I'm wearing it with a taupe eye today. I am not normally a lipstick person but the formula of the color riche lipsticks is great. It feels smooth, almost like you're wearing balm. I do not notice any scent. I agree w/ the review below me. It makes my lips look fuller. I thought it was my imagination until I read that review haha. This is my first l'oreal lipstick and I would purchase this again or try other colors!

Picked it up on a whim, and found it to be a peachy rose metallic color on my lips. I found it rather flattering to my skintone and eyes, not over the top but still to be used a little carefully at daytime. On the pictures of Laetitia you can see that it is very gold metallic, but it is not. I didn't get any Pornstar/adult entertainer assosiations with it, and it's a harsh remark to make about a color imo. So yes, I can pull this color off without looking cheap and tarty. It makes my eyecolor pop, and brightens up my face. It moisturizes and stays put a long time, and makes my flat lips appear fuller. Most of the Star Secrets are easy-to-wear lip colors, and I don't imagine that the almost undetectable scent will be any problem.
Darkbrown hair, bluegreen eyes, cooltoned medium skin.
