Very light but doesn't moisturize as much as I want it to. No clingy, strong sunscreen smell, which is good. Definitely not ideal for winter weather.

I picked this up at Big Lots the other day just to try it - and I love it! My skin is dry and many self-tanners (even those marketed for the face) will often make that issue worse. Not this one - I love the moisture and find it to be the perfect amount under my makeup or at night. No more having to use both. The SPF is a great bonus.
The color payoff is subtle at fist, but I have built up some nice color just over a weekend - I applied morning and night. In fact, I will start skipping now, because I have all the color I need. It is a nice brownish tint - no orange effect at all. It's not hugely dark (I don't want that anyway), but I am sure to get a comment or two from observant co-workers today when I return to work. My skin color is much more even with a bit of self-tanner on it and can tolerate a much lighter foundation application.
They had one or two more tubes for about $6 at Big Lots (still well within the expiration date), so I am going back to snag the rest of them up!

I got tried of trying to mix moisturizer and self tanner for my face so I decided to give this a go. I actually like it a lot; it gives my NW15 face a hint of color (if I do a thin layer; if I do a thicker one it is really easy to go overboard). It does feel a little greasy, though.

This comes in a tube. I get a very subtle tanning with this and must use it at a minimum, every other day or so to keep color. It works and does moisturize, although I think it can be a bit sticky or greasy, especially on a humid day. You will not get a big color change from this but after 2 or 3 days of application you should see real color. You just have to figure out how often you need this to keep color. I would recommend trying it, it's low cost and the smell is okay compared to some self tanners.

I bought this because I have fair/light skin and was looking for a way to look naturally tanned without sun exposure. However this was terrible. It left my face looking streaky and patchy orange/yellowish. Also it did not agree with my sensitive/ acne prone skin as it made me break out :(
I do not recommend this moisturizer for anyone who has similar skin to me.

Smells really nice, has indispensable SPF 15 protection, colours nicely without being orange or streaky and moisturises my driest patches well. However, it does feel greasy and oily and because of this I can't build the tan up very fast...I now use othe rmoisturisers with an instant face tanner to save time. i will use up the rest of my bottle but probably won't buy again.

I don't like the thick texture of this cream and it left my skin greasy. I didn't like the colour it gave me either so I'm back to using olay complete care daily sensitive uv cream and brush a little bit of bronzer on for that sunkissed look

I have this in the "deep sun-kissed glow" shade. It gives a nice, gradual tan and the shade is really nice and subtle, you have to keep building it up if you want a darker color. It's not orangey whatsoever, but it tends to be oily when you put it on your face. I've been using it since last year, then I stopped because I couldn't be bothered anymore but I've starting using it again today. I don't remember it ever streaking though. I'm going to try the body version soon, it better be good :)
Also this smells really good, it doesn't have that sunless tanner smell, so I quite love it. Doesn't leave streaks on my hands either.
Another reviewer mentioned that it burns her eyes. I find that sometimes if I've had it on for awhile, my eyes tend to be a bit teary. Nothing horrible though. Good product overall.

I bought this about a week ago and I'm fairly happy with it!
I haven't been using it everyday as I'm too scared of my face turning yellow/orange, but I've been using it every 2nd day and it has given my skin a nice, subtle glow! However, I'm not sure if that is due to the weather becoming hotter and me being outside more often lol.
I used the fair/medium one and I have really pale skin.
I will update this review in the future once I've had more experience with it.
I'm also unsure as to whether this has caused any pimples. I'm currently on anitbiotics prescribed by a doctor so that could be stopping a breakout. However, I did recently get a pimple, not sure if it's caused by the olay stuff or not.
As for the smell, I quite like it! Doesn't have that horrid fake tan smell.
UPDATE: mmmmm. I've now gone off the oral antibiotics and I used this for 2 days and I got pimples. Didn't make me breakout majorly or anything. I'm too scared to use it again but I will soon because I love the colour of it.

I loved this product at first! After a fews days I noticed a nice tan on my face...without the self-tanner smell! i really thought it was a miracle.. but then a few days after that I also noticed the three HUGE pimples on my face :( So unfortunately I've had to store this away....good product if your not going to break out from it...

I am a big fan of Olay products and love their Touch of Sun Overnight. I was super excited to find this product because I was on the hunt for facial self tanner w/ SPF - (those are hard to come by, I have discovered.) I got the light/medium because that is all there was at Ulta. I have used for a week:
PROS: nicely moisturizing, no residual film/no white cast to my skin; didn't cause my mascara to run or eyes to burn, nice (if a bit too light) color development, relatively inexpensive; very light fragrance that dissipates quickly; no "tanner" smell.
CONS: difficult to find at a brick/mortar store vs on-line (I could only find at Ulta and I checked Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS and several grocery stores; color not as dark as I would like so I purchased one on ebay in medium/dark - am expecting to arrive in a day or 2 - but, in the meantime, this started breaking me out - I AM SO BUMMED!!!
So, my hunt for a facial self-tanner w/ SPF that won't break me out goes on. I wll most assuredly use up the Touch of Sun (both tubes once my ebay one arrives) on my body as it appears only my face reacts, but these tubes are very small to be using as an all over body self tanner.
05/11/09 UPDATE: well - I must say I am now pleasantly happy! I received the med/darker tube in the mail a couple of days ago and have been using it w/, get this, NO breakouts - weird!! Nice color payoff. So now, I am using in conjunction w/ my tube of the light/med that originally broke me out just so as not to waste = no problems. I am completely changing my review to 5 lippies!!! WHEEE! A facial self-tanner that gives nice color, has SPF, smells a bit like lavender (and quickly dissipates) and no breakouts, white film or oilies!
Bottom line - if your face doesn't break out from this - its a great product!

i absolutely love this product, definitely one of my HGs
ive gone through at least 15 bottles since i first bought it
although it is a recommended to be used during the day (or before exposure to the sun), i put it on at night before i sleep. When i wake up i have a beautiful glow that lasts me throughout the day. Because it is quite oily, if i do use it during the day i only put it on my cheeks, and never my nose or else it gets shiny. i love this product and recommend it to everyone. It gives a very nice gradual , natural tan, and every always asks me if i go tanning.

I have had luck with Olay moisturizer before so I have this a try because I was excited to see a self taning face lotion that also included salicyclic (sp?) acid to help rejuvenate my skin and keep it clear... I just thought this was a fair product, I had it around all summer, but I kept going back to my non-tanning Olay Daily Renewal Cream instead. I didn't like the smell or the texture of this product. It felt like it left a film on my face rather than sinking in and moisturizing, and didn't feel refreshing like moisturizer should. No breakouts from it, however, which is a plus.
I like Olay products but this one is not going to be purchased again.

I had high hopes after reading positive reviews of this product. The product was giving me a nice glow but I had a sensitivity to it. It made my eyes burn and started to burn my skin. My skin is very fair and sensitive to fragrance so I guess I wasn't really surprised it didn't work for me...just disappointed.

Touch of Sun? What touch of sun? I remember my pale skin doing well with these types of tanning-moisturizer products a few years back. However this one doesn't give me any extra color whatsoever. What it did give me was an itchy lump on my cheek, I think it was a small hive. Plus it's sticky and gloopy and smells like an old gluestick. What a waste of $15. That will teach me not to go impulse shopping at the drugstore!

YIKES! I used this once.....just once, and I turned orange! Thank goodness I already had a tan, or else I don't think I could go out of the house! Also, greasy.

The great thing about this is it's a gradual tanner with spf with UVA protection. It smells great and the color that develops looks like any gradual tanner (I couldn't tell the difference between this and Coppertone's Gradual Tan). I use this on my body because I don't use self tanner on my face. Now, my arms are protected after self tanning without having to layer sunblock on top. I don't mind the small tube because I travel alot. It's also nice and moisturizing and doesn't have any unnecessary irritants.

Im asian origin and I bought this cream to take with me on my holidays. I love this cream. First things first it gives you a nice glow which is very natural and its so cheap. I never had any breakouts or anything. And I also put bronzer on top of this and it seems to compliment it quiet well to be honest with you.
I would like to try the dark one but not sure how dark it will be as I don't want to look blatently orange.
So if you want a budget cream that does the trick a thumbs up on this for me...!!

Love this stuff. I have extremely dry skin, and old skin. Does not make me look orange at all. Just gives me that little bit of color that I am looking for as my natural skin tone is a light pinky color. I would definitely buy again.

I bought this at the end of summer because I was finding it up to 75% off. Needless, to say I stocked up big time. I live in a sunny climate and use UV facial moisturizers generously (including neck, chest, back of hands and even arms sometimes!!) and because I exercise, reapply throughout the day. I like the idea of adding self-tanner since I need the color boost. I have been using this during our "winter" and it is the perfect blend of moisturizer and self-tanner. Does not turn orange on me. It may be a bit "heavy" for the hot summer months though. Overall, I would purchase again.
