I'm wearing this today, and it's reminding me, yet again, of how much I absolutely love this. My old MLBB shade was Clinique's Sweet Honey, but this might be coming up a close second, even though it's slightly darker in tone. As a PP described it, "Bella Donna Mauve is a neutral to cool medium pink shade with a slight shimmer. Very pretty and feminine and would look great with a smoky eye." - I've used it in that capacity many a time, and it's absolutely perfect. It goes on smoothly, has good staying power, and even fades to a pretty color when it wears off, as odd as that sounds. I'm definitely not a lipstick person, but I'll probably re-purchase this for as long as they make it, and if they ever discontinue it, I'll be buying up a big stock on eBay. Love, love, love.

Oh, price - I'm not sure of the price, it was a hand-me-down from my mom, who was getting more into power pinks (just like a PP's mom!), but I think she got it for something like $5.74 at Fred Meyer's.

Also, I'll post a pic when I have better lighting, but this has worked for me in all seasons, with a multitude of "looks" (i.e. casual, professional, date nights, etc.)

I love the packaging of this lipstick, how it doesn't try your mouth out, and how natural it looks. i think this lipstick is about the exact color of my mouth! i still love it though b/c it makes the natural color of my mouth stand out and look more pigmented. LOVE IT

Love this shade on me. Its a mix between mauve and nude.
Just perfect. Its a very nice everyday shade.

Got this as a hand-me-down from my mom, we have similar coloring but she's starting to move more into bright pinks and way from mauves and such, which I like since I usually keep the lip simple (also my lips are big and too much lip stuff makes me look like a hooker) and play up my eyes.

This is a great MLBB, it's a nice classy color, okay staying power, gorgeous with a dab of gloss. Not sure on the price but I'm sure it's okay, it's a drugstore.

i saw this color and thought it looked nice but didnt buy it i dont like drugstore brands too much. When i went to visit my mom she had this color i tried it on and fell in love its so beautiful. Recommended for about any coloring.

i really like these lipsticks, and I am not really a lipstick kind of person. this is by far my favorite shade. it looks so natural. it gives you that 'pigmented lip' look but with just a little more richness. this may be my signature shade! i will buy as long as they make it.

This was really peachy on me, like very peachy. So a peach toned mauve? I guess...but it did look really pretty, especially when sheered out with a little clear gloss (most L'Oreal benefit strongly from that), I am pale so this went really nicely with my complexion and was right on that line between natural and a bit made up. I might buy this again, suprisingly it does not closely resemble any others in my 200 some lipstick stash.

I love the colour riche lippies, and I kept this around for a year or so, hoping I would grow to like it. It just turns out too cool toned and milky on me. ETA 8/28/08. I've decided I do like this. I don't know if it got "warmed up" or what, but now I think it is a nice ylbb rose mauve with a little beige tone to it. Even my husband liked it on me and he's not a makeup fan.

Wow this is such a beautiful lipstick. It's the perfect pink/mauve lipstick for my coloring (dark hair, green eyes, and pale skin). It's not shimmery, it's long lasting, and I think I've finally gotten used to the Color Riche smell.

Love the packaging, love the scent, the performance and the pretty colors. This is a coolish shade of medium pink, not too much shimmer like I usually prefer, but just enough to qualify as a perle, the way L'Oreal used to call them. I wish they'd put creme or perle for cream or shimmer on the label so you know what you are buying. Definitely a great color along with all the rest! Feels great on the lips too!

Bella Donna Mauve is a neutral to cool medium pink shade with a slight shimmer. Very pretty and feminine and would look great with a smoky eye. I have always liked the Colour Riche lipsticks because I think they are of great quality for a drugstore brand.

Would definitely repurchase.
