I have been using this on and off for perhaps a year now, I just decided to buy it because I wanted something to add to baths to make my skin nice.
I do get comments that my skin is really soft, I put a little bit of it in my baths and that's it. The packaging isn't amazing- the pump does get blocked sometimes which is annoying. You do need to shake it before using as it does settle a bit. And you do need to watch out as it does leave a residue that could easily cause a dramatic incident if you don't watch out and go sliding. The price seems a little bit much too.
That all sounds rather negative, but overall I do actually like this product.

Been using this product for years and years on myself (shower) and my children (bath and shower) who have Psoriasis. Helps so much. Highly recommend

A really simple product that smells nice (a bit like honey?) and gets the job done.
EDIT: After using this for a while I've noticed that the formula really separates in the bottle. If you buy one of the larger bottles, it is kind of inconvenient to have to pick it up and shake it whenever you use it, especially when the whole idea of the push-pump is not to have to shake it. I always forget to shake it and end up wasting product that way. I still like the smell but would prefer a no-fuss product for something so simple.

Like all DermaVeen products, this is fantastic for sensitive skin. This bath oil is very gentle on the skin and is great as a body cleanser. I love having an oil for a shower wash, the texture is nice (albeit a bit grainy). It doesn't foam or lather, so it's not something you could lathe up on a sponge or anything. But it does the job without drying out your skin.

This is simply the best most moisturising body cleanser i have used. I fell in love with the l'occitane grape shower oil but at $AU 33 a bottle i just can't afford to buy it on a regular basis. I was interested in using a shower oil because my skin feels really dry particularly in winter and i simply don't have the time and can't be bothered using a moisturiser every day so i thought i would give this a go. The oatmeal somehow works as the cleansing ingredient in a base of what seems to be about 95% oil. It does not lather so i find i'll use double the amount as the l'occitane oil, however, at $20 for a one litre pump it still works out at less than one third of the price of the l'occitane. If you are not used to the feeling of not being squeaky clean when you come out of the shower i recommend persisting with it anyway and i think you will end up loving it. It has a very strong almond fragrance (like fruit cake icing) but it is actually quite endearing and fades to leave a fresh almost floral fragrance. Your skin will feel slightly oily and soft when stepping out of the shower but will just feel moisturised once you are dry. I can imagine this would be excellent if you suffered from chronically dry skin too. Great product. Probably a good alternative to Eucerin shower oil that is not available in Australia which i was looking for, although i'm sure there's a chemist/drugstore alternative elsewhere in the world that gives a similar result.

I was recently diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea and this product has been GODSEND!! I was given diprosone, dermovate, efficort (steriods & bacterial cream) but they only helped clearing up the spots. My itchiness was so severe that I couldnt sleep. I have tried cetaphil moisturizong lotion, Palmer Cocoa Butter Cream, Avene TriXera and 100% Aleo Vera Gel.. all of which were very reliable in the past for me. I even used Dove Moisturizing Cream Bath, unfortunately none of them worked this time until my dermatologist recommended THIS!!! It only took one shower with this and the itchiness was 90% gone. I was able to sleep through the night. What a relief!!! This shower oil contains natural colloidal oatmeal powder, not tested on animals and Australian made!! SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
