These are great! I started using these after getting a wicked chemical burn from that terrible hair remover cream on my upper lip. It was horrible, and removed no hair at all, and let my face burnt red and white for 2 weeks. After trying many products, I found these, and OMG am I glad! Yes, it's kinda scary to rip it off, and yes it hurts, but it's WAYYYYYYY worth it. It literally takes less than 30 seconds, no joke. Just warm up, wax on, wax off. I've used these for just over a year, and hair grows back much less visible each time. For me, the results last about 3 weeks, so the 30 seconds of pain is nothing. These are so totally worth it! Must buy!

i been using these strips for 10 years! im surprised they still make them. I remember when i first started using them how scared i was to rip it off but now that im older i still get that ahhh feeling but if u dont think about it and do it fast enough you will have great results other wise have someone else rip it off you. i only use this for my upper lip and my mom and aunt are addicted to these as well its because of my aunt that i know of these strips and thank god cuz i cant stand those little white peach fuzz hairs when the sun hits your face just right its embarassing. I started to warm them up with a blowdryer and it seems to make a hugeee difference than i stick it on my upper lip press for a minute let it stay for a min to really stick than i rip it off like bandaid! i always have good results with these after the first rip but sometimes if i have it ill go over it again either with the same strip or a new one there $5 a box and you get so many strips that you can cut smaller and last forever i buy a box once a year and i def wouldnt kno what i would do without this product. the aloe that comes with it helps a lot too for the redness and stickiness. Go buy a box and try them if not than return them but i bet after a few trys youll never wanna be without them :)

i got this to remove the dark hairs around my mouth, between and around my brows. it worked perfectly around the brows (note i was NOT trying to shape them, just clean up spare hairs around them) and pretty well on one side of my lip. then disaster struck. it tore off a big section of skin off just above my upper lip. not fun. it's about the size of a quarter and it's all scabbed up. maybe i just have sensitive skin, but be very careful with these strips, especially where skin is thinner and delicate. i would not suggest trying to shape brows with this because they are rectangular in shape, but the wax melts easily in my hand. i find the oil does a great job removing excess wax but does nothing with the stringing or redness. for that i put a soft ice pack on for ten minutes, removing it every few minutes so i don't freeze my lips off!

I bought this to do my eyebrows and since these come in square and rectangle shapes it's very hard to do brows. This wax barely removed ANY hair from my brows at all. It's also hard to get the sticky wax off your skin after you're finished getting no results at all, even with the included "oil".. would not buy again. This product is very weak.

I've been using these since i was about 16 and i started out going to the salon letting them wax my upper lip but at $6-$10 a time its worth it i guess but i figured i could do it at home so i researched and when i went to the store i made the mistake of getting what was on sale despite the bad reviews i got the Honey Wax by SH and I'm sure there are horrible reviews for that so go see them then i tried this and it was like $5 for a ton of wax strips way cheaper than what i even paid for one time and first i tried the rubbing between my hands and that worked ok but if you want better results come on you know that's not gonna work so get a blow drier and heat it up some and its less work personally i get my flat iron hot and rub it back and forth a couple times and that gives me excellent results and i have kinda strong hair so this is good for me now idk about bikini area because that just seems like trying to tackle alot haha but for small areas this is great and it comes with finishing oil which is also amazing

i've used this since my junior year of high school and i must say i love it! it's way better than risking your wax exploding in the microwave or it being too cold to use, after i used this product i stopped tweezing (which might i add was very painful for me). of course it'll take some practice when you first start shaping your eyebrows, and it will sting, but the oil that comes with it will take the sting and redness away. this wax is my go-to to get rid of any unwanted eyebrow hairs.

I am an esthetician and finally tried this product due to all the hype about at home wax kits. It works okay for the first time user only! If you have previously waxed or shaved don't expect to have a smooth salon style result. The strips hurt like hell with little results. Try spending a little more for a longer lasting result. You get what you pay for!

One of the best beauty investments I have ever made! :D I'm not a particularly hairy person but just like everyone else, I have some spots I would like perfectly bare. These take care of those spots with amazing efficiency. Highly recommend and within like three uses I am for sure putting this on my "staples" list!

The one thing about this is you really have to warm it up in your hands. Or else it doesn't work as well. If you do, though, it works well. Okay, so this product is pretty good. I have to go over areas a few times to get the little hairs, but it's fine. I really like how convenient it is how it's just on a strip. I did my friend's eyebrows and it took off the thick pesky hairs pretty well. It doesn't hurt very much at all! It hurts less than taking a sticky band aid off, although it's not completely painless. It's not that great on the upper lip, but it works pretty well on the eyebrow area. It's not that great and I will look for other brands, but it's still pretty good and convenient. I probably would buy again just because of how easy it is to use.

I use these to get rid of my upper lip hair & it works great. The first time I used this was about 3 months ago & I'm warning you; the first time HURTS! I guess it's just because my skin wasn't used to the waxing yet, it also left my upper lip red & peeling but all that went away after about 2 weeks. I do a regular wax every 2 1/2 weeks to get rid of all the hair & now that I've been with the product for awhile my skin reacts great to it. For those saying that it doesn't take off hair, I think the real problem is that you don't know how to place the strip correctly, you have to make sure that your pressing down the same way the hair grows & pulling the same way the hair grows. I think I'll be with this product for a long time. I think the price is fairly cheap, the Wal-Greens i buy it at usually has the kit on sale for about $5-$7 & the kit can last me about 5-6 waxes. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has upper lip hair.

I bought this at Rite-Aid for $7 which I think is a pretty decent price..I used it this evening on my arms just to try it out and although I'm not extremely impressed, I'm not disappointed either. I warmed the strips with my blow dryer and I followed the instructions carefully. The results are decent, it took out most of the hair (with the exception of some red bumps and stubble like marks) and I was able to use a single strip a few times. It came with 14 small strips I believe and 4 big ones...I recommend this product..it's pretty decent but I personally won't be buying it again because of the fact that the strips are quite small and I had to use half the small strips in this one use. I heard Veet is quite good ~ and as for the wax residue that other reviewers commented on, I didn't have a problem with it. I poured some of the blue liquid it comes with on a cotton pad and wiped it over my arms after and it took all the left over wax off :)

I tried these based on reviews here...I've been looking for a better way to handle my bikini line and these work great for me! I never had any luck with shaving, nair, etc. and I'm prone to getting razor burn and bumps. Luckily I haven't had these nasty after-effects with wax strips! I did try "warming" them over a candle, but make sure you don't do it too long or the whole thing will warp! Just a quick pass over the candle to warm it up does the trick. Haven't tried them anywhere else, but I would recommend them to someone for their bikini area!

I've been using these for years now and never have a problem with them. there's a bit of a learning curve if you've never waxed before, but I hadn't when I first started using them and I figured it out quickly enough. anyway, it's less painful than other waxing products I've tried, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin which is great. these are also great for traveling; very easy to fit into even the smallest make-up case. have repurchased many times and will continue to do so.

Absolutely the most useless product I've bought in a long time. I tried it on my upper lip, following all of the directions. It hurt like waxing always does, but it took off NO HAIR. I am annoyed that I flushed my money down the toilet.

READ THIS:
I have been using these wax strips off and on for years now. And there are a lot of pros and cons. I noticed a lot of comments about how much it hurts, well, all waxing HURTS! It doesn't matter what product it is, so that is totally beside the point.
BEWARE though, if you decide to use this product on your face it is a very bad idea. It did remove the hair for me (after 2 tries with the strips on each area), BUT it will leave your skin on the area that you used it very waxy. It is so bad that my lotions and cream foundations do not stay on that area, and it stays like that for a week to two weeks and there is nothing you can do to clear it! It looked like I have shiny, waxy rectangles on the sides of my face and my chin, disgusting!
ALSO, I decided to be stupid again and use these strips on my upper lip just a few days ago. It has been 4 days and my upper lip is still peeling! And my skin is no sensitive at all, it can pretty much take anything. So be warned.
SO, this product is only really good for really fine hairs and quick fix ups. For example, for shaping the top of the brows and removing the fine hairs between and above the eyebrows, but not for shaping the eyebrows themselves, because that hair tends to be too thick for this tiny sheet of plastic. Also for little areas like the hairs on your fingers. But no where else!
DO NOT USE IT ON YOUR UPPER LIP, CHIN OR JAWLINE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. You will walk around with a two-tone facing, one that is your normal, soft skin and a waxy, shiny and disgusting film! Also, do not over use it as it will cause breakouts, major redness and peeling!
If you are having a problem with facial hair, and you are like me and cannot afford electrolysis or laser treatments, and definitely do not want to use creams because they just cut the hair off the surface and it grows back darkers, and they are so bad for your skin, I recommend getting a battery-operated tweezer. They sell a great one at Target. Turn it on and run in opposite the hair growth and it plucks the hair out. Be gentle on the skin though, or it might cause a little bit of dryness to the skin. But that is easily curable. And it's a great tool because you can take it with you anywhere to use it for touch-ups!
Hope this review helps!

I've been using these wax strips for probably a decade now. They're easy to use and fairly cheap.
I usually light a candle and hold the wax strip over the candle to melt it. This is much easier and faster than rubbing it together in my palms. After putting baby powder on the area I want to wax, I simply apply the strip and wait a few seconds then pull off. I never use the blue oil that comes with the wax because I have very sensitive skin prone to ingrowns and bumps.
I used to use the smaller wax strips because they are great for shaping the bikini area but it's more cost-efficient to buy the larger strips for the body and cut them down to size.
All in all, for a drugstore find, this is good stuff. Not super cheap but much cheaper than a professional wax.
Some waxing tips:
-A day or two before I wax, I like to use exfoliating gloves on the area in the shower. Don't do this immediately before waxing however.
-I always use baby powder so I don't rip off skin
-Ingrowns suck but they happen. Exfoliating gloves help as do a strong salicylic acid product. I found Tendskin and PBI Vanish not strong enough. If Tendskin does work for you, Sally's beauty supply has a dupe called Gigi's No Bump.

These are so easy to use. I've used the actual wax where you have to microwave it and everything but this is just so much more convenient! I use them for my upper lip and they work really well. It takes a few times (like 3) but i like them. They don't leave a mess and the finishing oil really does help make the skin smooth because one time i didnt use it and my skin was so dry around the areas I waxed and I began to break out there. Definately will purchase again!

I love this product for my eyebrows. It gets all the hair off and I only wax like twice a month(I tweeze in between). This is a good priced product and I usually get the wax strips for the body and use it for my eyebrows because you get more for your money. Check out bellareviews on you tube if anyone is interested I have before and after pics.

Do not buy this product!!! Please!! I have used this product only once and I will never go back! First of all, the wax does not take away hair. I used it on my upperlip and the process was painful and no hairs were even taken away. As if thats not bad enough i coudn't fully open my mouth for 2 days because it hurt so bad. Then about a day after I used the strips hideous black spots started appearing on the area i tried to wax. I have had those spots for 3 days and theyre still here!! So please DONT BUY THE PRODUCT!!

I love these strips! I have used many waxing products in the past, and this is one of the best and easiest. I hate dealing with sticky wax, but most wax strips just don't do the trick. I used the veet wax strips and they gave me a bunch of ingrowns. I tried these because a friend recommended them. They worked perfectly!
I use them on my bikini line and have used them on my legs before. They worked better on my bikini line, but they did the job for my legs. (just took a while) Will definately keep buying!
