I have two of these, one in black and one in blue. The actual eyeliner is sold separately from the container, which is a pain at first, but from the refillable, less waste standpoint, is actually quite good. The case is shaped like a convenient, slim, retractable pencil, where just enough product can be swiveled up for used and retracted afterwards. No need to have a sharpener at hand, and generally mess free. I have rather deep creases in my eyelids and my eyeliner often ends up as a line halfway up my eyelids within a few hours. Not so with these. The black is dark and rich, but not smokey or smudgey, as the trends seem to be these days. The blue is a dark marine, which subtley enhances my gray-blue eye color.
