Smells like peppermint and yummy. It tingles on the face in a good way. And when you take it off my face alway feels clean and smooth. I have big poors on my nose that always seem clogged and this didn't do much to help. It's not a miracle worker but a good face mask. One pot last a long time.

I like this stuff a lot. I love the cool peppermint feeling on my skin. I feel like it helps minimize my pores and prevents new acne coming out. Only complaint is that they only sell this stuff in the larger size and it has an expiration date. I try to apply it as generously as I could, but still end up throwing away a majority of the product. I will probably repurchase eventually, but as of right now Love Lettuce is my new obsession and I see better results using that.

I have found my new favourite Lush mask.
This mask is excellent for sensitive skin! I was hesitant to try it, because others have been irritating- but I gave this one a shot anyway. And it's wonderful.
It does tingle when you first put it on, but don't panic! It's supposed to because of the peppermint oil.
This mask leaves your face refreshed, smooth, and with an increasingly even tone.
The only cons are that it is messy (to apply and to remove). The best solution is to put it on and let it sit just before you take your shower.

I think this mask is amazing. I LOVE the super cold feeling your face has when you're wearing it!!! In just a couple of weeks this mask has evened my skin tone and helped lighten some acne scars!!!! I hope it continues to improve my skin - I really feel like I've found THE mask!!!

Ive tried every single lush fresh mask out there, stored them in fridge, used them exactly as im supposed to, thrown them out when supposed to, but i have an allergic reaction to every single one, every single time, i just cannot use them, theres something in them that dosent agree with my sensitive skin :( does anyone else get this with the lush face masks at all? Definately wouldnt recommend for those with sensitive skin.

Out of all the masks I have tried this is one of my favourites. You don't need a whole lot and it feels cool when you put it on so it would be great for me for summer. Like other masks I really don't see any improvement but because it does feel nice I would buy it again. I also don't like the little bits of stuff they put in it. It doesn't exfoliate so I don't know why it's there.

I'm quite impressed by this mask. I've used it only once, so I will edit when I finish up the tub.
The consistency is very thick and I got a lot of product stuck on my fingers, so I had to scrape them of on the sides of the tub. Personally I don't mind, but if you do maybe you could apply it with a brush or a popsicle stick.
The smell is very fresh and minty, which I love, but it might be offputting if you don't like mint, since it's quite strong. It stings a bit when you apply it (peppermint oil does that), but it's nothing to be afraid of because it is not irritating.
I washed it off as advised, by massaging my face in circular motions. The particles are too big, not exfoliating enough, so it wouldn't replace a scrub. But it's a mask anyway, so I wasn't expecting great exfoliation.
It is a little hard to wash off and left a light green mess around my sink. Nothing drastic, but I would advise you to wash it off in the shower, especially if you apply it on your neck as well.
The result was amazing. My face was really bright, my skintone evened out, and acne scars diminished, after only one use! I moisturized as usual and in the morning my skin had never looked so healthy. It didn't even dry out my skin, as most clay masks do.
It's really not expensive if you consider the result, since I have tried more expensive masks that didn't give half this result. So it's worth much more than it's price.
I'm planning on using this twice a week and will update my review. I hope I will still be as pleased as I am now!

This is by far the BEST mask I have EVER come across! I have been using it for 4 months now, and my skin is glowing by every passing minute. In the middle I got really busy with work and couldn't use this for a couple of weeks, and my skin was breaking out as usual with tiny zits and whiteheads around the nose area. When I finally got the time again, I applied this mask twice in one week and the zits DISAPPEARED. I kid you not, this mask is MAGICAL! I was so bothered by the coarse whiteheads around my nose and kept touching it and made it worse. But this mask, this fucking amazing mask completely smoothed my skin out! The mask feels amazing when it is applied on the face and relaxes me completely. When it dries out, it acts as a perfect exfoliator too. If you have dry skin like mine, you might experience some dryness after applying this, but as soon as you wash your face, apply very little moisturiser on the dry areas only and voila! You're glowing for the weekend <3

This is an amazing mask for oily, acne prone skin.

I have only used this twice so far, and I'm liking it.
This deep cleanses the skin like no other! It sucks all the impurities and makes my skin looks sooo clean and soft.

The only thing I don't like about it is the smell. I hate minty scents, but I guess I can live with it.

I just apply this on top of clean skin, leave it for 15 minutes, splash some water and gently rub the mask in circular motion for exfoliation.

I can't believe I almost forgot to mention how refreshing this is! So coold and and nice!

Recommend x100.

I hate this product!!! This was my first bout with lush and it's sad to say that this product just did not live up to my expectations based on the great things I've head about it. I tried it more than once and each time it broke me out like crazy!!! I barely ever break out, but I'm guessing its because of the talc it contains. Pretty bummed that this didn't work out for me, especially since it was my first time trying something from lush. Upside to this is that it smells amazing!!! It smells like mint chocolate chip ice cream and looks like it too, but the fact of the matter is that it breaks you out...........

This mask is absolutely amazing. It definetly sucked away the oil from my skin and reduced my spots and my blackspot. It doesn't dry out skin. I think that this mask works really good and I definetly recommend it to people with combination or oily skin. ofcourse it doesn't work miracles, don't expect it to suck away all your black spots, but it general it works very well.

This is my all-time favourite mask from LUSH. My skin feels so smooth and refreshed after using this! Makes break-outs disappear faster, calms down redness, and scrubs away flakes. I usually apply this before a shower and let the steam work it's magic for 10 minutes, then scrub it off. I find that for my particular skin (dry, sensitive, acne-prone), using it more than once a week in the winter can be a little harsh. I always use this after a long, tiring week as a sort of rejuvenation for all the abuse I put my skin through :)

Bought this when it was on sale. Hadn't really heard or read about it before buying it, and it was an impulse buy.

I tried it on first thing when I came home, and was surprised by how much it stung when putting it on. I do not have very sensitive skin, but it is prone to breakouts, so the sting was only positive for me, as it felt like it was doing what it was supposed to.

I usually leave it on for an hour at the most. By the time I try to scrub it off, it sits like glue to my face. Because of that, I tend to use it before showering, so it's easier to remove.

It has definitely helped my skin tonnes! I used to be really red in my t-zone, but MoM soothes my skin and helps with the redness. When I use it regularly (two-three times/week), my skin feels healthy and not as oily as before. It reduces the amount of spots and when I get one, they tend to be smaller and disappear faster.

This is a great product, especially if you have angry, teenage skin like me. :-)

I'm not the biggest fan of Lush, however I really like this product. It's a bit hard to spread but what I do is scrape some out into a bowl and mix in the tiniest bit of boiling water to soften it up. This makes it so much more easier to spread! This is amazing during the summer! After a sticky, sweat day this really makes your face feel clean. I love the mint choc chip ice cream smell! I'm not actually a mint fan but this is refreshing and cooling without stinging. One thing to keep in mind for those with dry skin is that once it dries it feels quite tight and a bit uncomfortable. You don't have it on your face too long though so it is bearable. This doesn't really make pimples disappear or do anything magical, but I feel like it helps clear up my pores a bit and provides a deep clean and exfoliation. Because my skin is sensitive I cleanse my face with very gentle products and this mask sort of renews my face and gives that deep clean. I only use it once every 1-2 weeks. I know there is an expiry date but I usually keep it longer than that anyway... and it's usually fine. Will repurchase.

I was looking for a mud mask for my kinda dry skin with whiteheads and blackheads. I don't get a lot of real acne but I get my daily dose of whiteheads/bumps... Also, I wanted to try something from LUSH. I love that they are natural and against animal testing, also this wasn't very expensive so I ordered it.

This is green, chunky and minty smelling - as I was expecting. The mask is hard to spread because it's so thick, so sometimes I wet my hands before applying. Brazened Honey is almost as thick, but is still easier to spread than Mask of Magnaminty. Wetting my hands makes it easier to spread and thins it out a little bit - you don't need to apply a "generous layer" even if it says so on the jar. You can save your money this way and it works the same.

When it dries it gets really hard so then I wet my hands and massage the mask on my face to exfoliate. I need to wet my hands several times to soften it up. Then it's easier to wash off and I don't need to scrub my whole face off with a rough towel..

My skin feels soft after using this and my skin feels hydrated :) It doesn't eliminate my whiteheads but they are fewer and I feel much more beautiful after using this :)

I love the mask of magnaminty! I use it year-round and it works regardless if my skin's dryer or more oily. It's my go-to whenever I feel my skin needs a little pick me up. It's not strong enough to ruin dry out your skin, but I recommend using it 2-3 times a week. What makes it stand out from other Lush masks is that it doesn't need to be refrigerated and about two months, possibly longer.

i like this mask. i have sensitive, dry, acne prone skin. i use this as part of my nighttime face routine. it feels tingly when you put it on and wash it off. i dont know if it helps with my pimples but it makes my skin feel soft and super clean. it smells like weird old mint bubble gum. but in a good way. you know ??? the smell is not strong. i only use this in thin layers so it will definitely last a long time and was worth the money. i paid about $12 canadian for the small tub. i will repurchase.

This is my holy grail skin care product! I use this once a week, followed by Lush's Ocean Salt scrub. Not only does this take care of my acne and oily skin, but it leaves me feeling soft and moisturized. The minty mask has a cooling, slightly tingly effect, but feels incredibly refreshing on skin. A little of this goes a long way so there's a good value for the cost, in my opinion.

This is the ultimate bacne (or back acne cure). It's delish. I use it on my face too, but when summer is coming up I throw this on my poor spotty back before I shower and it clears up the worst of my winter back and chest breakouts. Smells great and it's not bad for blackheads on the face either.

I quite like this product. Before I purchased this, I was buying small baggies of clay from a local make-your-own soap and beauty products shop. As happy as I was with this, it became costly. A small bag of clay would go for $6 CAD and I would get maybe 10-15 masks out of it. The large pot of magnaminty goes for around $20 CAD and I have lost count of how many masks I've done, I've had the pot for a few months. I have a problem with blackheads and an oily t zone, so I find the mask does definitely help with the blackheads when I use it regularly (once or twice a week max, and this is over a one month period). As the name suggests, it has a minty fragrance and is tingly on the skin. If you have sensitive skin, this may not be a good product for you. Packaging is in the standard Lush black pots, with a screw off lid. A expirary date is listed on a sticker, the pot I purchased was good for about 4 or 5 months. There was more than enough product to last me that long.
I will definitely repurchase.
