I love this eyeshadow! It complements my dark blue-grey eyes. This shadow is a very lovely silvery-blue shade with LOTS of shimmer! (which I love). I make a great blue smokey using this, and a dark matte navy blue in the outer V. I find this shadow lasts a long time on my oily eyelid, but I do wear a base underneath.
I checked "yes" for buying it again, but I probably won't need to. Although I love this. I don't wear it that often and I feel a little goes a long way.

Shimmery, pearlised cornflower blue, which can be faded out for subtle results or loaded on for a more intense, more matte look. Unfortunately, product became unusable over time due to the development of rust on the metal casing.

This is my can't-live-without eyeshadow. The color is subtle and soft on my skin-Asian, neutral, it balances out the yellow undertone that is common to Asian skin (caucasian skin usually has a pink undertone) so I can use this as a brightening primer, and it makes my other colors look "truer". I usally swipe on a very sheer layer from lashline to browbone, and it helps me look so awake even without eyeliner and mascara (but I never go without those two, and at least one contouring dark shade). I guess I don't need to describe the staying power of Urban Decay shadows coz everyone knows that. Price-wise they are all a little expensive, I mean, 17 bucks for a single shadow...but still, one pot goes a long way.

Okay soft powder blue with lots of glitter.I'm sure 13 year olds will like it or maybe strippers, but I have no place to wear this and even if I did I still would not reach for this tacky shade.Looks MUCH better in the pot.The tacky plastic"subway token"packaging doesn't help with the appeal.
I guess you could say that this is my "OMG I can't beleave I bought that!!" product.

This is a very subtle light blue. By that I mean subtly blue, not that you can't tell it's there. It goes on like a very shimmery white-blue. This would make a great highlight for an elaborate, bright blue eye. It's tricky to wear, though, and I don't reach for it very often. Shattered is a better shade.

This eyeshadow appears to change colors dependent on the shadows you pair it with.
For example, I have paired it with MAC's Hepcat and found that UD's Speed appeared more blue beside it. However, when paired with a black or dark color, it seems like a very bright white shadow. This is not viewed as a downfall to me, as I enjoy this chameleon-effect.
Additionally, Speed contains micro-glitter, which I typically despise. However, this glitter DOES NOT fall out (Awesome!), and it gives the shadow more dimension.
The only downfall of it is the gritty texture, which is different from the typically uber-soft nature of UD's eyeshadow products. Despite this, it blends pretty well. Fantastic product.

This is a great eyeshadow and I fell in love with it the second I saw it.The color is a very pretty light blue with sparkle!it looks great alone or with their other eyeshadow Uzi.I also like to use a CG GelSlick eyeshadow in Light Blue to give it a deeper shade. The outcome looks alot like the ocean.Overall I LOVE this one!!:)

I like this color a lot. I use it as the lightest color in my typical 3 that I put on every day. It has a similar texture to Mary Jane (my all time favorite for texture) but still contains some glitter. I like that it is quite sheer and blends really well. Blue is hard to wear, but this one makes it less intense so I do not look like a clown. I would definitely recommend this color for someone with blue eyes and for use with a darker blue or brown.

*note* My packaging rating is based on the old Urban Decay eyeshadow cases, not the new - my Speed is ancient, haha.
I bought this one as part of a lot online, just on impulse. I'd just been looking to expand my color collection, and this looked like a good way to do that.
Speed is a very pale powder blue with quite a bit of silver glitter shot through it. I suppose that, on me, it's not the best color, because my coloring is so warm (I'm pale, but with peach undertones, warm black eyes, golden blonde hair, and reddish lips), but it does seem to play well off of my eye color.
Speed is plenty pigmented, so although the color looks a bit chalky when first applied, I think that's only because it is so pale and gets all over my lashes before I brush it off to put on my mascara. The glitter in this one is pretty unassuming - most of it ends up on my cheek if I'm not careful, but very little stays on my eyelid - and I am thankful for that. I took off a lippie, though, because maybe someone else would want the glitter.
I would recommend this color to girls with cooler undertones than mine, especially if they've got dark brown eyes; because the contrast between the light-light blue of this and my dark-dark eyes was amazing, and I've never seen my eyes pop so much.
If I ever ran out of this, I would snatch it up again in a heartbeat.

LOVE this. I spotted it at Ulta yesterday and snatched this and Blunt up right away. I used it last night to go out for dinner and clubbing with my SO. I applied MAC Stilife as a base on my lids then I applied an even coat of this from brow to lid. I then applied black liquid liner and then Air Guitar Heavy Metal Glitter liner over top of the black liquid liner. GORGEOUS. Very retro looking. The color is silver blue sheen with a luminescence like MAC Nylon. Just what I wanted. :) I'm a MMM with yellow undertones in my skin. OH!! The only con is that the micro glitter tends to get all over the rest of my face. Its a bit overwhelming but nothing a powder brush can't get rid of.

Urban Decay eyeshadow is my favorite.
I love this shade of blue in the case..
but it doesnt look as great on me as im sure it does on other ppl.. yeah id definitely refer to this as a "cinderella" blue... or icy perwinkley.. its a sheer sheen but gets more blueish as you apply more.. its really beautiful, just doesnt look spectacular on me, so i wouldnt buy it again. (It's the most gorgoeus shade of blue eye shadow ive seen, u ought to try it)

Its a cute shadow, unfortunately it doesnt show up very blue for me. Its almost silver with a hint of blue, which really dissapointed me. I'll keep it, but I wouldnt buy it again.

I really like this color but it takes a lot of applications to make it show up on my skin. For reference, I have ivory skin, green eyes and medium brown hair.

I really like this blue, probably because its soft and kind of dreamy. I refer to it as a 'Cinderella' blue. I love the way it made me look youthful, but in a good way (NOT like I was in 10th grade, which was about 20 years ago!). Very happy with this purchase. Im a big UD fan.

i liked this color, but it's not for everyone. it looked great on me as a sheer wash, but if you're looking for a lot of pigment, definitely go for something darker because layering this shade makes you look a little too tween.

Speed is a slightly metallic baby blue with silver microglitter. It's a very wearable shade because the blue isn't in your face; it's toned down by a silvery sheen. When applied dry, this makes a great sheer wash or highlight; when used wet, it looks much more metallic and pigmented. The glitter is less chunky than in some other Urban Decay shades, but it still has a tendency to migrate a bit. The staying power is wonderful and it probably works on a variety of skintones (I'm a PPP.)

A very pretty color but the texture is a bit on the gritty side in my Nymph to Glam face case. Wouldn't buy the full size, I like UD Piccadilly a lot better for a light blue.

Speed is a very springy, pastel baby blue. It looks gorgeous as a wash or as a browbone higlighter when using a darker blue shade. I like to wear it as a wash all over the lid, with goddess smudged as a liner and polyester bride as highlighter. I really loce how metallic and shimmery this color is. Its so refreshing to wear this color! LOL It looks even better when I'm tanned. Great, great, great summer shade!

Hooray for speed! This is the only light blue e/s I have ever been able to wear. I have Olive colored eyes. This stuff is so cute. It blends well, and lasts all day. I find that it is much more white than blue when I wear it. It reminds me of the 70's.

Speed is a very light baby blue with silver micro glitter. I didn't like it all, it just didn't suit my coloring perhaps (i'm warm toned, GGG). All I get when I put it on is a frosty gray, not the baby blue I wanted. The only way I can see use for this is as a browbone highlighter. I'm sure this would look much better on cool-toned people, but for me it's just not worth a repurchase. In fact, I doubt I will ever run out.
