About me: NW13 (neutral-cool toned, very fair), blue eyes, Color season is True Summer, Baumann Skin Type is OSPW.

This is a lovely pink-plum blush that serves as a truely neutral pink on me. It is a "no brainer" blush that I enjoy having in my collection, looks amazing over top NARS Albatross.

I got this as a GWP (2 of them!) and it's now my favorite midtone pink everyday blush. For reference, I'm a MAC NC 35-40 and I'm not too big a fan of shimmery cheeks as my skin is oily and sometimes it can end up making me look greasy. It took me a long time to reach for this but now I can't be without it!
Even my tiny sample (about the size of a MAC eyeshadow in a screw top container) has lasted me a long time so I put the second one up for swap.
I use this when I want a really natural healthy glow. It delivers and lasts throughout my 9+ hour workday. I thought it would be too cool toned on my skin (kinda neutral-yellow-olive depending on the season) but it's absolutely perfect! My sallow skin is transformed and looks healthy and fresh.
This has shimmer in it and I'm glad it doesn't emphasize my large pores like a lot of shimmery blushes do and it's not totally obvious even if you're standing in the sun. Try it!
(*edit* I gotta say, I hate clinique's blush containers - rectangle shaped. I think all their blushes should come in pots like my sample did.)

Me:
NC10 with very yellow skin
Very sensitive skin
Uber dry skin

At first I was afraid this would be a too cool colour for my yellow-ish skin, but nope, it suited so well. Its a little cool (like a blue-ish pink), and because of that, it gives me a nice "just came from outside" blush.

I will def. purchase this blush again!

this is my very first powder blush,i was using only creamy, mousse or compact-liquid ones before so i was very curious to try a powdered one altough i was skeptical and afraid that it will break me out...boy was i right...from the first day i applied this on my face i got small bumps under the skin, when i stoped using it,my face cleared up...such a shame because the colour is so fresh ,rosey and natural it looks so good on my summer taned skin and also made my face glow...i might have been allergic to one of the ingredients, bismuth i guess...the brush that comes in the package is smooth ,soft ,non itchy and non scratchy i didn't had problems with it ,i even prefered aplying the blush with this brush instead of using my other HE brushes..this product can be a wonderfull gem for anyone who doesn't have acne prone and sensitiv skin..overall i won't be repurchasing it because it was expensive ,it kind of made my pores look bigger and it's not worth it if it breaks me out...i will stick to my creamy and liquid blushes from now on

I love this blush! Such a nice cotton candy pink on my NC30 skin.

It does have shimmer on it but I don't mind as it gives me a sunkissed look combined with bronzer. It makes your skin look very fresh and natural.

I've had this blush for a long time and its my go to day to day blush!

I got this as a GWF and basically never used it...until Lisa Eldridge posted a video for a rosy pink glow last week. I only ever used Clinique's blushing blush in Precious Posy (a golden peach), but Iced Lotus was the only pink blush I had so I gave it a try - and loved it.

I never would have thought it would work for me - I'm fairly neutral skinned, NC25/NW25, but I usually opt for warmer-hued makeup. Iced Lotus looks really bright pink with a lilac-y undertone, so I thought it would look ridiculous on. Instead, the purple disappears when applied, and all that's left is a beautiful, natural, pinky glow. It looks really pretty, like I'm just blushing from within. I love this blush, I will definitely purchase when I run out!

I can't believe I've over looked this for so long! I got a mini compact with my purchase and it looked meh in the pan so it was thrown into my dresser drawer not to be seen again for a few months.

I have warm undertones and usually go for matted peachy natural blushes however I was doing a few cool looks and needed pink so out it came for a try run...

ok WOW!! I love this! the colour is a cool never over the top pink with just a subtle hint of shimmer, my friends all noticed it and complemented me on it. the colour lasted all 7 hours of my work day without the need for touch ups which I'm really happy about.

if you are looking for a cool pink give it a try, you won't regret it!

I got this blush as a mini pallette when I bought some other Clinique products. It looks quite meh in the pan but when I put this on it totally tranformed my face. Its a gorgeous icy pinky/berry blush and just give me the most beautiful colour on my cheeks and leaves a lovely sheer glow. This blush lasts alI day on my combo/oily skin. I think this blush would be more suited to cool toned or neutral peeps. Dnt know if I would repurchase as im always buying trying and swapping for new blushes but if this ever runs out anytime soon I might just consider it! If your on the fence about this I would definitley give it a try it really is one of a kind!

I loved this blusher! Gave a gorgeous pop of pink without looking overly done! My only qualm was the packaging. As it was in a "strip", it meant applying blusher sometimes went on a bit stripy! It would be better in a round compact. Just my two pennies ;) x

This is my favourite blush. I love the compact mirror, the brush is great quality and the product design and compact is very pretty.

This lasts for months and months for me, even with daily use. I have pale skin. It looks almost like a hot pink but it does not come out too pigmented and does not stain your face. It has the perfect amount of shimmer and adds a beautiful glow. Looks natural. It is a great mix of shades that compliment your skin. This in my opinion is a perfect product. I buy it over and over again.

How did I miss this one for so long? I am a makeup-aholic and periodically go on quests for the perfect pink blush, mascara, pink lip gloss, etc. So I'm surprised I never tried this one before. I've favored the matte pink shades offered by Bobbi Brown and steered clear of shimmer on my cheeks, saving it for lips and eyes. I've worn Clinique blushes in the past and wasn't wowed by any of them. I think I passed by Iced Lotus because I assumed the cool, almost lavender pink tone wouldn't work with my pale porcelain skin and red hair. I was wrong! This shade is very wearable despite the shimmer. You can easily pull this one off in daytime but it would also be great for night. This cool, medium toned pink shimmer blush imparts a healthy glow without being too much. If you like the glittery look of some Nars blushes, than this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for something more subtle, this is a great choice that I think would work with almost all skin tones. It looks particularly great when paired with Clinique "Air Kiss" Lip Gloss. Try this blush the next time you swing by a Clinique counter!

Age: 36-43   Skin: Combination, Olive, Warm   Hair: Brown, Curly, Medium   Eyes: Hazel

Pre-amble:
I tried Iced Lotus based on the MUA rave reviews, as I had already done for Precious Posey. I have been looking and LOOKING for the right blush for the longest time (and trying, and sometimes loving for awhile, other ones (Chanel JC Plum Attraction, Maybelline mousse-blush in Peach, Clinique Precious Posey) but so far my criteria (looks natural but not invisible, applies easily, stays on, makes me look better ;)) just haven't come together on any of them.

The Shiseido SA suggested a bronzer one day (the #2) as I am very pale olive, former tanorexic who flees sun now :) I've been embracing the pale-skin thing, but I do need some color.) So the bronzer was great (had a hard time finding a decent bronzer as well, the Shiseido is lovely, but that's another story :)), and I admit, I did need it- but it didn't give me that flush that's so attractive and (that I personally particularly love because I never blush or get flushed unless I'm embarrassed or doing heavy-duty sports. I want to look flushed without the embarrasment, nor the sweat!

Right, so the Iced Lotus;
based on MUA reviews, the two contenders I was interested in were Lancome's Miel Glace and Clinique's Iced Lotus, due to their "HG/all skin tone" status and a "I wouldn't have picked this out for myself" type reviews. So I went in and did one on each cheek, two separate times, indoor and outdoor light check. And Iced Lotus won.

As it is summer, and hot and sunny, I feel that I need a bit of "tan" or else such a pigmented blush just looks too artificial at this time of year (I'm Shiseido O 00 or O 20 in the Perfect Refining Fdt; for reference) but I don't always want to use bronzer behind the blush, and I've also got an eye to impending Autumn and Winter, when bronzer won't look right anymore. (and I'm pale, but I'm getting OLD, so the pale-and-bright-cheeks doll-look doesn't work on me anymore:)) With that in mind, I also picked up "Cedar Rose" by Lancome (which just happened to be right next to Miel Glace, lol, and kept catching my eye.) I use a little of that on cheeks, temples, nose, jawline and then a bit of Iced Lotus on the apples of my cheeks.
I'm telling you, that little bit of Iced Lotus makes my whole face transform, it is so pretty- and you can see it, but it looks natural. You know how when you're happy and you feel flushed and pretty? That's how this blush works. It makes me feel like smiling.

It's not completely goof-proof- I def. need to tap off the brush first, I need to make sure that it doesn't get into the undereye area at all, and I do find that it looks better buffed in, then a tiny dot more after. I advise applying in natural light, as well.
Best of all, once you get it right, it STAYS. It's great! All day you look the way you want.

I like the packaging- I hadn't noticed until I bought it and put it next to my Precious Posey that there's a little window that shows the pan/color- it's like a blush library! I don't have multiples of my other brands yet, but I can see how I'd have to be picking them up and flipping them over or opening them to see if they're the right one- Clinique you can just see it, it's very pleasant, and rather cute. It makes it tempting to buy other ones, now, too.
Maybe a square pan might be a little handier then the narrow rectangle- it's usually thinner than the brush (I use, anyway) so a lot of product powders off into the case just trying to pick it up, but it's not that big a deal if you're careful, just a shame to lose it for nothing, really. I haven't tried the included brush yet, so I don't know if it's any good.

If it keeps working this well, I would def. rebuy,of course, but I do think the pan is going to last a pretty long time. But notably I wanted to say, just like the reviews but more! that I never, ever, in a million years would have picked out Iced Lotus as a blush for myself- an icey lavender-pink shimmer, are colors I would normally (totally) think were just all wrong for me (because they usually are!) I'm very much an earth-tone/nude/natural colors type- the brightest color I wear- and not daily- is my Chanel Obscure lipstick. But for some reason this blush just works, and it's so pretty- and it was because of the reviews here that I even considered trying it on. It's such a pleasure to find something like this, so thanks again MUA

I absolutely love this blush! I am a huge fan of MACs Well Dressed blush, but if I need a little more colour (still keeping it natural) this is what I reach for. It's similar to Well Dressed in the sense it has a sheen to it - which helps to give you a natural youthful glow. It's a lovely texture to. Highly recommend. I can see this suiting many different skin tones to. I use my own blusher brush as I find the ones in the palette are always too hard and small - however, the brush in this palette is not bad for travelling etc.

I got this blush ages ago as part of a free sample, but the sample size was quite large and I still haven't run out. I love the icy pink colour and very slight shimmer. I thought from looking at the product it would look quite fake and brass, but actually this is the most natural and subtle blush I've owned! I'll definitely buy again :)

This is my favourite blush. It has been my go-to blush for ages now. I wouldn't haven't picked Iced Lotus on my own, but the woman at the Clinique counter recommended it to me. Even though I have olive skin, I'm very light so this looks natural and perfect.

It's a light color but highly pigmented. Don't forget to blow or tap some excess blush off your brush before applying.

The packaging is pretty with a mirrored cover and clear plastic. I wish the bar of blush was bigger or perhaps round instead of a rectangle.

It was expensive but I was tired of cheap drugstore blushes that made me look like a clown. It was definitely a great purchase. I'd buy this blush--in this color and perhaps other colors--again!

Broke me out in those little under-the-skin pimples that take weeks to surface. I wish it worked for me. For awhile I was blaming Estee Lauder Double Wear, but then I realized only one cheek was breaking out, in the exact places I tried on this blush and Precious Posy. :(

Iced lotus looks gorgeous on fair or fair/medium skin. It is a very natural color, as my natural skin shows the same blush on a good day without makeup. But when you're trying to put on makeup when you're sleepy or tired on a busy day, iced lotus makes you look awake, lively and natural! It has good staying power on top of my makeup.

I got this blush as a part of a free gift along with a coloursurge eye duo. And all I can say is it's the best blush I have in my collection. I wear it pretty much everytime I wear makeup and I haven't even hit pan on my sample! I love clinique blushes and have many, but this by far is my all time favourite. I'll definitely be re-purchasing this when I run out. It's amazing and is well recommended by me to many of my friends and family!

This is an orchid pink that leans slightly lilac.. it's my go-to cool toned blush. I love this when I'm wearing silver or cool colors. The texture is soft and it's pretty matte.... really really pretty color!
