I love this blush. I am quite fair skinned so sometimes I find it hard to find blushes that work. I tried this blush a while ago and when I want something really special I always go for this. I love pairing this up with NARS Albatross highlighter, they work so well together. This blush is a gorgeous peach colour with the right amount of shimmer. Some people have commented that they find it too shimmery, however I disagree. I also love it's longevity and texture. I will put this blush on in the morning, workout at lunch and by the end of the day it will still be on my face. I want to buy NARS Deep Throat next. It's fun to try new products but it's just as nice to have something you can always rely on for a 'bad face day'. Orgasm is that product for me, I've been wearing it since the early 2000's so not long after it initially launched and achieved cult status.

On me it is a pretty pinky-peach shade with fine gold shimmer. In the pan it has quite a coral sort of look but applied it is surprisingly subtle and parred down. I don't find it to be super pigmented, rather it can be built up easily. I like this because there is greater margin for error and less is always more! It gives me a really flattering glow.

Orgasm has been there for me through daily wear, when I met my OH (9 years ago now!), my graduation.... I could go on! I hope they make it forever.

So, like a lot of people, I'm sure I was sucked into the hype of this product. When I finally got around to swatching this blush, I was shocked! It was a warm peach color with a beautiful golden sheen...almost metallic looking. However, once applied, it is slightly underwhelming. The golden sheen that initially drew me to the blush was MUCH less apparent, and it kind of just looked like an average peachy-pink color with a bit of shine. Don't get me wrong, it is still a very flattering blush that looks good on a wide range of skin tones, but for $29, it isn't necessarily a must have.

It's nice, peachy and all and it is flattering indeed. The downside to me is the shimmer. It makes me feel like out of a twilight movie, so I kind of regret the purchase. I would wear it only at night, so it is more likely to last me forever. I think I have used it about three times. Last week I read something about Milani's baked blush in Luminoso that claimed it was just like the Orgasm minus the glitter. For $9.99 I thought oh what the hell. Oh! I am in love with it! It looks natural and yeah, just as if I have had a big O. Love it love it. Save you some money!

About me: NW13 (neutral-cool toned, very fair), blue eyes, Color season is True Summer, Baumann Skin Type is OSPW.

this has been reviewed by everyone, so just adding my 2 cents: it's low maintenance, beautiful on every skin tone, and HG. A great beginning blush.

Great blush! I love the light pink and the amazing shimmer it gives but it's too expensive and not worth it! I've owned drugstore blushes like Covergirl and they are all the same, really.

I hate to say it, especially with this cult favorite, but this blush sucks. On my skin, I have to pack it on and when I do it's mostly the gold shimmer that shows up. For those ladies that don't like this blush try NARS torrid. It's orgasm with more color.

Am I the only person who thinks this blush looks extremely unnatural and kind of trashy?

The color is hardly any flush of color your cheeks would ever create, and the shimmer is so sparkly. I feel like a vegas show girl when I wear this blush. Additionally, there are many dupes for this overpriced item since the color really isn't anything special.

I think those with dark or tanned skin would look good with this on, but possibly for an evening look. I generally think people should stay away from sparkly or very shimmery blushes during the day.

This blush is very popular in the beauty community but I definitely think that it doesn't live up to the hype. The colour is very pretty but it has tiny specs of reflective particles which I personally don't like. Also, Nars products are severely over-priced as is and of course this blush is no exception. What I did find though is that it lasted a really long time. Ultimately, it's just not a product I'd repurchase.

Not a fan... On my NC 25 skin tone, I had to apply a TON for it to show up.

I was really reluctant to jump on the Orgasm blush bandwagon - I assumed it was just another over-hyped product. No. I was so wrong. It's amazing! I'm pretty fair and this gives me a nice, natural glow without being too clown-y. This really does seem like it would work on a variety of skin tones. A great product!

I wanted to give my checks a little color and fell in love with this shade after seeing it at Sephora's. Unfortunately it's just too light for my skin tone. I'm half Mexican half Irish. I had to return it and I'm hoping Taos is a better shade for me. Love the packaging very cute/compact with a small mirror.

one of the best blushes I have ever had the pleasure to use.

great tint, good stay, well packaged.

but why of why NARS, did you NOT put a brush in the box??

the lack of this makes me rate this with a 4 instead of a 5

I am forever a NARS Orgasm fan! I reviewed this product about 4-5 years ago. I still LOVE this blush. It is a BLUSH/HIGHLIGHTER/FACE SCULPTOR all in one for my pale, NC20 Asian skin. (My skin color is similar to Zhang Ziyi)

I have oily skin (especially in the summer) and I need a mattifying powder to tone down the shine. However, I need to add back some luminosity in my skin because if I don't I look FLAT (but without using liquid!) and orgasm blush does it for me. It has very fine gold shimmer so it has a nice subtle sheen. I like it because skin doesn't naturally look matte! It last all day all night for me. This I know because when I remove my makeup with a cotton i can see it on the cotton.

My face also looks more uplifted and even sculpted when I use this. My cheekbones look higher when I use this, and I can NEVER complete my look without this blush!

If I could choose only one blush I would definitely choose NARS Orgasm. It would suit many different skintones unless you are very dark, it might not show up on you.

It is nice all seasons but I love this the most in the spring and summer when dewy makeup is more suitable than the matte look. (In my opinion only)

Choose NARS Orgasm for a youthful glow!!! I love it!!

I bought this after reading the great reviews however, I don't really like this product. Its hard to build the color on my NC40 skin tone. Once the product is on it looks too sparkly because it has gold specs in it. I think I would have liked a more solid peachy color. I think this would work on more fair skin tones, I just don't think it works for my skin tone.

So there is a lot of raving about this blush, that it's very natural and it flatters all skin tones and I agree. It is very natural looking when worn. My problem with this blush is that after about 4 - 5 hours I have to reapply it a bit. I am not sure if it's because I don't apply enough to start with or if it's because I touch my face a lot (which I don't think I do), but for all my other blushes I don't experience the same problem (this includes an unknown Korean blush, maybelline cream blush and a clinique blush). Otherwise it's really good and I love how natural it looks.

I think the blush is extremely overrated. I like the blush but probably wouldn't buy it again. It is a good blush and sets well but I just didn't fall in love with it like everyone else.

Love the shade- hate the finish!!! Too glittery sparkly. I have a medium skin tone and feel like despite the bright colour in the pan, it does not look like that on my face. It looks more of a salmon colour and think this is due to the amount of gold glitter/shimmer pigments that are in the blush. I always feel like i have to put more on then it just looks like a shiny mess!! Such a shame I was expecting so much more from this blush. On the plus side the packaging is gorgeous and you get lots of product.

This is the blush that supposedly looks good on everyone. I cannot attest to how it looks on everyone else, but the color works perfectly on me! Really freshens up my face without looking obvious.
