This product has a nice warm smell to it. It is probably the vanilla and sandalwood. It is not overpowering. I think it would be nice to wear out and not worry about knocking anyone out with my perfume. My husband also likes it as well. I think this is one that I will keep on my list of "must have" on hand.

Wish I could rate this a 4 or 5 star because the scent is really pretty and sexy. The only problem is that on my body chemistry, it has no staying power at all. As soon as a spray it on, the scent seems to fade off in about 5 minutes :( Wish it could last longer. I also bought it in a huge gift set that cost about $72 with a 4.2 fl oz perfume, .25 fl oz perfume, 8 oz body lotion, 8 oz wash gel, sleeping mask and a candle. and on top of that an extra 30% off and free triple makeup bags. I was soo disappointed I had to return it the next day. I've realized that on certain people the scent does smell horrible on though, so always test this scent out before buying it.

Really light and sweetly musky scent. The only negative- I can't smell it on me after a couple hours.

On me, this smells like a clean, white floral. It's pleasant, but nothing special.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Very Dry, Dark Hair: Brunette, Relaxed Eyes: Black
Average smell, nothing too unique. Honestly, I think this just smells so boring and I dont get why everyone loves this so much.

Heavenly is one of my favorite perfumes. Even though I own much more expensive perfumes I reach for this one more than the others! To me it smells fresh and warm. I feel clean when I wear this. It's not too overpowering

I hate this smell. It never grew on me as much as I tried to like it. First of I don't own this.. when it first came out my younger sis bought it and thats how i smell it and even tried on. I can't stand the smell and would never understand why many others like this. I have to give it 2/5 because other VS beats this one.

I got this as a christmas gift last year and i thought i wasnt going to like it. I dont know why i thought that but whatever. I almost never go into Victorias Secret but this product changed that. So i tried it later that night and OMG. it smelled sooooooo good. It was like this perfume was meant for people to feel beautiful. the packaging is mature and sleek. really pretty, and smells light, airy, and wonderful. If you dont like really strong perfumes, but still smell wonderfully get this. You wont regret it. I will repurchase.

This is a beautiful heavenly smell. Its a typical American girl, clean clear and a blossum of spring white flowers on a sunny day. It got a nice warmth to this as well. Not everyone taste as it may be a little strong floral wise and powdery. Though lovely!!!

This is a nice, versatile fragrance. On me, it's quite strong, in a good way. I don't love it, but I certainly like it.
Age: 44-55 Skin: Combination, Cool Hair: Black, Curly Eyes: Brown
I love this scent. It's light enough for day and buildable to wear for special occasions. I wore on my wedding day.

I am a fragrance hypocrite; I own up to it. Sue me. I actually had a negative review for Heavenly a few months ago but deleted it when Heavenly grew on me, and I did not feel like an update would do the scent justice. First, for the notes:
Top = quince, mandarin orange, ivy leaves, cardamom
Middle = lily, iris, peony, violet, freesia
Bottom = sandalwood, musk, and vanilla
I think I first disliked the scent because I was wearing Divine and Heavenly on the same part of my body I.E. my right forearm, and the two do not and should not mix. The consequent interaction of scents made me peu-peu Heavenly even though I enjoyed how the fragrance smelled on a piece of paper: Scandinavian cardamom sugar cookies; and who can resist the smell of cardamom sugar cookies? Of course, cardamom resonates with me because we use it in lots of our cooking at home, especially in this lovely rice pudding, so Heavenly reminds me of childhood and dessert. This cookies and rice pudding impression from February stayed with me for about two months at which point I learned of my admission into law school, and to celebrate, I bought Heavenly because I did not want to order dessert alone (joys of being single). However, I can have a perfume all to myself!
Yes, Heavenly may seem bland and linear, but there is something for having a soft, powdery, faintly gourmand scent wafting from your hair to calm you down and cause you to smile in contentment. Heavenly is warm, clean, and subtle. The cuddly—yes cuddly—citrus of the mandarin hugs the green ivy leaves and the spicy cardamom. I have no idea what quince smells like. Then follow the aromas of a far away garden wafted gently on a breeze; vanilla is like a happy child running in that garden … simple and carefree. I am a convert. Plus Heavenly commemorates an important, transitional moment in my academic life, and comfort is always welcome at times of transition.
With four sprays, Heavenly lasts for about 8-10 hours in my hair, so I have no complaints about staying power. As for its cost, $62 for 4.2 Fl Oz. is pretty good, but I used a rewards card and would buy through Amazon or during the semi annual sale just to be economical. Have to finance my JD … Try it. Heavenly is a nice, subdued scent that could double as aromatherapy, and, due to its simple development, lends itself to layering with other fragrances like Vanilla Lace, Burberry Brit, or Dream Angels Forever.

I remember when everyone used to wear this perfume back in the day. I've always had a love for this perfume, it reminds me of my mom because she used to always wear this perfume. It can get a little over powering after a while. I wouldn't say it's the best perfume from Victoria's Secret, I actually think the perfume "forever" (which is from the same line) smells better. Overall, I would buy this again. I think this is a nice & mature scent. Very classy.

I got this is in a smaller size with a few other scents. This was my least favorite at first but I'm starting to like it. I usually like a more floral or fruity scent. Heavenly is not either of these. It definately smells best on me straight out of the shower and I only tend to wear it in the winter, but overall I like it. Its a nice, vanilla, soft scent that I use to switch it up every now and then.

My recent purchase of the 2.5 oz version of this scent was driven by my use of the vial contained in the 12 EDP sample set. If I had known that the full-sized bottle would lack the same concentration as the vial, I never would have made the purchase.
The vial version of the scent was fantastic. On my skin, it turned into cardamon, ivy, violet and sandalwood. I do not detect vanilla at all, which was shocking as so many other reviewers mention this as a top note. The scent lasted for hours without re-spritzing, and the overall effect was woody, warm and semi-spicy. For this price point, I considered the fragrance a truly great find, and was borderline considering it to be a favorite.
The full-sized version has been incredibly disappointing. All of the notes are the same as what's contained in the vial, they just lack its lasting power and are extremely muted. I have to re-spray this version after less than an hour.
The fact that the full-sized version is called an EDP is a complete joke in my eyes, as this is barely as potent as an EDT. Instead of using this as a perfume, I spray it in my hair and on my clothing to provide a very light foundational scent.
I'm not sure if I received a bad bottle, but I lack the patience to exchange this for a new one--especially given that my reason is likely to be challenged by sales associates. But if this is a common practice of the chain, duping people into purchasing a watered-down full-sized version of an EDP based upon the ultra-potency of their sample vials?
Shame on them.

I recieved a bottle of Heavenly for Christmas, and I actually really like it. I think it's one of those perfumes that smells very different on every different type of body chemistry. I love the way it smells on me, but on my sister it smells like straight up, super perfumed baby powder. It's definitely a musky, wintery sort of scent. The only complaint I have about it for me personally is that it doesn't have much staying power. I can spray it on in the morning, but the smell is completely gone in a couple of hours! My solution to that was purchasing the roller ball to carry in my purse and refresh. Over all, I really like it and think it's a great scent, and I'll definitely use it quite a bit while it's still winter.

I had a coupon to VS so while I was doing some online shopping I picked up a mini perfume ornament size of Dream Angels Heavenly because I had heard it was one of the most popular VS sents and I wanted to try it. Boy am I glad I did not purchace the full size because the sent was a disappointment. Instead of being "playful and sentual" as described the notes to me were musty and powdery, a too light, stale, grandma type perfume. It did not work for me at all and wore off in under two hours, I will not be repurchacing this one, but I'm still open to trying other VS sents.

I am not sure why this is the best selling VS perfume.. I received this for Christmas in the EDP favorites pack (which I love all but this) and to me this smells cheap, not warm at all like the description makes it sound. The notes are white musk and sandalwood and described as "sensual". To me it's yuck.

I love the smell but it don't last more than a half hour. I would probably buy again though.

My boyfriend got this for me because he knows how much I love VSs scents, but somehow he managed to get me the one scent in the store I cannot stand. When first sprayed, it smells cheap and overwhelming. Five minutes later, I can't smell anything.
