This stuff makes my hair so soft, and shiny. I use Mane n' Tail conditioner, and it's such a thick forumla I figured it was impossible to moisturize my hair any more than it already was. It also works very well if you have dry legs. Put it on your legs while your washing your hair, and other stuff while in the shower.

I have
been using this over a year. I use it every time I wash my hair. It is incredible!! It is my must have product. It makes my hair so soft! I always run my fingers through my hair now. I have started using it on my little girls hair and it makes hers so much easier to brush. It is such a great price also. I don't write many reviews but I had to write this one!

price, a 1-- very cheap, only like $4-something at walmart
LOVE the ackaging b/c its really easy to just scoop your fingers right in and get exactly how much you need. if you get too much you just put it back in, no flighting with the bottle to suck it back up, KWIM?

lately i've realized that my hair doesnt ned protein, it apparently needs no shampoo and extreme amounts of moisture. and come to find out its actually quite hard to find a moisture treatment without protein!

so i tried this on MUA recc's, and i love it! i left it on during a bath while i shaved, etc, and rinsed in a shower afterwards and my hair felt MUCH less dry! i suffer from "normal" hair on the to layer, but really dry frizzh hair underneath, and this helped a lot without making my hiar feel weigheddown. just shiny and smoother/less frizzy.

will re-buy this for a long time to come. i guess i shoudl note that they've changed the pacahging, b/c the top isnt all the way orange anymore, but green and orange. so dont o looking for an all-orange cap!

UPDATE 11/5/11:
i knocked this down to 4 lippies instead of 5 b/c it has cones. i've found the garnier 3 minute undo/ 3 minute masque to be MUCH more moisturizing, and it is cone-free. just thought inquiring minds would want to know! :)

I could not get on here fast enough to write this review! I had a long stressful week and my hair was very neglected with quick shampooing and no conditioning. This weekend I skipped an extra day of showering, went through lots of nasty grime while cleaning and it was up in a ponytail and headband all day sat and fri. I needed some serious help for my poor hair! It is very fine and I need a haircut soon for my dead ends.

I had tried this once before with a friend at a DIY spa day, but I was convinced the good results came with the blowdrying we did after. NAY! One thing I adore about this, is that you soak it from ROOT to tip! Not just the ends! Often I worry about the top of my head because I want it to get treatment but don't want to look like an oil slick (my hair is already quite oily!)

So I hopped in the shower and after shampooing (redken all soft) I sat down, applied special soap to my acneic back (PanOxyl), SOAKED My hair from root to tip and put it in a clip. I let it sit throughout shaving both my legs and underarms and a bit after. So five ish minutes?

When I washed this out, it made my hair SO Soft I was certain that there was still conditioner in my hair after continual rinses! In addition this smells GLORIOUS! Often I just open it to smell it! Which brings us to the packaging! The only reason I rated it a 4 was because I know alot of people don't find it sanitary to dip your fingers in there. I however prefer that over a pump because I feel I can REALLY get everything out of there verses a pump which can hide and steal some (I like to get my money's worth!)

My hair is RIDICULOUSLY soft, shiny and very manageable this morning! It's SO exciting!!!!!! I even have body and a bit of volume back!

I can't remember the price, but I remember buying it at target for probably $5-7 NOT bad at all, the jar thing is HUGE! I'm not sure how often to use this, I didn't see it on the jar but I'm planning on about 1-2 times a week.

I hope this helped some, I REALLY love this and although I haven't tried many others I'm happy to find a potential HG early on!

I've had this product in my bathroom storage cabinet, where all my "extra" products are stored and often forgotten. Well, I pulled it out a few days ago and decided to give it another try. I can't even remember what my first impression was but since I usually use matching shampoos and conditioners I probably just stuck it back there and forgot about it.

Anyway, frizzy hair doesn't usually bother me but I just had my hair cut into side bangs (or "emo" bangs, I suppose) and the ends were already splitting and frizzing really bad. I have thin hair but a lot of it, and I've been wearing my hair long (about 6" past my shoulders) with lots of layers. Twice a year I get it cut and highlighted, so in-between salon visits it gets full of split ends and really tore up.

Since I have bangs now, I'm trying to keep better care of my hair and after rediscovering this product in my bathroom, I decided to give it a try and see how it works. I've been doing the whole leaving conditioner on my hair for a few minutes in the shower trick already, so I did my usual shampoo, rinse, and apply conditioner system with this product. I left it in for more like 10 minutes while I shaved and such, then rinsed it out.

I rinsed it out for longer than I normally would with other conditioners, but it did rinse out just fine. After my shower, I immediately noticed how easy it was to get a wide-tooth comb through my hair. Usually it would be tangled and unmanageable already, so I was pleased that it seemed to have already made a difference in my hair's perfomance.

After applying mousse (Tresemme Thermal Creations Volumizing Mousse) I blow-dryed my hair and was AMAZED at how soft and shiny it looked. My bangs were no longer frizzy, and despite the thickness of the conditioner, my hair wasn't weighed down at all. My hair smelled great, and it didn't tangle at all the entire day.

Having such thin hair, it's difficult to find inexpensive but quality products. It's imperative that the conditioner I use not weigh my hair down and/or make it heavy or greasy feeling. This masque conditioner is perfect, I highly recommend it to anyone who has long, thin and frizzy/tangly hair. I'm planning on using it once or twice a week. I'll update this review if I have any more details to add.

My hair feels so soft after using it. I use it more than once a week, but winter has also been killer on my hair, so I'll probably slow down when it gets warmer/more humid out. Once a week, I'll put it all over my scalp, but I also like to put it on my ends almost every time I shower, or if I know I'll be using heat tools on my hair.

I really loved this product when I used it (it's been awhile). I would apply it every week or so back when I was dying my hair a lot and it would really help with the damage. Made my hair very soft and silky and also helped with frizz. I would suggest this to anyone who needs a restorative mask.

It's alright--it did make my hair a tiny bit shiner after using it, but it didn't really moisturize it that well. it's definately not the best deep conditioner out there.

I been using this products for a month now . I use it once every week & I see no difference in my hair no shine what so ever its pretty soft but notthing major . It works like a regular conditioner to me not buying again .
UPDATE:Change of heart this has became my best deep conditioning it made my hair more shiny,healthier looking and less damaged.Going out to get me another one soon.

This product is okay... I've been using it for only a week so if the condition improves i'll update but so far it hasnt helped much. In fact my hair gets frizzy after using this product :(

edit: I've been using this for like three weeks now like every 2 days or so and my hair feels soft now. It still doesnt look all that great because this product still makes my hair frizzy but it feels really soft when i run my hands throught it. However, I wouldn't buy this again because it feels pretty much like a regular conditioner except for the fact that I put this stuff in for 30 min.

I use this after shampooing, leaving it on for a couple of minutes and rinsing out. It leaves my fine hair soft, shiny and also helps with volume. The tub is not particularly convenient in the shower, but that's my only criticism.

I like this the smell is very strong. So just know that going in. If you smell it in the store you'll see if it's for you. I like this one a lot better then the mask with the grape seed in it. I like the way it leaves my hair feeling light and soft.

This is one of those products that you want to fill your buggy at walmart with. I would take the whole shelf if I had the cash. Here's my thoughts:
*Smells amazing. I sometimes open it just to take a sniff.
*Leaves my hair super soft, full of volume, and shiny. I use it like this:
1) Wash hair and pat water off. I then apply it to damp hair starting at my ends then to my roots.
2) I pile my hair into a bun on the top of my head and wrap a elastic around it. I set a timer for 10 minutes(longer if I forget or do something).
3)Then I wash it out with luke warm water then rinse it again with cold to add extra shine.
The results wow me. My hair naturally is a wavy/curly mixture plus its thick. Basically, a cocktail for a bad case of unattractive bed head(not the sex hair kind). If I use this before letting it air dry, I get my natural texture without the frizz.=D

I didn't use a deep conditioner in the past, but my hair started getting dry over the summer. I have been using this once a week for a couple months now and I'm still on my first jar. It works really well for me, makes my hair very shiny and super soft. My hair is thick and is normally on the coarse side. For the price it is worth giving this a try if you have dry hair!

i'm not the biggest fan of the hair 'mask' as i've had bad results with the few others i've tried. this one, however, i can vouch for - as it's the best i've tried yet. it doesn't weigh my baby-fine hair down or turn me into grease-fest-2009, while still makin' it super soft. [: only downside is i just got mine maybe a month ago, i use it every few days & i already noticed i'm scraping the sides. wish they'd make a bigger tub, in addition to their standard one. i'll definitely be re-purchasing.

The tub says this is for "...frizzy, dry or unmanageable hair", and if that's what you *want*, then this product will surely give it to you!!


I picked this up by mistake this past weekend. I was wanting to try the new line instead. Since I had it, I figured I would try it.


BIG MISTAKE!


I decided to try this with heat, thinking that I didn't expect much from it as it was, and heat would help. I left it on about 15 minutes with heat, and maybe another 10 without.


While it felt smooth while it was on my hair, smelled good, rinsed off easily and left my hair easy to comb through, that's where the good qualities ended.


My hair looks terrible now! It is dry, frizzy looking and feels rough. I guess I should have known better with a $4 drugstore product, even if the ingredients seemed decent. I'll have my daughter try this, her hair is pretty much bullet-proof, and if she doesn't like it, it'll go in the trash!

I can't beleive I never tried this produict and realized how amazing it is! lol I used to use several garnier products over the years mainly since the smell is to die for and really made me look forward to washing my hair. Sadly they lost effect and did nothign for my hair as I quit drugstore lines. I have used tons of overly expensive laeve -ins and masks thats woirked well but never gave me the ooh and ahhh effect. After being sick of paying way to much on trying some new hair mask I decided to grab this at Wal-MArt as it's dirt cheap and figured I have nothing to loose after all teh good reviews on here. Alot fo people claim this is a decent basic mask but let me say I was truly impressed by the results which were better than with $60 masks with fancy jungle oils lol. I like that it isn't super thick like a lot of masks that do overcoat and weigh down your hair. Even with it being so light and creamy my hair felt like pure silk after I washed it out. I can't beleive what a good product this is especially since allt eh other sleek and shine items I used years ago did nothing for me. After being conditioned to beleive cheap products aren't as good of quality as more expensive one this has proven me wrong and I defintiely will continue using it permanently as a conditioner.
