I absolutely love both the texture and color of this lipstick, but I think calling it a lip stain lipstick is misleading. For me, it functions as any other lipstick and it doesn't stain at all. If this had more staying power, it would be my Holy Grail because of the neutral color and creamy formulation. I find using a neutral lip pencil (I like Makeup Forever Aqua Lips) helps hold the color on.

I think Visuvio would look good on almost anyone.

This is the perfect neutral shade to warm and lighten up my considerably pigmented lips. It is more brown than pink against my olive undertones. The formula's texture is comfortable but not overly rich. I haven't experienced any problems with the packaging as other reviewers have noted. This ranks high amongst my other favorite, Laura Mercier's Stick Gloss.

This is a gorgeous color, a mauvy-rosy MLBB kind of shade for most ladies. On me, it is EXACTLY the same color as my lips, which is the only reason I would not buy this again. I was hoping for something a touch darker, but this gave me "my own lips w/ Chapstick" look. WONDERFUL texture, smooth, not really creamy, not really buttery or slimy, more like a balm feel. Very comfortable, and lasts quite a long time between touch-ups.

I love to do this:
1)Cargo's reverse lip liner (removes all color from your mouth; clean slate)
2)Vincent Longo Lipstain Lipstick in Hush Delight
3)Layer Visuvio Sheen on top.

It's a gorgeous nude mouth!

Very nice color-- a neutral nude that can be worn alone. Thankfully, it's darker and more brown than their "Nude" Lipstain Lipstick. Formula is slick and weightless, but surprisingly a bit drying. For reference, colors like Mac "Touch" and "Hug Me" are too light on me.

This is my HG lipstick! I tried the Nude first and it was way too orange. Visuvio Sheen is perfect. It is a beautiful natural "your lips, but better color" and I love the way it stains the lips, but doesn't dry them out.

This is a true YLBB shade on my PPP complexion--I have VERY pigmented lips and it gives just a hint of color and wonderful subtle shine, perfect for wearing every day. I did try it with a bit of liner (Chanel Nude) just for fun (though I hardly ever use liner) and it really worked well with this shade. This is a GREAT color and product that feels so good on the lips.

Will I buy this product again? YES! Vincent Longo Lip stains are now my HG lipsticks and I don't think I will buy anything else! Visuvio Sheen is a light brown nude color that goes on sheer and just blends in with your lips. You don't feel like you're wearing lipstick at all! Feels like a balm, just silky smooth when you press your lips together. Staying power is most like any other l/s, but I don't mind reapplying frequently with something as smooth and balmy as this! It is relatively expensive ($23), but for the texture, SPF15 and gorgeous color, I think it's worth it. Heck, I use this everyday so it's DEFINITELY worth it! I have very pigmented lips (think berryish with gray) and although this is a sheer color, it still shows up and lightens up my dark lips just a teeny bit. I have four now (Fleur de flirt, Cherry, Love Toast, and this), and hopefully will be able to afford the rest! :) If you've always been a lipgloss girl and want to venture to lipsticks, I think you should give VL Lipstains a try!

Very elegant YLBB natural brown with a tiny bit of depth. (deeper than JLo Nude). So pretty for the summer, and I love that it has SPF 15!!!
